Are you picky with ICOs?

When the market is good i does not really choose the right ICO as i am a bounty hunter and not an investor the most i lose is my effort but for the current market if you do more is only a waste of time i only do from a few bounty manager that have good reputation.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Low market makes ICOs cheaper on: November 06, 2018, 10:16:13 AM
I see that many people complaint when the price of the coins drops, however that makes the ICOs cheaper and they are more likely to gain xMore than just hodling when the market recovers. What would you do to seize the opportunity?

That will depends on what are the types of strategy that you are employing, some people will buy in cheap coins and will wait for it to recover some will rather stand at the side and monitor first before he make the next move. I am the first type of person prefer to make you of this opportunity which might means danger to other as well/
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do lot of people hate bounty dumpers? on: November 06, 2018, 10:10:14 AM
I've seen lot's of people who complain to bounty hunters who dump their tokens after they get them. Why hate them? They have all the rights to sell whenever they want and bounty allocations are only 1%-5% of the total supply of the coin. I don't think it will do much to lower the price of the coin. I mean it's even good for the ICO investors as they will have a chance to buy more tokens with lesser price than the ICO.

Holding the tokens also doesn't mean it will make you rich. Some tokens get abandon by the developers so it would be better to sell at a good price than be left hanging in the end.

Actually it is the freedom of the individual whether will they want to hold on to it or dump it, inevitably if dumping of coin is present the price of the token will surely be affected. Holding of coins involve risk and reward so we should not blame anyone for their choice.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who dump coins early; Bounty hunters or ICO investors? on: November 05, 2018, 04:41:47 PM
Its so sad when we have been made to believe its bounty hunters who dump their bounty tokens immediately after ICO and so devalue the coins on the market. Because of this notion, project managers these days try to delay bounty rewards while some even go ahead to give small rewards so that the actions of bounty hunters will not affect the price of their coins. Now I participated in this bounty and we were paid late as usual. We went to the market and realized the price was already down, even below the ICO price. So who caused it ? I think we should have a second look at this issue. Don't you think its the investors who get bonuses during the ICO who try to dump their bonuses for profit and not the bounty hunters as we have been made to believe?. Let me hear your opinions guys

We can't really say whether is the bounty hunter or the investors that is dumping the coin. Definitely there will be some bounty hunters and some investors that does that and we should not be bias on either side. I guess it boil down to how the person think of the value of that coin.

125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tracking funds in wallet on: November 05, 2018, 04:37:16 PM
Is there an app you can download and enter a specific wallet address and get notified if funds are moved from the specific address?

I don't think there is one from what i know. You did point out a good point maybe in the long term there will be ICO that wish to build their platform based on this. A problem i foresee is that there is many different coins like stellar, eth, waves etc where they are not using the same blockchain transaction unless someone create a specific wallet for each blockchain.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you invest in Altcoin? on: November 05, 2018, 04:29:51 PM
If you want to make some decent profit altcoin should be the one that is able to let you make some decent profit out of it. The only bad part is that if you does not do your homework well you are catching a falling knife.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to buy! on: November 03, 2018, 01:20:34 AM
Hey guys, it’s already November. I think it is a perfect time to buy crypto because it must pump toll the end of the year because of BAKKT and so on. What do you think?

Pump or not pump at the end of the year i am not sure i do hope it is being pump so all of us can profit. Even if not being pump i do believe that now is a fairly good time to accumulate good coins at low value.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think 2017 was the best Year for Crypto on: November 03, 2018, 01:18:10 AM
As we know that, During the Nov 17 - Mar 18 The price of Crypto was too good I mean End of 2017 and start of 2018 is the best year of crypto. Whats your opinion?

I can't deny that those are the good days but i strongly believe if crypto is able to survive this down period there will surely be days that is better than 2017 to 2018.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the governments kill cryptocurrencies on: November 02, 2018, 04:17:40 PM
Some governments are starting to embrace blockchain and cryptocurrencies and others are literally closing the doors to this technology. Do you think governments will continue to fight back against cryptocurrencies and decentralization?

