Its bit struggle to process this high and low  condition because, sometimes you cannot predict when it up and when it low and you have to determine which coin to sell during low and high, but I guess these thing need to prioritize which coin is up during that time and which is to sell.

I believe as long as bitcoin to continue to exist and is the leading currency other coins will have the opportunity to live and grow as well. although its price value is not always the same but does not mean it will cease forever and no longer recover on the contrary it will recover and will get a chance to soar high in due time so is the other coin.

If you invest in the ICO you have risk, your experience to invest ICO even you if fail you earn an experience and this experienced makes you strong and wise. Yeah, I think its possible because people also are involve, they can pump or dump the price of bitcoin like big whales investor. If many people use bitcoin i think manipulation of bitcoin are minimize, although im not sure if this happen. last year the bitcoin is pump, and now the bitcoin is low,, i think investors manipulate the price of bitcoin.
