121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nike is launching a Cryptocurrency Marketplace! Will this help Crypto Moon? on: April 29, 2019, 12:52:12 PM
News about Nike's marketplace can be found in this YouTube video: https://youtu.be/bz0PexMfMXk

Also if you guys like the video please like and subscribe so I can bring you guys the latest breaking news on a daily basis!

Thanks in advance!

Are they launching their own blockchain or own cryptocurrency? If I am not wrong, they are planning to use blockchain network only. There is no sign of any cryptocurrency yet.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All ICO Project Proponents Must Also Submit KYC on: April 29, 2019, 12:44:45 PM

The KYC requirement in many ICO projects has been the bone of contention of many investors and supporters with many thinking and feeling that this is not needed as this is the industry that proposes decentralization, anonymity and privacy. However, a project can argue that it is the law that requires them to know their customers and they are in fact just following the regulation. The problem is that KYC is not a guarantee that a project can never go down the coffin and run with the investors' money...maybe travelling to the "moon" and have an indefinite vacation in there until the victims can forget their misfortune of trusting them.

Now, if these project owners can require us to undergo the KYC process...should it not be rational that they themselves submit to the same so that we can be sure that we are dealing with real people with real address?

Why are you hanging out with the KYC thing so much? Many projects already have their token on the ETH network. And you can buy them all from DEX. Other than ETH, NEO, XLM and DEXs are available in some platforms. Moreover, the majority of the projects fall below the price sold in the ICO.

If the problem is for Bounty and Airdrop, there is nothing to do for it. You will accept the terms, or you will not participate in the bounty. The only thing that matters here is that the conditions have been explained in beginning.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO or ICO for good investment at cryptocoin project on: April 28, 2019, 06:02:16 AM
When you have fund for investment project, what will you choose  your investment for now.ICO or IEO project for get profit crypto invesment project.many ICO project this year failed when they launch ico token sale.what Will IEO to be next future of project investment?

As a matter of fact, the event is related to what the project is sold rather than how token sales are made.

So whatever the sales method is, it doesn't make sense to invest in a dead project! Everyone's eyes, Binance, Bittrex made by large exchanges such as IEOs. However, many other stock exchanges are running large IEOs. However, which is done by Binance, especially with the influence of popular culture, can rise rapidly. This is not the right investment strategy.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Get $40 stellar very easily on: April 27, 2019, 11:03:51 AM
There's no way to get this easy. I've been trying to get $ 25 of that airdrop for months. There's still nothing coming. I've tried 4-5 different links but...
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance Coin - Not Far From The Falling on: April 27, 2019, 11:01:28 AM
I think the same way. There is no more activity that Binance will do after this point. There is nothing to BNB price move up anymore
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mass Adoption = Instant mobile transactions on: April 25, 2019, 08:44:59 AM
I was just discussing this with a friend the other day about how mass adoption of crypto will have be as easy as a venmo request and payment to someone. Right now tech is quite clunky and seeing peoples' keys can be intimidating to any new comer. What do you think will happen?

Do we have any projects in the works that help with this currently? I know Elixxir is in the works to make a messaging and payments app but they are still in alpha. I could see Lightning Network creating some sort of app

We know that studies are being carried out in this area. But I'm not sure if it can complete a large-scale transaction capacity.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex has been on it's journey to become great again. on: April 25, 2019, 08:42:15 AM
If I were in the Poloniex team, I'd make a new and powerful image change. Then I would try to create a hype with a big advertising campaign.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin one of the most shady coin? on: April 24, 2019, 08:46:11 AM
It's been proved an early miner of bitcoin mined around 1 million bitcoins and there are many theories about the dominant miner being satoshi itself.
Sergio Demian Lerner had made an extensive study about early stages of bitcoin mining and many other independent research were close to his one.
Is bitcoin a large premined coin? Is hidden identity of satoshi nakamoto not just a humble act?

https://news.bitcoin.com/strong-evidence-suggests-a-single-entity-mined-more-than-1-million-bitcoin/

https://blog.bitmex.com/satoshis-1-million-bitcoin/

I've read some more news about this. However, I think the person who has a mining equipment to this extent could not be kept hidden. Satoshi, or someone else, was sure to have such a large capacity of mining equipment. Today, even Bitmain's operations can be monitored meticulously.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Veil - Privacy Without Compromised (Quick Overview) on: April 24, 2019, 08:43:59 AM
There was a period of stable coin storm. Now, privacy-based coins are popular. But Veil is clearly a well-designed project. It will be very successful if it finds the community support.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any idea about cryptopia on: April 24, 2019, 08:32:53 AM
I was holding some good amount of token and ethereum in cryptopia still we couldn’t able to withdraw from exchange hope it will be sort out and we will get our fund back . If anybody having insight any genuine please let us know in this thread.

