My biggest regret about bitcoin is that i do panic selling it was really a big mistake for me selling my bitcoins in the very small exchange because i am just afraid to lose all my money because that time the value of bitcoin really falls down.
122  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: January 03, 2018, 12:42:42 PM
I heard that bitcoin is a good investment for making a huge profit in the future , is that right ? Because i want to buy some bitcoin in these days .

It will become a good investment if you will able to managed it properly and make it successful. Majority of investments have huge profit in the future but if on the way you wrecked it then that is not considered now as a good investment on your part. Sorry for the loss then.

Even all of us here will told you to buy bitcoin but didn't do anything to make your investment be success then the suggestion is useless. If you want to invest on bitcoin, then go buy it now and face the risk.
It is actually better way to invest your money. Hopefully i will learn how to invest here in bitcoin too so that i can earn a lot of money instead of joining in a signature campaign although it is profitable too but its hassle for me and sometimes managing my time is difficult but i am still completing my required posts in time.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: January 02, 2018, 10:19:26 PM
If you be given a gift of 1BTC by someone and for you this amount is already something you did not expect. Will you sell your bitcoin right away and convert it into cash or just keep it for a better price to come or invest it or what?

I would hold it. The way I see it is that regardless of how much bitcoin you have, you don't actually own money that you can use until:

1) you convert the bitcoin to USD or whatever usable currency there is in your country
or
2) Bitcoin becomes so widely accepted that it can be used anywhere.

So, when you're given a gift, you don't have anything to lose -- you're not in the negative by buying that bitcoin or by losing it. You're technically only in the positive. For that reason, and because I feel that bitcoin has time to blossom even more, I would hold. I would also make sure to be cautious about drops though.
No way! I dont have that amount of bitcoin. Actually i am only a bounty hunter and a trader also of tokens which i get in signature campaigns. I am not giving that huge amount to someone even if ive love her so much. Money dont tell how much i love that person.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When you first know about bitcoin what was the price? on: January 02, 2018, 09:37:29 PM
bitcoin price is know over $11714.95 and growing,
share your knowledge/memory of the first time you know of the value of bitcoin was.
My first time knowing bitcoin it was valued at $200+. Smiley

What good does it bring sharing the price on when we first knew about Bitcoin or rather the Blockchain technology?
Just thinking about it right now makes me feel sad, but that won't bring me to the past. I saw it first when an online advertisement pop-up and saying something that they accept payment of Bitcoin, and I didn't even know what it is. It was way back 2013, and I have no clue about it's price back then.

The only thing that we can learn about this post is that we know how it works now, it's not too late to be one of the lucky ones. There are promising coins out there that we can be early adopters like the people who made fortune out of Bitcoin when it was just cents, it's just the right call to the right coin, and I bet you also have Bitcoins, maybe in the near future Bitcoin will be 10x of it's current price at the moment, who knows.
I know bitcoin last july i think and i started created my acc few months ago. And the price of bitcoin that time is not really as high as you compared it to the value of bitcoin as of now. As i remembered it was five hundred dollars when i first knew bitcoin.
125  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: January 02, 2018, 08:17:38 PM
Hi , I'm new so basically I still have a lot to learn about the cryptocurrency , but I would like to know if it would be possible for the bitcoin to start the downfall ? I mean like what scenario can happen that the bitcoin would be pushed back like 5-6 years ?
Sorry if my post is in the wrong place or it's not relevant.
Just look at the past few days. The price of the bitcoin went down half a thousand in like a day. The thing that you must know when you get involved with bitcoins is that everything is possible and the price might go as low as back to 300 dollars in a few days easily if the massive dump starts. The price is fluctuating all the time.

I remember the day when mtgox scam happened, that was terrible. All people suddenly understood that they might lose all their savings on the exchange so they started selling it massively. Other people who saw that the price is going down started fomoing and selling it as well in order to take as small loss as possible.

