I'm Spain all the way, they are not even top 3 favorites but I always believe in the future of youngsters and I think after decade of power, people don't see them especially after World Cup lol. GL to everyone  Spain has been missing a proper striker for years now. It is difficult to go all the way without that killer up front who will score something from the first half chance. If you have to create 3-5 big chances for a goal you must be so much better than your opponents in every game and that is not possible on EURO. |

Time consuming? A similarity between all of us in this pool is that we all love football and we can gamble on it, so I do not think it is time-consuming for any of us because playing in the pool means keeping up with new information about players, their availability, their game fitness and injury updates, watching games, etc., which is not new to most of us because we did them on our own out of love for the sport even before joining this fantasy pool. So if you already love the sport, that is a plus for you, because whatever you do here will just be you having some fun. If you have interest in joining us for the next season, you are much welcomed. I will give you estimates for myself. For Euro you will need 2 minutes every day plus 5 minutes before every Match Day and maybe 15 to 30 minutes to set up your initial squad. For standard FPL, I would say at least an hour to set up initial squad plus 5 minutes every week. And maybe 30 minutes on chip weeks. Now when I say 5 minutes every week, usually I know what I want to do and it is just 30 seconds but then when I have some though call I loose much more. So that are avarage timings. |

If I had to pick a dark horse, I'd probably go with Portugal - but only if Ronaldo will be used marginally. If he plays a lot, they won't go far.
Been saying that for at least one EURO already. He may still get the goals but he's preventing Portugal from really evolving into the attacking side they should be. Feel like a lot of their talent is wasting away just to make way for the Ronaldo that we pretend is going to win them something. Couldn't agree more, he is not good enough for Portugal squad that is full of talent. Yeah he can score goals, maybe he can even do it better than other players in Portugal attack but they are also losing so much on the team pressing with him in the game. He should be 15-20 minutes man for them, used in special circumstances but his ego will never allow for that. |

For the strategists here: did anyone check what the weather in Paris would be like during the French Open?
I realize that going with "No,No,No,No,No." on that question can become pretty tricky when the weather is bad and there are constant delays in the game schedule. I admit I have never checked the weather and obviously didn't do so this time, but I guess this could make a difference.
I wonder what would they actually do in the case of continuous rain over a week or something? Would games just be delayed forever?
RG has two stadiums with roofs. Play goes normally on them so it is never a problem in later stages when all the play is on those 2 anyway. Early stages can get a lot of delays, but RG has over 20 stadiums so unless it is a whole week of rain it isn't a problem. Half of the draw should have been played yesterday, now they just postponed the whole draw for today. It is also clay so light rain isn't a problem like on grass. |

Personally, I would agree that everyone who participates can agree that you guys should get a small fee for managing, at least to recognize that it's SOME effort to look for sponsorships. It's not just about asking. If most of us ask, we would probably get redtag for scam lol it's your reputation and trust that allows sponsors to agree, and us to benefit. In this case, I would be more than happy to have 5% or even 10% increase of fee to go to you guys There's no need for that and I would be the first to complain if somebody took a percentage of rewards for running the superbru pool. As I said, we (at least I am) are doing it for the community and we always take part, so better sponsorship means better rewards for us as well. Running a superbru pool isn't a lot of work. Only real risk we take is escrowing the money for rewards and the hassle of collecting all the payments. |

These first few days of the round have been underdogs galore, and i'm about to go down 0-3 if Heroic somehow qualifies by beating BIG clan in the lower bracket final.  I'm struggling so badly that I could lose this round before Friday, and Renato is a few steps closer to his third win since I also have Hurkacz and Paul to survive until next week. I think I already lost my round, too lazy to check, but Harkorede said we have three different answers, yesterday he got points on Olympiacos and CS and that should be it. Fucking CS, I got 3 right but he has those same 3 and then he picks 9z Team and they go on to get direct place while they opponents were 1.15 or something like that. |

I don't think anybody is getting paid for the pools. I know I am not We are doing it for the love of the game and providing value to the forum. BSFL is a different beast, there is much more work involved and no matter how much I like it I wouldn't be doing that for free. |

This miss from PedroCunhaYori was his third and he is out. He missed last 3 games in the season which is really unfortunate. Hope everything is ok with him but if he missed them on purpose that is a real dick move. That has a lot of influence on whole table and many people get suprise points. Here is the new Div 3B table. Just shows it isn't that hard to rank up. Since cryptofrka and I were the ones that decided who goes in what division in season 1 we placed our selves in Div 3. So there are some teams that were Div 1 all along like buwaytress and some that had to climb to the top. After that initial season, all new players always started from the bottom. |

Then the pool will officially start and icopress will start collecting money while I will make our league. Same deal as FPL this season. He is in charge of money, I am in charge of handling fantasy stuff. Hope it will be a good one Nuh-uh, I'm sitting this one out. No free money for you from me I don't expect as much from this as from FPL. This is way more casual, you can change captains and players mid week. We have wildcard chip and free wildcard. Almost no tactic, just taking best players each round and hoping for the best. I pride myself on managing the team for long run, here you never have to so that. Hell I am picking players in FPL for at least 5GW and here hole thing lasts 7MD. And 4 or those you have free transfers with chip usage. |
