Like niklasmato said there is no ICO for xfuel.  There will be an exchange called X-Change that will be powered by the XBY network where xFuel will be paired with XBY.  You will be able to use xFuel to fill up to 30% of L2 & L3 nodes in place of XBY.   The price of xFuel will be determined by the market.  Right now the only way to gain xFuel is to earn it.

I believe I saw in the slack xFuel is a modified clone of XBY and they plan to make half of it available while the other half will stay in cold storage. 

Excited for a new exchange and another round of testing.  New registration seems to be down on Nova at the moment.  Hopefully that clears up soon so I can make an account.

I'm new to the crypto scene and I'm excited to find a truly anonymous coin come out!  Once people find out about it this thing will really take off.

That makes sense.  Maybe a high run before the ETF is up and then a leveling off or dump by some wallstreet holders.

I'm pretty new to actually investing in the cryptoworld.  I have seem some information around the web about how there might be a Bitcoin ETF approval in the near future.  In theory that would mean at least a temporary rise in Bitcoin.  Do you think that would pull altcoins up with it as more exposure would lead to more investing or would it have little effect on Altcoins?
