121  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does technical analysis work in crypto trading? on: December 14, 2023, 10:15:20 PM
For all my 5 months in trading, I'm learning only technical analysis but now everyone is talking about the concept of "Smart Money". So I think that trading is changing and speculators should stop trading based on technical analysis. Or smart money just a concept that cannot possibly work in the market,
Technical analysis will always work despite of a hyped market though in crypto, the trend always moves faster compare to other market. Many might not believe on this but if you do trade without TA, then expect to lose money right away.

The market is too risky, if you will not do your own research before you trade, you are just wasting your time and money here. Trading should be based on your TA and FA of course, there should be enough time for you to analyze before you place a trade, by doing this you are saving yourself from a big loss.
122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Target your wins in a series of bets on: December 13, 2023, 09:45:11 PM
This is my approach and through it, I don't get depress over few loses. This method works for me and I feel it will also work for others. Your opinion are highly welcomed.
Regardless of your strategy, you should not expect anything in return when you gamble, because its a game of luck and to avoid being disappointed, better not to have any expectations at all.

Once you’re too focus on the winnings and you set your expectation high, that is the time when you will be morre stressed once the result is not in favor to you. We should know that gambling is risky and there is no guaranteed profit here, if you want to gamble happy just go with the flow and expect nothing.

124  Local / Pamilihan / Re: METAMASK - TUMATANGGAP NA NG GCASH on: December 13, 2023, 09:08:08 PM
Kamusta naman? Mabilis lang ba and ok naman ba ang fees?
Super galing talaga ni Gcash when it comes to adaption and having a good partnership with the cryptos, sana mas maging stable pa si Gcash especially now that they also have crypto features sa wallet nila. Baka masubukan ko ito sa susunod na pagcashin, lalo na at may banta na mawawala ang Binance dito sa Pinas, which is mostly P2P ang ginagawa ko.
125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Correction is possible in bitcoin price? After 40,000$ on: December 12, 2023, 11:19:35 PM

However, what is your opinion? Do you anticipate a potential drop in the bitcoin price, revisiting $30,000 after reaching $40,000, or do you believe it will continue its upward trajectory towards $50,000?
I can't say anything on the price movement of bitcoin but the fact remains that bitcoin price is still doing well and this little correction that happened is not a surprise. This is because the price has being shooting up and a correction is needed for it to be able to go above 44k price which was the highest price of bitcoin in this circle. So I wouldn't say that we should expect a big dip in bitcoin price. We might see $37k but I am expecting bitcoin price to reach 45k and above by the end of this month/year.
We can still hit that target price before the year end specially if we are able to survive on this correction. We might see $40k though but let’s not hope for this and let’s be more bullish as we are going to few more weeks before the year end. Bitcoin is still doing great with a great volume too, this kind of correction is already expected, don’t panic and just know when to buy and grab that opportunity before its too late.
126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: December 12, 2023, 10:55:07 PM
There were some statements from Mikey Williams that he said that he didn't demanded anything just unlike what Al and the Gilas management have mentioned during their press conference before. So, maybe he's right but maybe he can also lie because it was affecting him a lot. Anyway, going back on this scene that he's making about reconsidering him, the TNT might get on him again because this is what they like. To have a player that can be counted and depend on. There might be a special treatment on him but if he's going to ask for a max contract, well then that's TNT's problem if not, there will be some other teams that's going to take him, possibly.
There are some players who demanded a lot just to play with Gilas and that is not rumor for sure.
If TNT can afford him again then it will be a big addition to them since Miley is still a great player to look forward to its just that he become too expensive. TNT standing for this conference is not ok, they really need someone to help them and start their campaign on a big wins again.
127  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Binance ibaban sa Pilipinas? on: December 11, 2023, 09:38:25 PM
128  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is hard!!! on: December 09, 2023, 09:47:34 PM
Trading is indeed hard and should be taken seriously, it take years before you actually win in trading using your own strategy. I also don’t know why there’s a hype about trading especially claiming that its easy to make profit here.

