Once again the 630mh/s and growing is not a botnet of infected PC's -- this is a mining farm in china. Read the thread back a few hundred pages for the whole discussion.

Yeah, I mean no one makes shit up on the internet, right???

what is the address? is it useast.middlecoin.com?

Yes that is it.

I'm loving the new Virginia server (useast), H2o.  I am really hoping you plan on keeping it going.  I get less than half the rejects from that one (~1.5%) compared to the standard Oregon server (~4%).

Really nice thing to have multiple servers to spread the load.

does it matter im running eu.middlecoin.com to see ur payouts on middlecoin.com?

or both US and EU are visible under ur adress on the site?

rgds

Doesn't matter which server you are on.  All collects to one address.

Payouts look like they are going to be low today.  Bummer...

So he designed/fabbed/built ASICS before the rest of the world???

I don't believe it for a second.  You want some swamp land in Colorado for cheap, Dawes?

Edit: www.gridseed.com  Interesting.  Can't tell if its all photoshop work.  Now i'm intrigued.

I think once someones hash rate reaches a certain threshold 100-200Mh/s they should be required to show some kind of proof that they aren't a bot net.  otherwise its almost encouraged to do so. if it is a botnet he's stealing electricity from thousands of people and stealing from the pool as well by hogging all the coins. lol

Who would they show "proof" to?  What does H20 care if its a botnet??  They are significantly adding to his bottom line.

Who else thinks the guy with 500Mh/s has setup a botnet on hundreds of computers??

Don't MSI 7950's and Sapphires exhaust out the back (through the bracket vents)?  If so, aren't the box fans on the wrong side of the the rigs?  Essentially it looks like you're blowing back into the exhausts.

Unless those box fans are facing the other way and you're actually pulling the hot air away... hard to tell.

This is the most common question I get asked...

Yes, I am blowing air into the same end that have the display ports.  This is because the fans are axial.  They simply suck air in from the side and then blow it directly over the heatsinks.  The air is then exhausted pretty much at random from that point although more comes out the end opposite the display ports than does the end with the display ports.  I tried flipping the cards around and blowing air into the end opposite the display ports and the temps were 10+ degrees higher versus the way I have it setup now.

I saw no such drop in hashrate from my mining farm to middlecoin.com.

I understand that, I'm mostly concerned about the Amperage, not wattage.  Wattage will stay the same, voltage will increase, therefore amperage will decrease. Theoretically it should be greater than 2:1 reduction since the PSU's will actually gain efficiency at 240V.

What is your exact question?  Maybe I shouldn't have skipped lunch....

Yes, you will halve you amperage going from 120V to 240V.  Yes, your PSU units will run a tad more efficiently (like a couple %) running on 240V versus 120V.  As I stated, a 4 card R9 280X rig pulls about 1100W from the wall which equates to ~4.5A @ 240V.

For the guys that are running 100+ mh/s farms: are you running on 120 or 220 volt systems? I'm debating making the switch to 220 to lower the Amperage on each system and gain some efficiency.  What kind of amp load are you seeing for a 4 GPU (290 or 280X) system?

Anyone running a significant amount of hashpower is not using 120V.  My farm is approx 18Mh/s and I'm using 240V.  I have three phase power to my facility (600A total) though my PDUs are currently single phase only.

A 4-card 280X rig will pull around 1100W.

70% increase for me from the payout from lastnight to tonight.

Today's payout is looking a hell of a lot better than yesterday.  Should come close to doubling yesterday which is great!

I don't know how you're seeing double the profits from yesterday. I'm at .053 so far today and yesterday I got paid .048. Yesterday I had .03 unexchanged, and today I have .022. At this rate, I'll probably end up getting paid about .062. Not double, but more than yesterday (and more than mining LTC straight!!)

Yesterday I had a deposit of .068 while currently I am sitting at .09.  I was just "guessing" that it would be double by payout time but that might be wishful thinking on my part.  Probably looking at closer to 50% increase.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - middlecoin.com on: January 07, 2014, 09:26:20 PM
My unexchanged balance is basically the same as yesterday.  Maybe .01 less or so.

The red graph has more of an upward trajectory unlike yesterday where it was a constant 30 degree tilt.

Yeah today was a horrible day as far as payouts go. I hope it was because H2o was doing some work under the hood because if this happens again tomorrow im out to mine myself.

Why do you guys keep feeding the troll?  Put him on ignore and be done with it already.

In other news, alt prices are tanking.  I'm betting tonight payout is going to suck.  Also, I'm noticing that the US server is switching between mining Doge and LTC.  Doge I can at least understand but why in the world would the U.S. server actually switch to mining LTC when there is literally a dozen more profitable coins above it to mine??
