From what I have heard, they charge a very high listing fee in Binance. I have heard quotations ranging from 1 million USD to 4 million USD, for a listing with Binance. And even if the promoters agree to this, there is a rigorous screening process before they are allowed to list their project. And Huobi is not far behind and they are also charging a similar amount for the IEO listings. I am not sure about how much Gate and OKEx are charging, but I expect the fees to be lower when compared to Binance.

Higher listing fee means the project manager is really serious with their project, no desire to scam people and want their project will be successful.
So, this is why many people are hunting the IEO tokens from famous exchanges because the investors know they buying a good project

Not at all, scammers are always aiming for money even they will used big exchanges to promote scam project and runaway after getting what they've want.

Not all IEO that being added to reputable exchange can be classified, as scammers also learned how to manage to take advantage from investors who are
just relying with others opinions and did not bothered to review everything first before riding with the offers.

Yes indeed. In 2019 we have not found a high-value project. Some are paid but have no value, some have high value but are not paid. We have spent a lot of time promoting new projects. I hope this will be better going forward.

maybe after looking new altcoin price dumped alot in market, devlopers team prefer using another strategy to promote their projects.and now its difficult to find good projects that will allocate fund for bounty campaign.the reallocate campaign to pay fee in IEO platform.and then its work  now, lot of IEO projects success in market too.

Other advice for bounty hunters, don't be tired to do research on the development of projects that you will support or have supported, because even if you have done the research and think it is a good project, I am sure you will not get the shortage of the project in the first research. because sometimes, for some projects shows its shortcomings in subsequent developments. remain a smart supporter, who always looks at the development of related projects.

In my opinion, because it is not everyday or every month good project comes up, I think this is the more reason why  bounty hunters and investors need to do research, at least these research will help them know if the project is worth investing their money or time. I think this situation is different where a project running an ICO but paying reward in btc, etheruem or other reputable coin in cmc. This type of bounty in ICO don't fail especially if it is under a reputable manager because he will ensure that the developers redeem their promise because of his own image. So I don't have challenge with such ICO bounty.

Very costly i think, but still its better if developers took this into consideration before launching their IEO, i am sure if developers choose exchanges like binance and gate or okex it will recover the money spent on listing on big exchanges

I had water to opt out of bounty, when I saw that rewards were not forthcoming early enough. Well, since some have chosen to postpone payments, which we cannot do anything about, if anyone wishes, he might continue to promote until they all accumulate, a time will come that all the rewards will continue to come nonstop and piling up.

and for investors to be more careful. invest in a legitimate / real project. if it has been said by the bounty hunter that the project is a scam, do not approach it.

Yes, you are right and that is why the more bad projects we have than good projects, the more people loose funds and interests in making any investment. I think the onus lies on every cryptocurrency enthusiast and evangelist to always engage in positive publicity of crypto and chide scam. Also we should always learn and relearn and better the crypto knowledge of others as well.

Advise for investor is the best. I have problem if all investor is supporting binance exchange than new project with good idea and low exchange project couldn't success.

Most of the time, bounty hunters right now have so limited choices that's why there are some that promotes projects that have low chance to survive in the market. Some only do it for the money. Also, ICOs right now have the saddest situation and reputation so, it will be wise to avoid investing unless you fous a really good competitor in te market. IEOs are rising and many people are swayed to take part but still we need to be careful because we won't want to make 2017-2018 issues happen again.

If you'd been paid why haven't you monetize this at all? Meaning the research still failed since you dont get a dime out of work. Yes, being paid in tokens doesn't mean it will have you something but you must target to get profit out of youre promotions since its the goal of a bounty hunter. Dont collect worthless tokens, these tokens can't get you rich.

The performance of researches on projects belong to both bounty hunters and investors because both parties need this to serve as a guide to ascertain the originality and capabilities of the project before investing or participating in the bounty program. Since not all IEOs can be trusted, it is also good to research in order to identify the right IEOs to join.

Problems like this always occur between the bounty hunter and the developer team. The developer team should provide clear information at the beginning of the bounty so that the bounty participants are not restless. In my opinion, the bounty campaign that plays with the bounty hunter will not succeed in the market and they may leave the project halfway to the detriment of their investors.
