Decreasing population for some good result is reasonable. Having big and large population has a big problem also for a country. First thing is poverty. Overpopulated countries also the poor country. But not all overpopulated countries are poor, there are some that is rich because their people are hardworking and can generate money for their family. Having such policies like one child or two is not the best solutuon for such problems. Decreasing population is not the best solution but we must discipline ourselves for the bettermebt of our own life and our nation.

People who take risk are the people who believe in themselves that they can grow and the money they invested can grow and become successful. Currency, however has nothing to do with the bankruptcy. Risking of currencies has a great impact to the people who have so much money. If the currency is high, then they must exchange it. being a high school graduate is a good success or attainment. but having a college diploma and graduated from a bachelor's degree is somewhat a great difference. it can lead to much more and bigger success. so should you go to college, well for me based on experience, i do not want to go to college at first but the again i realize that what job or work should i fit in because my attainment is only high school. well of course it is not necessary to graduate college so that you can be successful. some people are successful even if they did not graduated from college but it is your self- satisfaction if you graduate college. there is so called confidence and self-esteem which will be built up when you go and graduated from college.