To be honest at the moment, ethereum seems to be way better investment option short term. A lot of people are jumping in order to make as much profit out of it as possible, so I wouldn't be surprised if the price started going up again. Bitcoin is becoming weaker and weaker with time as eth market cap is going up.
I dont think so. Because investors never stops to give or to owe their money here. Theyre are really trusting bitcoin as their good path of their money as they invested their money here. Yes bitcoin is becoming weaker sometimes but it is really unbelievable to lose its value in just a quick moment.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS STILL FAMOUS on: January 02, 2018, 07:44:08 PM
During from past two years when bitcoin stepped in,Every body takes it lightly but i personally dont know that how it get so high on USD then how it conquered the transactions of banking, there was also a time when 1 BTC was = to 1100$ which also led myself toward this entity crazily,Bitcoin was like catastrophe in transaction sector or what can i say it a 'Currency sector' then we see also a big drop in the price of Bitcoin from 1100$ to 300$ .It boomed suddenly ,Every body head was down thinking that they had lost something because some peoples had transferred there currency in bitcoins because of Current Good situation also and of the value of the 1100.
Still today those people aren't in a big loss because bitcoin is much more valuable still today ,i know it is not much then before it was used to,but i have to admit it that with that big fall ,
btc is still famous
BTC
Yes ofcourse. It is still famous and as you can see. As the time passes by many countries and people can access bitcoin today because of its good features that can help many people for example it the payment systems which leads the transaction very fast for them using BTCs.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: January 02, 2018, 03:30:44 PM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.
It is very difficult to teach bitcoin in minor age because some of them are not interested about it and some of the kids are not aware of the importance of money in their society. But if you want them to know it, make it simple and fun because it will caught their attention and they will listen to your carefully. And by that they can easily learn in most simple yet effective way.

129  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: December 27, 2017, 03:28:12 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?

Bitcoins aide temporarily some unemployed person but don't be so hook to it and be dependable since we doesn't know on when bitcoin could last so we should need to find decent job so that it can cather our need if bitcoins will fall or maybe try to build a little business where it can be your 2nd option so that we have another choices if things go bad in bitcoins.
Bitcoins can help those people who studied but doesnt have work because they have enough knowledge in some cases. They can use the fluency in wnglish here by doing constructive posts and joining in particular signature campaigns.
130  Economy / Economics / Re: Do crypto exchange rates matter? on: December 27, 2017, 12:14:25 PM
Ok so I have to buy BTC and trade it for XRP in order to obtain some Ripple. Knowing how the forex market works, im wondering if I bought my BTC at 16k instead of 18k, would I be able to afford more XRP compared to buying BTC at 18k? or is it the exchange rate constant?

Thanks for the replies !!
Yes ofcourse. It definitely matters all the time. Exchange rates of many particular coins and tokens matters especially to those who are in the trading section or to those bitcoin and other cryptotokens or cryptocoins holders because the exchange rate is important for them to know when they are needed to sell or to buy it. Its just a matter of pump and dump of token.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: December 27, 2017, 11:01:32 AM
I maintain that per these definitions, Bitcoin cannot possibly be described as "money". And further, I think that those who do describe Bitcoin as "money" are doing this community a disservice.

+1 agreed.  It's a commodity, a digital store of value.

Yes! Definitely yes. We all know that bitcoin is a digital money and there are so many cryptos like bitcoin that are actually considered as money to in a digital world. Either it is a money it is also be a source of income to anyone who has eagerness to earn and to know it how. Maybe i am thinking that it is on their perseverance to do what they want. Pursuing one's goal is not easy but if you have hardwork nothing is impossible.
132  Economy / Economics / Re: How do I get bitcoin? on: December 26, 2017, 12:49:23 PM
Its common question of most of people who want to get online currency. For purpose of getting bit coin we have work be more creative and innovative through our own work or creativeness. When we work as skill staff we can get so many online work after accomplishing this task perfectly we will get some virtual currency like bitcoin. After getting this currency there are so many way to dispense this currency or convert this currency from virtual currency to local or international currency.
For exchanging this cypto-currency to local or international currency we need different system like PayPal and others service providers.

