121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most crypto friendly countries in Europe on: April 26, 2018, 10:42:49 AM
Before everybody gets all excited and moved to Denmark because they're soooo crypto-friendly, let me just point out that most of the major banks in Denmark refuse to handle funds derived from crypto-currency trading and the tax on capital gains from crypto is 42%.

Ouch, that's unfortunate. I guess it's the banks that can make or break how friendly a country is towards cryptocurrencies at the end of the day.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MAJOR Crypto Influencers Caught Planning Massive Pump And Dump Schemes on: April 26, 2018, 10:42:00 AM
Most of the coins that pump sometimes are as result of the activities of the so called whales in the market. That is why we see coins pump so easily even when it is not yet matured for that and as a result of this, they easily dump. I have seen situations where 24 hours coin pump with over 1000% profit for early investors. That is why care has to be taken when trading.

People often blame whales and they seem paranoid but the link shows that they really are manipulating the market and coins. It's really hard to crack down on them though.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How is the crypto industry going to look like in 5–10 years? on: April 25, 2018, 08:50:01 PM
I'd love to see more altcoins introduced in the market but i think, the top 5 or 10 coins will be largely unaffected 5 years down the road. Maybe ETH might replace BTC or something like that though
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Ambit (AMBT) Become part of the Mining Family | Presale LIVE! on: April 25, 2018, 05:14:24 PM

125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ripple the currency of the future? on: April 24, 2018, 05:12:35 PM
I think Ripple will be one of the first of many coins that the banks will start adapt and using.

So, this is why I think ripple has the potential to be a currency of the futuer.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ATTENTION EVERYONE! MEW isn't safe to use right now. on: April 24, 2018, 05:11:38 PM
I don't think anything but a hardware wallet is safe nowadays. I really recommend people to invest in one.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Ambit (AMBT) Become part of the Mining Family | Presale LIVE! on: April 24, 2018, 03:56:10 PM
Guys are you talking with some investors or whales, because soft cap seems a bit far.
be patient friend no need to doubt the time is still long because I'm sure Dev must have a good plan to achieve it and not have to wait for the big whale in the end smart investors will know this good project.

Still about a month left, I agree we have to be patient and it will pay off.

I think it's doable, considering they raised over 2,120,000 tokens as of now. But of course, we have to wait and see Smiley
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Ambit (AMBT) Become part of the Mining Family | Presale LIVE! on: April 23, 2018, 09:52:16 AM
Hello, can someone help me to understand please? There is 2,041,547 tokens already sold, write?

Yes they are, and we should soft cap

Correct. And 6,000,000 is the soft cap to be reached.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Binance will use Blockchain Technology to help fuel 1000’s of jobs and boost Uga on: April 23, 2018, 08:05:20 AM

131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: April 22, 2018, 12:49:53 PM
This is posted last December 2017 and was talking about the dip. Well since late February the cryptocurrency market really had a big dip and had since been so volatile and the recovery was even so slow. Many feared it might be just end the cryptocurrency market. Yet as we can see today it is not the case there has been green all over. In this link 10 crypto coins had been predicted to rise up until the end of the year 2018. https://www.finder.com/cryptocurrency-predictions. You can check on it for future reference should you want to invest or just wait for another dip.

Thanks for the link, very interesting read.

To answer the topic question, I think now is a great time to invest, they're still pretty cheap from the huge fall and we're seeing some greens now so.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: future?? on: April 21, 2018, 06:23:50 PM

As of now the price of each coin is very unstable, and the price of it just keeps going down. I have seen a coin last year, that the price of each coin goes rapidly high. Now again rapid..almost below expected. Can we sure the investment??
How long crypto will last?
Can crypto die?
Can government kill crypto?

I don't think crypto will die, if anything it will replace fiat in the future. until then we just have to wait.

As for now, they're starting to stabilize and I think we're gonna start seeing bull trends now.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Ambit (AMBT) Become part of the Mining Family | Presale LIVE! on: April 21, 2018, 04:46:43 PM
This ICO has a lot of positive responses, it makes sense for me.

I agree, I see a lot of praise both here and in the Telegram chat. Very nice community and helpful staff.

overall very friendly and responsive team in my experience. always willing to help and i love how you can talk with the ceo of the project as well on telegram
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Ambit (AMBT) Become part of the Mining Family | Presale LIVE! on: April 20, 2018, 01:48:31 PM
Are you planning to launch/register your Coin on https://coinmarketcap.com/ ??

I am pretty sure, that we will see Ambit Mining at the exchanges.

I think they will be listed after the ICO or the main sale. But I'm not 100% sure.

I think that project is good enough to succeed. when we are asking what are the features to identify good project I am often answering that Ambit mining have all to be successful.

Oh yeah, a minimum viable product that is already making profit, whole team with relevant experience, great whitepaper, so on. What's not to love Grin
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum, Ripple or Litecoin? on: April 20, 2018, 11:54:42 AM
I think that in that order ETH > Ripple > Litecoin.

ETH probably has the best future but I think ripple might see more profit in the short term
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ALTCOINS going green! on: April 20, 2018, 11:53:34 AM
Some people say it's a bull trap, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

For what it's worth most coins have seen crazy growth
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Ambit (AMBT) Become part of the Mining Family | Presale LIVE! on: April 19, 2018, 07:54:41 PM
New

Dear community, due to the volatile and bearish market conditions, we decided to extend the presale date until April 27, with 20% bonus on your purchases. Do not miss it and join our presale stage http://www.ambitmining.io

awesome! thanks for extending it, i think that was a good idea.

20% Is pretty good indeed. Plus, after that, you can always get a referral link to a friend, which is bonus 2% I believe, so all in all, that's pretty generous.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Ambit (AMBT) Become part of the Mining Family | Presale LIVE! on: April 18, 2018, 11:06:00 AM
One of the most successful projects , I suggest you to participate in it

139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Ambit (AMBT) Become part of the Mining Family | Presale LIVE! on: April 17, 2018, 03:43:42 PM
I would like to say several words about the web-page. it is also amazing, and really user friendly.

Yes and info is easily accessible. I also liked the idea of one pager, often it is difficult to read all white paper and this one pager is very good thing to assess ICO at first sight.

Having read both, I can say that the one pager gives a really great overview of the whole whitepaper.

Of course the whitepaper is more in-depth and detailed but the onepager gives enough info as well.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we adopt altcoin to pay wages? on: April 17, 2018, 07:48:37 AM
How many of you here would prefer to be paid through altcoins?

I imagine PayPal is just too convenient right now, despite its huge fees.