We have to understand the possible risk, analyze based on our own timeline and of course trade carefully. It took me years before I can actually have confidence in trading and even up today, I’m still learning because the market is still unpredictable and didn’t stop from growing.
129  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Gagastos kaba ng isang milyong dolyar para sa citizenship? on: December 09, 2023, 09:39:16 PM
If you want a more powerful passport, I suggest to look for other option kase may mga bansa na need mo lang mag invest ng around P10M or less just to get their passport and become a citizen, so $1M is too much for me.

If sawa kana sa Pilipinas and have the capacity to do this, then why not diba? If you’re into crypto and think that El Salvador is better than Philippines, then do it basta kailangan buo lang ang desisyon mo kase for me, iba paren ang saya maging isang Pinoy.
130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe you can win on sports betting by analyzing a betting lines only? on: December 09, 2023, 09:23:30 PM
How about you? Do you share the same perspective or not?
The odds says it all but I still prefer to analyze on my own and stay focus on my strategy and that includes analyzing the team and the players too though sometimes if I’m too busy and want to place a bet, I just rely on the odds and most of the time I won. Betting can still be risky, don’t ever forget to analyze and focus on your strategy, we know betting can be more rewarding if you bet correctly.
131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: First winning can be a trap on: December 09, 2023, 08:59:07 PM
The first attempt of gambling by anyone that the result comes out to be a win can be a trap if one is not careful and conscious. Have noticed people who plays gambling on their first attempt and win thinks gambling is very easy because they were lucky to have a win in the first attempt,  whenever it happens like this with beginners they still want to play  more and as they continue it is just a simple strategy to lose all they won in their first attempt,  it is important new gamblers shouldn't tricked to play more expecting to continue to have more wins.
The moment you register for a casinos, its already a trap and of course this is business and the casinos will encourage you to gamble more so they can get money from you, everyone knows this and the house will always win of course.

Not all though will get a first win, usually you have to bet more first before you actually get a win, not unless you hit the jackpot on your first try, then you can easily run away from that casinos and enjoy the big profit, but of course this is not happening.
132  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you regret also for ever knowing about gambling? on: December 09, 2023, 08:49:33 PM
What I miss so much is how I often visit the casinos with my friends, especially last year, when I had more free space than this year. I would regularly visit the casino with my friends, and we would gamble and have fun. I really miss that time. What I actually find more fun to do if I want to while away time is gamble, watch matches, and play games. I don't regret getting into gambling, and I don't think I will because I could still decide to stop if I wanted.
Gambling is fun and playing with your friends makes it more interesting, you don’t have to hate gambling if you know how to be more responsible. I also don’t regret this even if I lose some money in gambling, because exposing yourself in gambling can help you be more responsible and of course you can also win some money here even if its not guaranteed. There’s a risk of course but you have to stay focus, know how to deal with it and just enjoy your free time with your extra money in gambling.
133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are slots hard to understand on purpose? on: December 09, 2023, 08:21:54 PM
I don't really bother with the various rules on slots, because all I think about is playing and getting the jackpot and that's all. There's no need to be too confused about thinking about volatility, RTP or whatever in slots because that's how the designers designed the game, of course they have their own goals for designing slot games with these features, maybe it's to make it more interesting, challenging and sustainable, but in general the outline is accessible and easy for everyone to play.
I’m also thinking if all the gamblers understand this first before playing slots because personally I don’t and all I know is to click the spin and let the system works for me, we all know how slots works and winning will always depend on your luck. Just enjoy the slots from a good game provider on a good site, I’m sure the probability to win are much higher and you don’t have to think about the RTP or volatility, its a play and go for a purpose.
134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Interview for sports bettors. on: December 09, 2023, 08:08:13 PM
1- How long have you been gambling in sports?
Ans ;

2 -What are your worst experience in sports betting?
Ans ;

3-What are your best experience in sports betting?
Ans ;

