121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do when you are over 50% lose on your trades? on: February 26, 2018, 12:54:24 PM
On 10th I bought these coins...

QLC             665.39235960        spent 0.04669735 BTC now value 0.02208817
DBC           3489.01913490        spent 0.11399558 BTC    now value 0.04789097
UTK             999.14623990          spent 0.07351075 BTC now value 0.04367548
TRX         11704.11100000        spent  0.11480700 BTC now value 0.07415842
VTC              43.46405229          spent 0.01995629 BTC now value 0.01713204
MUSIC      6321.99316783          spent 0.04531524 BTC now value 0.02180519

If you notice in all these coins I am in HUGE lose. I am holding this of course. Coz I would never sell my coins in lose. I did in past but learnt my lessons.

How do you handle when you are in my situation.

Realle I is in the same situation. Unfortunately I did not wait for the final price of BTC. The best way now is to hold your position. May be Perhaps it's worth switching to mining instead of trading.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: February 26, 2018, 11:58:41 AM
First of all, I think that bitcointalk.org is the main international forum about cryptomarket, mining and blockchain. That's why here you can find a huge amount of useful information on any cryptocurrency.
Secondly, I was very surprised when I was told that someone can participate in investing or in spreading new tokens. For this reason, I became interested in bounty campaigns. At the moment, both are very important to me.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which type of coins will be strong in 2018? on: February 26, 2018, 11:51:34 AM
I think that the situation on the market will remain the same. Top 10 coins will increase thier value (BTC, ETH, XMR) because of they are the main representatives of each category.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your trading plan? on: February 24, 2018, 11:47:18 AM
There is my plan. At the moment in my portfolio there are several positions that were purchased at the time of a general fall in prices. However, I should have waited again. That's why I prefer a long term investment and I will hold the BTC/Alts.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Will Ethereum reach 1200 again? on: February 24, 2018, 11:42:36 AM
The price of Ethereum depends on the cryptomarket trend like as BTC. Many ICO's based on the Ethereum will be closed at this year. Probably this will improve the price of ETH. We all need to be patient.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple Price Prediction ? on: February 22, 2018, 11:43:51 AM
Hi! IMHO it is possible. Ripple staff regularly reports about their projects of interaction with banking structures. If at least one such company is interested in RPL large investments will be made by other participants of blockchain.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people think that ETH can Overcome Bitcoin? on: February 21, 2018, 06:41:43 PM
Rumors about this are quite contradictory. The fact is ETH is totally differs from BTC. Many traders believe that "smart contract idea" is very promising (I think so) which will attract maximum attention to ETH. However nowdays there is no clear ways to overcome BTC because the value of ETH is closely connected with value of BTC practically on all exchange markets.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I need some Altcoin to hold longterm :D on: February 21, 2018, 06:35:41 PM
If you want to hold for 1-2 years, then the top 10 cryptocurrencies is the good choice. I mean the top 10 on coinmarketcap.
In all cases you should carefully observe your investmentes. Depending on the cryptocurrency value on the current moment I recommend you move contributions from one to another alts.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to distinguish between a real ICO and all the scam? on: February 20, 2018, 12:09:17 PM
Strict selection criteria can not be selected. But I notice some facts. First of all, developers (or ICO moderator) answer any questions (even the simplest ones, even if they already answered these questions). Аnd responses from the developers arrive within a day. Secondly, a good ICO will not scream about its prospects. Instead of that there must be clear roadmap and whitepaper. Thirdly, there must be a website and a page on at least two social networks.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes an altcoin valueable? on: February 20, 2018, 11:55:12 AM
1. The conception (main goal, achievability and adequacy of results, enclosed funds).
2. The staff (IMHO, in the team of developers there must be at least one IT analyst and one economy-sociology analyst).
3. Adequate target audience (certain consumers).
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is ripple bad/corrupt? on: February 17, 2018, 01:11:04 PM
On the one hand, the centralization of RPL contradicts the principles of blockchains. However, there was no precedent, in which centralization would have a negative impact on investments in RPL (or am I mistaken?). On the other hand, is it all the same whether there is centralization or not when you trade on a cryptoexchange? Moreover, RPL in this respect is a very profitable investment.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Local forum or International forum? (Newbie) on: February 17, 2018, 07:03:43 AM
hello everyone.. I am newbie in this forum. which section is better to grow for newbie like me. local or international forum? I speak in both languages. thank you.

Hello. In my opinion, the most complete information is contained in the international section for beginners. Local sections are useful for any
particularistic issues related, for example, to the laws of a particular country.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese New Year 2018: Will this effect the markets? on: February 15, 2018, 02:10:57 PM
Since the markets are strong in Asia, will the New Years affect things?

Very often events in the cryptomarket try to explain by external interference. As far as I know, there were no reasons for the sudden increase in interest in the cryptocurrency at the end of 2017. However, this happened. I think that more interest will be presented not by specific dates, but by news about changing the attitude to the cryptocurrency of governments in different countries.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What project is scam? on: February 15, 2018, 02:07:20 PM
Thanks the author for the list. I woilud add roadmap as a importnant step. Roadmap sholud be very detailed. And the terms that the developers set themselves should be adequate to the task posed.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ripple rise again? on: February 13, 2018, 01:12:49 PM
I do not think that in the near future we will see such a surge. RPL is somehow traded with BTC-RPL pair. Thus, if the dynamics of BTC are positive, we will see something similar for Ripple.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Problem on: February 13, 2018, 01:09:46 PM
The problem we now face as a revolution is the fact that people are in the game to make quick money, not to make a difference to the way we interact with money... The market would be more stable if everyones investment stayed for a minimum of 10 years

This is a very bold statement. Especially if you consider that the market itself has existed for about 10 years. Moreover, there can be no question of stability in the current situation. Of cource investments are needed. But 1-2 years is enough.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's Talk about Crypto becoming Centralized in the near future.... on: February 12, 2018, 09:56:11 AM
- Do you ever think that BTC, ETH, and a lot more coins in the market is not really decentralized. Someone must be controlling it indirectly.
- What would happen if BTC and ETH becomes Centralized. How will it affect the block chain?

Are there any prerequisites for such an opinion? With the same degree of certainty it can be said that the Internet is centralized Smiley
If this happens, then in general the currencies will be divided into two camps. For example, UNIX-based OS feel great itself without centralization in contrary to Mac or MicroSoft.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is 1ETH=$10,000 worth the possibility? on: February 12, 2018, 09:50:22 AM
In the short-term (1-2 years) period it is practically impossible. But in perspective of 5-10 years it can happen. It depends to a large extent on the overall state of cryptomarket.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALTCOINS under $1 on: February 11, 2018, 10:21:24 AM
Which Altcoins are likely to pump in a month or two, and can give profit in short term? I am new and cant afford losing money.
I doubt that anyone can answer your question. I believe in Ripple, VoteCoin and some tokens. May be you need to trade on pair BTC/USDT? I think in short period of time it is the best way to improve you state with real money.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened with etherdelta? on: February 11, 2018, 10:14:46 AM
Hi guys,
Anyone face any issues with etherdelta ? Still safe to trade using etherdelta ? Why the volume are zero? And my Blockfolio no updates at all. Or etherdelta doing some upgrades?

Hi! Unforunatly, there is no any choice to trade ERC20 tokens. That's why you should continue to use it. As I know the convinience of etherdelta has always been at a high level. Last time developers of the site make some security updates so that the incident does not happen again.