They are creating new wallets. Because old ones carries risk about leak. But they've just open BTC wallets withdraw&deposits already. So you can trade with BTC or ETH and then you can withdraw if you want.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your best Privacy-Oriented coin? on: April 22, 2019, 06:32:43 AM

I am personally supporting all of the coins listed above but I don't like neither Grin neither Monero Classic and my best pick is DO.
What about you folks?

This question asked many many times before. I saw at least 10-15 different thread already. And most of them replied same way. I think you may make a simple search in forum. I am sure that you can find your answer.

My favorite security-base coin is Monero. It is oldest one but I think it is still best. I pass other choice but want to say something about GRIN. Grin has gained a big popularity in market. But I am not sure that are OK!. It seems strange to me. And it is so manipulative. I am looking into but it feels risky to me.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Happy easter! on: April 21, 2019, 10:41:59 AM
Incredible!!! I think you'll never give up!

No one believes you anymore. You've let us fail already. I think you should give up as a team of AMON! No one won't believe you!

A large figure of 0.3 BTC to deposit to an unreliable exchange. The market also has to be careful as there are hundreds of SCAM platforms like this.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi Nakamoto was known in person on: April 20, 2019, 09:16:22 PM
If I were her, I guess there wouldn't even be a forum right now. The life of all of us would be very different. So I'm glad I'm not Satoshi's place.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange is legit. on: April 20, 2019, 09:14:01 PM
I didn't trade in Hotbit. However, a friend told me that there was an exchange that appealed to the miners. Is this true?
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its now official: Kraken is delisting BSV on: April 20, 2019, 09:12:51 PM
I think SV is waiting hard after this time. After Binance's delist incident, he decided to delist multiple exchanges. Most were insignificant, but Kraken's move was very important.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binance Chain a treat to Ethereum? on: April 19, 2019, 07:14:18 AM
It is no longer news that Binance is launching their own chain on the 23rd of April, 2019. All BNB holders can convert their ERC 20 to Binance Chain and MITH has announce to be the first to migrate to Binance Chain and pumped 60% overnight. Is Binance Chain decentralized or semi-decentrilized considering that they will be in control of their chain network. With the lack of smart contract, are they really pulling any challenge to ETH? Well. If the purpose is for crowdfunding and the possibility of getting listed, BNB might receive a lot of attention. In my own opinion, Binance Team is setting the pace for other exchanges and they are doing really well.

There are over 100 competitor for Ethereum. All of them wants to take over Ethereum place... And no one can make it until now.

I guess BNB can't take over also. Believe or not Ethereum is one of the decentralized network ever. So BNB won't be never. Always CZ can manipulate it. I think Binance is number one of this market but it is not about the network. It is about exchanges.

Still, everything is possible in this market. We will watch and see soon.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange is legit. on: April 19, 2019, 07:10:49 AM
Hotbit.io is a great exchange for trading alts. They got new coins listed all the time. Just becarefull selling because the sell price is way above market prices. Even the exchange coin htb is goin to sky rocket. People will be trading this platform. It's so easy.

I've bought a lot of GRIN coin and realized Hotbit is one of the greatest choice for GRIN trade. Deposit all my GRIN's to Hotbit. I've completed KYC also.

And then I've suspected something strange in there. I wanted to withdraw my coins immediately. I've created a withdraw order but it completed 10 days later when I've made an withdraw order. No customer service helped me also in this time. I never use Hotbit again.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The market is going down sharing a few coins that can be bargain-hunting on: April 15, 2019, 06:12:55 PM
Uptrend or downtrend. Crypto assets, especially Bitcoin, have been maintaining this price scheme for a long time.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cypherpunk calls out Mark Zuckerberg on: April 15, 2019, 06:09:51 PM
Elixxir is a project that can really succeed. It can be very difficult to calculate the impact that will occur with a possible Facebook partnership. But Elixxir is trying to release their project
