One advise, do not try overcoming it by yourself.There are more chances of you failing and falling deeper.
I had bad episodes of depression before myself so I can share some tips to stay above the episodes.

First, talk to someone who will understand. Talking about it helps sometimes.
Second, practice mindfulness and meditation to alleviate negative feelings.
Third, work on improving yourself. It helps that you are making some progress on things. Keeps the negative emotions at bay.

You aim too low man (x5). Normally, prices go up x10 when in bull markets. Should invest in good quality coins and reduce your risky coins.

Bitcoin value is a bubble but the tech that powers it is not. Govts are beginning to see this and they want to be the ones in control.
Bitcoin is the opposite of government's fiat and gives us monetary freedom. We will be seeing more regulation and these will dampen some demand for BTC. Blockchain tech though will still power through. ICOs are the future.

Reading the whitepaper is a must if you are investing in an ICO. Learning to look for red flags is protecting your hard earned money. Do not fall to the hype and instead invest only in solid projects with solid teams behind them.

I think BTC markets are manipulated nowadays as more institutions have joined the game. Much of the news covering cryptos are also very negative nowadays. Probably be holding the bag until 2020 and then let us see.

Everyone says to hold. I think it depends on your entry point on your investments. If you are in when it was in its highest, I suggest you learn to cut your losses. People who are saying hold are mostly those that entered cryptos in 2015 -2016 when all coins are valued so low.

It is really not complicated if you do some research. Problem is, ordinary folks, don't usually go be curious and research. They always like for things to be served to them.

Wondering how they will be calculating it? Since price is too volatile. Won't workers be worried since they will be subjected to the rollercoaster price of BTC?

Should be around the 25K-30K levels. We will not be seeing the same level of growth of last year as more institutional investors join the fray.
There will be more manipulation of markets to make bitcoin price stable.

Yeah, seems Rockets will be the only legit challenger to GSW this year. Spurs are done for if Kawhi will not play. Minnesota is rising but still too young. OKC have the next chance aside from Rockets to derail GSW. In the East, not seeing any team going to do great against GSW in the playoffs.

My best tip is to have a mobile app you can use to track your expenses. I am currently using BlueCoins app (I'm using android phone).
This app is pretty sleek and easy to use. I was able to visualize my expenses and income per month and have made significant strides in my expense management. I have always targeted now to only spend lower than what I am currently making from my job. Was able to save around 50-30% every month since last year's June with targeted tweaks to my expenses and creating a reasonable budget each month.

It was hard to get into the habit of saving but over time I was able to do it. Just be mindful of spending and since if you have your phone with you. You can always check fast if you are overspending.

Watched a youtube review and it is one of the top rated ICOs currenlty. Will do further research on the project in the coming days. Hopefully they will have a more equitable ICO compared to other hyped ICOs recently.

10K is a stable price nowadays. People still believe in bitcoin and with the upcoming testing and adoption of Lightning Network. I think bitcoin is still the top coin to be in the next 10 years.

The proper way on looking into it is how much did it cost you in ETH. Compare how much in ETH is it's value now.
Dollar values can be deceiving sometimes and do not reflect the true returns as dollar values are volatile.

I think though as the market is currently depressed prices are all currently down, particularly those ICOs from December.
Just hold on for 3 months, markets should have recovered then.

Getting annoyed of them already though. I would like to research on my own and not be bombarded by these ads when I'm browsing my feed.

My plan is to have a nest egg/back up source of money with cryptos. I do have sufficient money to survive and I do not think more will significantly make more happier. I have a great girlfriend and she makes me happy as she is even if the money is not overflowing. I think people should determine which lifestyle will make them happy. Do know that money is not always the answer to living a fulfilling and happy life.

P.S. It would be nice to have a Lambo though!