To get a bitcoin as your Job payment, you should be a technically sound. You have to follow this forum, some job will be araised with the bitcoin payment. Search and get that one,if you get a bitcoin means,it's very easy to convert to any of using FIAT. It may be a dollar or Euro,it was very easy.
I get bitcoin first when i started know about bitcoin is getting small amounts of bitcoin in some sites that are called faucets and that smal amount of bitcoin i get is called satoshi. And when i learn about joining in a signature campaign. I really prefer to it and take as an goo oppotunity to earn by myself with my own understanding.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting full time job payment in bitcoin ,anyone here? on: December 26, 2017, 11:15:41 AM
I think salary in bitcoin would be a nice idea, though, the bitcoin sometimes goes through peaks and troughs in its equivalent fiat currencies. It would be a really nice thing for Bitcoin to be a mode of payment in real world too if its value gets more and more consistent or stabilised in relation with fiat currencies. Smiley
i think in the near future getting payed in bitcoin will be the leading methode for online job payments or other job payments
I am getting money here but i am not making consider bitcoin as my job just an asset and a source of income. I am a student and i can earn money without making my body tired. Because i can do my my required post anywhere when i have internet connection.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing money on bitcoin..! on: December 25, 2017, 05:38:00 PM
Nowadays many people are starting to invest money on bitcoin or the buy bitcoin..is this a good approach?
How this will influence us in future?
Investing money on bitcoin is good idea but don't put all your money into it. Because no one can tell that bitcoin is a long term investment. So you can invest some not all and you can invest that you can afford to lose.  Thats why i don't like to invite to invest in bitcoin because i don't know what happen next in the future.
Yeah! It is really a good idea for you to invest your money here in bitcoin. But i will tell you to pick or to choose a particular signature or ICO that has a good and feasible project. Know how to analyze if that campaign will success but i think. Platform doesnt matter how good it is. Its just how the investors will really satisfy them to invest there.
135  Economy / Economics / Re: What's your vision of cryptocurrencies ? on: December 25, 2017, 07:15:47 AM
I'm 20 i search an investment for my 60, I found bitcoin years ago but bought my first satosh only in early 2017,
So i'm searching for a 40year investment, do you think crypto will still there or it'll crash before ?

-First : I think holding both alt and btc is contradictory for longtime investment(because of the correction), except for risk diversification but I'm more convinced in btc than any other coin what's bring us to the second point
-2nd : BTC becoming mainstream, most of people are not like us, searching the best coin etc... if the most known cryptocurrency work why go to the other ?
Because of transaction speed/fee? More/less coin supply? Smart contract ? lightning network ? they don't care and don't want to know
btc and all the crypto are deeply linked, if btc crash that's the end of crypto but if it continue to grow up crypto will too (but look the first)

I searched for a good store of value, i think it can be the best choice
but btc and crypto look more interesting for short time anyway
Like I said i search a store of value that can make benefits for my old days but it's not, it's a currency it can't be both
It cause incredible problems : actual circulation supply : 16,750,000 btc (around 2-4M unusable) , 16,750,000,0000,0000 satoshi
why establish it as a currency if it's price go up everyday ? why spend it ?
Imagine you as picking a bit of your gold bar every morning to buy bread. no that's dumb you use fiat

I dont believe anymore in the systeme because of the banker system, the debt , the derivative market, the creation of money ......without speak about politicians ..... I think everything is corrupt and is done to make rich richer

