If ti uask 100 different people on his forum, you will get probably 100 different suggestion on which alt coin is the best. And trust me, many altcoins are rally shitcoins. That means they have very little purpose or shady team or projects. Find those coins you could believe in

Just want to share my experience for a week ago.my wallet was hacked by a poor hacker in my opinion because in my wallet not more than $200 and the hacker was hacked only $80 when eth for the gas transaction was run out.very so sad when we waiting for the best price and i will sell it but it was hacked
I once got hacked too. But probably because I got fished by a ether delta or my ether wallet scam site. I entered my private key and someone stole all of my tokens Lucky I only got a few ethos tokens that were worth less than 100€ at the time....my only consolation is that those tokens are now worth like 10 dollars ahahah so, in the end the hacker got rek't by my tokens. I am much more aware now, of websites and phsihing sites |

I have got have $2000 to invest and I am planning to invest it into stellar, ripple, ethreum or else half the amount in but coin and remaining half in newly launched ICO. Which one would be a better option?
My suggestion is electroneum Just look at its team and the work they are doing. It is the only crypto with such a professional approach. Other than that I would suggest to take a look at any low cap project (under 100M market cap), look at their team, look at what they want to do, and invest in the coins you think will have a real use case for the next 6 years |

Yes, it is possible to make good money via airdrops and simple bounties. The trick is to be able (and lucky) to spot that one good project that will take off. Everyone has his own definition of use cases and real tech, i have seen even low quality projects being supported by huge communities at telegram and twitter, soi think people will keep.making those financial mistakes again and again and also will keep falling to scams, i think there should be a filtration for icos and bad projects should not be allowed to raise funds.
Yes, but you see that is what I am talking about. There are a lot of low quality project that are being supported by huge communities right now. But a bad project is blatant. You can't scam a lot of people and think to not be exposed on Twitter, reddit or bitcointalk. So, Tha bad project are known to be bad. How long do you think they will last? 1 year? 2? I am a full time bounty hunter. But I am not good at making decisions. Because recently I have received some tokens from a bounty campaign. Now I am really confused about, should I sell the tokens or should I hold them for the price to be a rise?
Note: The token company is saying that the price will go higher. On the other hand, some experts are saying that the token is not good enough to go higher price. What should I do?
Well it all comes down to one thing and one thing only. Do you believe in said token? Do you believe in its team? Do you believe in the team's vision for the future? Does this coin have a real use case? Do you think people would need such a token in the near (1 to 5 years) time? If you said yes to all of those question I would hold. Otherwise..... I would still hold lol but that is just because I am a collector more than an investor |

The way I see it the biggest factor for a coin to be successful (aka being alive in the next 5 years) is a big, strong, dedicated, capable and most importantly transparent development team. So far I know only of a bunch of project whose team is not hiding in the shadow or whose team is not fake or straightforward illegal!!! Let's hope for the best for those project eheh

well, obviously there are the stable coins wich have the sole purpose of being stable. Tether is the most famous one )TUSD( and it is stable at 1 dollar in price. you might want to get some of that if you look for stabilty. i have heard that a new stable coin is going to launch on the stellar platform XML , and it will be a token based on the dollar price.

Take the first 400 coins and tokens on coinmarket cap.
You can pretty much see two big categories : coins that wants to be a mean of payment,and coins/tokens based on smart contracts.
I think that only 10% of those projects have a real use case (example the BAT token), a good technology and a solid team behind them.
So we will probably see only 40 or 50 altcoins still alive in the next 5 years. What do you think? What are the coins that you think will have a shot at just being used in the next 5 years?
I can talk about some of the coins I know:
Bat token, will be alive because the ads insustry needs to be decentralized and a lot of people want to make money while seeing ads, so this might work.
Monero, deeponion, zcash,tokenpay, they could all be alive because they are PRIVACY focused coins, (some of them run on the tor network too). A lot of people do not like a public address and transactions. Why should someone know that I spent 0.1 bitcoins in dildos last month? Lol
Nano, electroneum they could be alive because they are just a mean to bank the unbanked, are faster than (actual) bitcoin and are going to start a massive marketing campaign. Electroneum app alone has already 1 million downloads (for Android, and it is not yet on IOS), so that is going to count for something.
These are my reasons to believe in those coins. Disclaimer : I do not own all of those coins and definetly not a big amount of dollars invested, so I am not shilling for personal returns

Well, it is a good time. At lead for me. But what if this is not the bottom and the market is going to lose another 70% of its actual value? What if bitcoin drops to 2000€ and the altcoins market plunges? We can't know for sure. But for me, I am buying a little bit of cryptos every month, to mitigate the risk

This is for the better, if you ask me. There were just too many fake accounts and bot accounts. The only problem is that it is very hard to acquire merit. I am stuck at 10 merit for almost a year now lol how come?

I too think that it is the right thing to do... I mean, the were a lot of bits and fake accounts. Those kind of behaviors jus thurt the whole bitcoin and cryptocurrency community, if you ask me. With them gone, only real accounts that have at least a good rank will be able to do bounties and that is for the better. Just rank up a bit and there is no problem.

Well, I too think that cryptocurrencies will survive. Hell, bitcoin is already 10 years old, there were a lot of new technologies that didn't last this long. Also, it's development is getting faster and better. The same thing could be said for altcoins. The ethereum platform sees new projects being born every week. I think that cryptos are very much alive and will be for the time being

What is your strategy for the fall of the market and your forecasts
I buy a little bit of bitcoin ethereum and 1 altcoins every month. But I buy like 20dollars of them, just for the kick of it. I am not a real investor. I am more of a collector of coins and tokens. I think that during a bear market we should feel just like during black Friday or a discount season. Our beloved tokens and coins for a cheap price await us. Well, personally I am an holder simply because the market (crypto market) has seen just too much of a loss already. Selling now with this little value my tokens and coins have, would have no purpose. Beside, I am holding my tokens more like a collector than like an investor. I just like to hold them and eventually use them.

Your best bet are airdrop and bounties. Search Google, Twitter and bitcointalk forum for new projects that are airdropping their new coins and tokens. It basically mean they will give you free coins.usually is not much but if you happen to get 1 lucky coin that will gain a lot of value in the future, you have made bingo and actually could earn 1000€ just from 1 airdrop. Amazing, isn't it? |

Many community members have been claiming lately that altcoins are going to die or at least that 90% of altcoins are doomed. I tend to agree with them that there are many coins and tokens that are pointless and won't survive. Another cathegory are alts with solid foundations but won't manage to fight with their competitors as naturally there are numerous projects with same visions. But if you trust the project you invested in, there is no reason to change your mind just because someone says many altcoins won't succeed. Do your research and trust only your own judgement, because many ALTCOINS ARE HERE TO STAY!
I too believe that altcoins are here to stay. I mean, some of them are, for sure. In 2020 we will see if I am right. I am sure that those projects that have a vision, that are promoting a Real change in a sector and that have a very solid team behind them, will succeed and will be around too. About price, well I don't know if the price of actual altcoins will surge 100x like it did in the past. I don't think that will happen |
