This is my first time participating in this competition, so there's a lot from me to learn and many sports to discover. I submitted my answers yesterday, and I had to research various other sports including esports like Dota 2 which been included in the round2 question, So I went through the teams and selected what I believe are the strongest ones to qualify for the finals.

But, I have a small concern which may have been discussed before and hadn’t seen it, is the possibility of someone else using your username and submitting a form on your behalf. Since there is no way to confirm the identity of the person submitting the form, and the google formule is open to everyone.

Actually this concern never crossed my mind but now that you have said it, it really is a concern. I don't see a way for someone to prove that submitted answers are not their. What would happen if someone submits his answers twice and say thatbthe first time someone else did it instead?

As for the people that fail to submit answers on time, maybe a heads up few hours before the deadline could fix this? I'm not saying to remind those who didn't submit. Mention all of us in the reminder post. I'm sure that no one would have a problem with it if you think that it's a really big deal for Sportsbet guys. I wouldn't want this competition to end because of few guys that constantly fail to submit their answers.

not sure, but with requirement that you have to be sign in with google account to submit, I don't see how this can be abused
if there are two submissions, Cro2 can check e-mail from which form was submitted, and that is enough to verify which form is from the user, and which is an abuse

Actually I don't think that Trofo and cryptofrka see our emails because when you submit your answers, it says that your email is not shared. You have to be logged in but what is stopping you from submitting with one email as slackovic and then with another mail as casperBGD? I'm sure that guys have some kind of a solution. I just wanna know what it is. Or is it a "business secret" (I can't remember the word for "poslovna tajna" in English )

Divisions 2 and 3A submitted with 100%, while the worst was again Division 3B with 9/12 submissions.

Easy. Real person verifies his answers in PM before deadline. If he attempts to submit when fake one is in already I believe he is notified, then he can alert cro2.

That would mean we know the answers that we submitted. I don't know ow about the rest, but I can never remember my answers after I submit them. Especially with "wild" sports like DOTA and WTA.

Why? It is enough that you tell us what time you submitted or even if you don't know that which of the two submissions you want us keep. It all depends on actual case and given answers. We are purposely not giving all the info here so we get more genuine results in case we actually need to do it in the future. Let's just say we had one similar situation in the past and it was resolved easy.

It is really very sad for me that I'm going to get a points penalty in addition to losing this week. However we are still at the beginning of the season. You are absolutely right. I already accept that I was at fault. I'm usually waiting for the last minutes to make predictions. If you look at the last season you can see this situation. I assume that the main reason why I forgot about it is that cro2 team gave up on tagging members to make predictions.

As a result this has become a bitter and costly lesson for me. I will never forget about making predictions from now on.

If that would start to happen (it did not so far in 3 seasons), we'd simply start collecting e-mail addresses. We decided not to because we want to respect your privacy as much as we can, but it's actually an easy fix if we have to do it.

Well, I hope it continues to be this way with no annoying people ruining things for us. But in case that does happen, I suggest that instead of collecting emails each player should be given a private code to include when submitting the form (Ik It would require more effort from the team, but it would be worth it).

Hehe, I chose that United would keep a clean sheet this time. But, in the last minute of the match they conceded a penalty, I had to switch off the stream and started blaming myself why thinking United would ever keep their sheet clean. Surprisingly, when I checked the final results again I found out that Copenhagen had missed the penalty. Lucky me!

Also an option. The problem I have with codes is that a member can't post from his phone if he forgot the code for example.
We really want to make it as easy as possible for everyone, and if problems start to happen we'll make some easy to manage changes accordingly.

No worries anyways, just enjoy the competition and we'll make sure it's 100% fair. Well, 99%, we're mafia after all.

I have to observe however after last night, I believe the goalfests are slowing down so I do feel comfortable with 3 goals in PSG question so I hope I get that to draw with jayce heading into next question.

Uh... First day and already I'm down one point against Harkorede. It wouldn't be a big deal if we wouldn't have so many answers that are the same. If I counted correctly we have three more answers that are different (PSG-Milan, Copa Libertadores and DOTA). Interestingly we have the same answer on the 4th question (a H2H question).

I really hoped that Sevilla can surprise Arsenal at home. I know they are struggling in the national league but I guess they are just bad this season and that's it. Thankfully Sevilla managed to score a goal which made Harkorede's answer also false. Otherwise I would be looking at a defeat after the first day of this round.

I am getting logos at rate of about 2 per day at the moment. Nice initiative, our tables will look very lively.

There isn't a hard final date for that but just to let you know I will post full season schedule next week. All the logos and links i get before than will be included while others will not be updated in schedule part. Tables and results will be updated every week with new inclusions.