4-What can you advise on the new gamblers and those who struggles in sports betting?
Ans ;
1. The moment I start my crypto journey, that’s also my start in sports betting and it’s almost 6 years now though I’m still an occasional gambler.
2. Worst experience is to place a bet on a wrong team and having no analysis at all.
3. Best experience of course is winning especially with your favorite team.
4. My advice is to continue to learn, know how to read odds and don’t forget to analyze the teams before you place a bet, and of course don’t forget to have fun as well.
135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers should not believe in first game win trap on: December 09, 2023, 07:55:59 PM
Gambling on a casino as a newbie is not always about winning because you can also lose money right away as the casinos business is still the priority and it’s very rare to see a first game win especially if you are a beginner. You can always lose money in gambling because it will always depend on your luck regardless of your strategy, so if you win on your first game better to know how to spend that winnings properly and stay responsible.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trend or long term projects? on: December 08, 2023, 09:50:13 PM
What is your suggestions about profit from altcoins. Should we rely on only buying long term projects or we should invest according to trend despite of looking that trends coin will have no value in future?
Long term investment for the good altcoins and do a trend strategy for the projects that are still new in the market, you can just follow the hype and secure your profit after. We know there’s a cycle in this market and now we are on a bullish cycle where we aims to create a new ATH with Bitcoin and after this for sure corrections will start and the bear will suddenly appear, so make sure you understand the cycle.
137  Economy / Economics / Re: On retirement on: December 08, 2023, 09:34:04 PM
What term retirement usually denotes to is, to stop working. People often don't like job, so to retire usually tends to be on top of the list. However, if one likes what he does, he will do something similar to pass the time even after retirement.

Now, I'll be honest, I dunno what I am driving at but I wanted to spark topic about retirement. Now, you go,
You will be the one to define what kind of retirement do you want and how will you retire happy and financially free and ready? There’s a lot of options for you to retire well and its up to you now on where to focus more. Only few can retire happy and with money, they prepared for this and they know that the time will come for them to retire. Cryptocurrency might still be the riskiest way to prepare for your retirement, but who knows you might see crypto on its very peak during that time, and the risk that you take today will be more worth it.
138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos after the shutdowns of mixers on: December 08, 2023, 09:19:33 PM
I think mixers will continue to be used in the other space as already mentioned here and that other space is dark/deep web (can't say anymore about it) so this means people will be able to use the mixers again,those people used to use mixers as for me personally I almost never used any of them because I never had the need to do so.
Those who wants to launder money will always find their way to do it and yes a darkweb will always exist for them. The casinos are strict already and for sure they will increase their security just to stay in business and to follow the regulation. We know how this market works, and we know how the government wants to regulate crypto as much as possible and if the casinos will not follow it, there’s a risk that the government will look after them and they might give more pressure to those casinos who will not follow the regulation.
139  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Help , Sobrang taas ng fee Pano mag send ng mas mababa and fees? on: December 08, 2023, 08:59:21 PM
Ganyan talaga and we can’t do anything about this aside from dealing it well. Sobrang laki ng fees so make sure worth it yung amount na iwiwithdraw mo and make sure na nacompute mo ng maayos yung fees.

Usually yung 25blocks confirmation ang pinipili ko and so far napasok naman sya within the day, need lang talaga mag antay and make sure na hinde masyadong rush yung pera na iwiwithdraw mo, next option is to use alternative crypto.
140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Aspect of Sports Betting or Casino Gambling Posed a Challenge for You? on: December 08, 2023, 08:47:52 PM
What aspect of sports betting or casino gambling posed an initial challenge for you when you first started, but which you eventually grasped? How did you finally understand it. Did a friend explain it, did you watch a YouTube video, participate in a sports betting community on social media, or did you figure it out through a trial-and-error approach?
Understanding the odds, since its not just a simple bet on those who will win, you still need to analyze so you can know where to bet properly. Sports betting is not that simple at first but the moment you understand its concept and how it works, I’m sure you can easily do it the next time you place a bet. Initial challenge also is looking for the best betting site, you have to search for the best and choose the best platform for your betting activities.
