After the scams that have been made, and the loss of value that the altcoins have had, it seems normal to me that investors are much more cautious and - before investing in a project - they want to examine thoroughly whether this has any chance of success or not.

There is certainly a percentage of dishonest people among the bounty managers, who try not to pay what they promised.
But in most cases, especially in the last year, the projects did not give the desired results and therefore the organizers simply abandoned their projects.

The world of crypto can make you earn a lot of money, if you are skilled (and lucky ...).
But if you are inattentive, at every step you can lose everything and even more: the chances of making mistakes or being trimmed is very high.
It's called natural selection.
Maximum attention, therefore.

Almost all of the altcoins have lost all their value, and the possibility that takes them back is non-existent, even if - as Latin said -  "spes ultima dea" (hope is the last goddess).
I have kept my altcoins, now they are worth little or nothing. But, who knows ... miracles happen

Thanks for the advice, but for how much research is done and no matter how good a project may seem, until the end there is no guarantee of being paid. Indeed, it seems to me that now whoever sets up an ICO focuses more on making the presentation look convincing than on the project itself.

Everything is possible in this world, and congratulations for daring. The point is that creating a coin is relatively easy, but convincing the rest of the world that that currency has value is another matter.
Without a serious project, large investments and a staff of competent managers, there is practically no chance of success.
