For the result of the rolls, you can find in the verification page. $hash = hash('sha512', $seed . $server . $client); $value = substr($hash, 0,  ; $dice = round(hexdec($value)/42949672.95,2); For the relation between win chance and multiplier, it is "win chance = (1-house edge) / multiplier" So at 1% house edge, 100x multiplier, the win chance would be (1-1%)/100 = 0.99% Is this correct Stunna? |

Hi everyone! I'm announcing a new Dice site soon. I first started a 50/50 card guess game back in May 2013. I then upgraded a few things, including adding an Invest option in November 2013. You can check those threads to see I've never scammed anyone. My sites got positive feedback, but I didn't realize people really wanted Dice games. Now that Just-Dice has closed (my inspiration for adding an Invest option) I've decided to try once again, this time with a Dice site. The best feature will be the investment structure. In a nutshell it's possible for someone investing .1 BTC to earn the same as someone investing 1 BTC, and profits are assessed daily, so people don't have to leave long-term investment funds on site if they don't want to. Should be announcing soon  I think Everydice destroyed any chances of new dice sites having an invest feature. Unless doog comes back, another site will have to prove its credibility and worth. Any ideas on how this can be done?  I think that is the million dollar question. I expect my new site to start off slowly, but as mentioned I do have a gaming history here which should provide some trust. My goal is to become as large as JD. Right now the biggest Dice site is PrimeDice, but they won't offer an invest option. Unfortunately trust is very difficult to gain in this community. I doubt you will see many people excited about investing in a startup. Too many people have been scammed. Also your investment option makes no sense. Logic dictates that the higher the investment the higher the return. Why would anyone invest 1 btc when they can get the same returns for less risk? |

I understand the concept of a house edge. By why is the max limit 98 not 98.99?
Because on JD u could roll with 4 decimals like 99.9999x payout on pd u cant its 99.99x , and on 2 decimals beting on 98.99 wouldn't give u any payout. Why would u bet on no payout? Min payout on pd is 1.01202x , u want less than that ? Well then u would need to go to other dice site that offers that. PD offers u min payout 1.01202x and house edge 1% , that is just how it is, if u dont like that, im sorry, u would need to look elsewhere. Cheers. Much appreciated. That is all I was asking. Elaborate scam? Its a genius idea. Launch a gambling site, copy someone else's design. Play with it for a while until players start to invest. Then jump shit when you feel you have enough btc.

i can recommend https://satoshicarnival.co/ it opened two weeks ago and it looks fairly promising. Both for investing as gambling. I would not! Didnt enjoy playing on that site at ALL. Looks terrible. |
