Altcoins are best bought when Bitcoin is uptrend but still a matter of timing and depends on alts you are buying. Some alts somehow are not that affected with the ups and down of bitcoin. Some are really falling hard when bitcoin are up/down. So deciding on what alts to buy during this time also matters.

I always follow the simple rules, you just need to read the nearest plans of the top10 coins that are on coinmarketcup and you immediately understand what you can invest now, I think this will be the right decision for today, of course this is a personal matter.

Hackers and scammers are everywhere. Today on telegram wrote me a person who had a fake account of an administrator of a famous blockchain platform to propose to buy discounted tokens: I blocked it. More difficult to defend against hackers, but if you use wallet offline I think you can rest assured

If you have all the time to wait for an altcoin to have good value I'm pretty sure you will be rich when that time comes. If you invest on SIA or probably dentacoin which is the cheapest I can say and that you keep the tokens until its worth $1 each then I guess you are a lot richer already

Holding is not BS. If you want to have a long term hold/investment you have to be careful in choosing which is which. Wise decision, do a research so that you can have the most out of it. And if that decision will not work,  sell that coin and switch to another.  You need to strategize to ensure a lot of profit. Go with altcoins that has a good roadmap and unique to other if they have the same project/concept and lastly do a backround check to the devs (achievements or previous work).

yes I am afraid of hacker. There are countless ways of by which hackers attack. So I do keep a lot of eye for any suspicious activity and use precautions , I am still nervous whenever there is a hack. I also think that since internet is used everywhere, there will be a hack one day which will  disrupt everything. When I will earn a susbstantial amount out of crypto I will take insurance against hackers to protect myself and worry free.

There is a high chance and possibolity of all altcoins dying as soon as bitcoin dies. Afrer all, you couldn't invest your money on ither altcoins like ethereum, ripple and the likes if you haven't yet invested money on bitcoin. Same goes with the withdrawing of bitcoims to turn into cash. I believe that without bitcoin all cryptocurrencies would die or not even exist.

Yes now is the right time to buy ethereum, because the ethereum price drops about 60% and it's good enough to start buying it. Most likely the current price could last long or even could happen again price decline. If you have a lot of money, then my advice is to buy ethereum in large quantities to be a long-term digital asset.