What's your point of vue for long-term ? In 40 years the cryptocurrencies and blockchains will be our greatest investment or will us loose all our money in a stupid bubble with all our family and friends telling they warned us

cryptocurrency may use in future for payment on big scale but in terms of profit earning perspective its scope will expand further .
My vision in cryptos is that they will making noise worldwide and be recognize by many countries and maybe it will be used and replace the fiat or physical money. And by that the transaction or payment system is so fast that you dont need any physical wallet too. And it is secure to have a wallet that you will store it there.
136  Economy / Economics / Re: Your bitcoin experience, how did it started? on: December 19, 2017, 04:35:27 AM
I started without knowledge in this bitcoin. I have lots of question how bitcoin work, how to make money, and I always ask other people who knows what is bitcoin. I started 2 weeks ago, and I am doing great and getting more knowledge about bitcoin. It is really better to LEARN so you can EARN.
It started this current year. But i things about bitcoin slightly last year when my classmate told me what bitcoin is and whats the features of bitcoin. He aslo told me how to earn here in the forum using only my own knowledge and constructing my own opinion about bitcoin.
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spending Bitcoin These Days on: December 19, 2017, 02:59:51 AM
You've got a point... People don't see it as a spendable money but more like "gold"... You wouldn't spend it unless you really need it. But likewise, the merchants wouldn't really care if they get paid in fiat or crypto, so why should they help promote bitcoins and give a discount for using them? That doesn't make sense either... In the end, if we wish for a world were btc is more commonly used and far more valuable, we have to make some sacrifices Wink if you know what I mean..!
I spend my bitcoin last night. Buying shoes and new clothes and buying things for christmas. Christmas gifts yeah. Spending it with a purpose is good enough than spending it in uneccesary things just to fulfill your satisfaction or your wants.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what are the benefits of bitcoin? on: December 19, 2017, 12:23:44 AM
What are the benefits of money ? Bitcoin is no different than money, It has an exchange so it has a value, It's not the bitcoin that's going to effect your life it is the revenues that you are going to get from it. Every bitcoin invester is dreaming to be rich one day from his investments in it. That is the goal of bitcoin (making us rich) . For me It's effecting my life very positively ,because it is making me financially comfortable and confident.
Actually there are so many benefits in using bitcoin. It actually helps me in financial aspect of my life that can support my dailly needs by buying necessary thing using my bitcoins by exchanging it into fiat. Then it helps me to save money from my own profit here.
139  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: December 12, 2017, 12:22:15 PM
And since you are bitcoin users/experts,

Bitcoin users? Yes. Experts? I doubt it. Yeah there are still some that remains but this forum used to be filled with members that are experts in bitcoin but things have changed. This forum now is mostly filled ICOs shitcoins, spammers and scammers. But yes, you came to the right place to ask that survey. All of us here have used bitcoin somehow and all of us here must have a reason why we chose to do that.
Why not to choos bitcoin? It is so helpful in many aspects of my life especially in the financial aspect of my life. Also can help me in the social aspect because when i have enough money i have the opportunity to join my friends to hang out anywhere and improve my socialization. It helps me also to give money fast or in payment because using ibitcoin the transaction is so fast enough to satisfy me.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving. on: December 11, 2017, 02:58:51 PM
This is not a problem for the believers of bitcoin. For sure the value of bitcoin will only rise as more and more people will become interested in it. Some might be even "hodling" from the start when bitcoin was introduced. The real question is, How long can you hold? Because at some point, you will have to use it right?  Wink

Yes, I agree that the value of bitcoin will continually increase if more people will become interested on it.  With the increasing value of bitcoin, many bitcoin holders want to hold it but unfortunately, some people tempted to sell it or withdraw it when its value hit the highest price not knowing that after many days its value become much higher. Personally, I want to hold all my bitcoins but sometimes, due to unexpected circumstances and expenses, I need to withdraw and use it.
My plans with my bitcoin is to save it when i get my tokens in a particular signature campaign which i joined in. Because i can simply say that by saving it helps me in my future expenses so that i can help my parent to save and budget money in the house or maybe i can also help them financially when theyre in times of needs.