I believe most governments that anti crypto most probably is because of the scams rate and also the decentralization that is a threat to them. Once they are in synchronize we will see more pecaeful environment between the government and crypto.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worried about Crypto currency future on: November 02, 2018, 04:13:08 PM
What do you thing, where crypto currency is going? Do you think this is end of crypto?

131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in crypto? on: November 01, 2018, 04:07:03 PM
Hey guys, I wanna ask you a simple question. Do you still believe in crypto? Do you think it will strike back and we all will be rich? Why?

Yes i still believe in crypto no matter how the world see crypto as. Maybe it will take one or two year for crypto price to be up again i have this thinking is because currently there are too many negative news on crypto only after this wave is gone maybe crypto will be able to make a comeback.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunter's Problem on: November 01, 2018, 04:03:14 PM
It's that True if you are a truly bounty hunter you will experienced to promote a scam project ico ?

More or less experience or inexperience hunter will definitely meet with doing a scam bounty unless heavy research is done on specific ICO before you join any of it. The point is that one should not be too affected with scam bounty if you meet with one he should move on and continue to sharpen his skills on choosing a good bounty.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is needed on: October 30, 2018, 04:59:45 AM
When you are still a newbie to this cryptocurrency world, it is better to take action and study the flow of its ecosystem and be prepared when you make an investment to avoid a profit loss. Don't make drastic move that you didn't prepare to it. Always make your own research first.

What you say can be apply on all aspect on investing however i would recommend newbies to hone their skills of choosing ICO instead of investing they should start with bounty hunting which can help reduce the risk they are taking. Once you feel more confident then you start your investing.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest Now!!! on: October 30, 2018, 04:55:44 AM
Invest now while the the coins and tokens are at their low value.. The impact of the low value of bitcoin affects most of the coins. We should invest now before it returns to is glory. Its is a simple concept of a stock exchange where we buy at lower cost and sell it a high value ,, an increase in value can be a big matter if you invest more.. count your investments not your savings,,,

btw please follow me on twitter and i will follow you also. i promise , lets help one another to gain followers. GOD BLESS

https://twitter.com/batrocio

I agree to your idea of investing now but i think there is a misleading here especially for newbies that will buy into crypto after seeing this thread. When you buy low you definitely will profit more if the market change from bear to bull however no one will know whether the crypto market will make a further dip before we can see a recovery. Buy coins at your own risk and not speculation.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is your full time job? on: October 29, 2018, 01:31:54 PM
Hey guys. Today I want to discuss the theme related to work. Do you have a full time job and crypto is just an additional way to earn money? Or you are working with crypto everyday and It takes all your time. If so how much do you earn per month? Interesting to learn more about crypto investors.

I do know some friends that leverage crypto as their full time job and their earnings is quite decent, but for me it is only a full time job for current period as i am jobless now but in time to come it will just be a part time job to me.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Should I do as a newbie? on: October 29, 2018, 01:26:38 PM
I'm Hoeda From Indonesian. I just tried to join today.
First I saw the enthusiasm of my friends in the village who had already mined bitcoin. About 3 years ago, my friend once invited me to join him.
but I refused, because at that time I was studying and working in one of the bona fide companies.
so I do not have time to spare.
and now I have graduated from my college.
then yesterday I accidentally saw my friend on Social Media, he has been successful with his efforts. I started chatting with her, she said her success was due to bitcoin.
after that I am more curious and interested to join to bitcoin.
many new things that I have not known here.
Now what should i do as a newbie and howto get bitcoin BTC ?

I hope the members who have long joined here can share his experience.
success for all of us!!

What i can share is you is you should start of be a bounty hunter which gives you a headstart by gainning variable coins from ICO and slowly build up your bitcoin or whatever good coins portfolio from selling the coins that you have receive. As i does not have experience in mining so i cant advise you on that. If you have some capital then you might want to start off with choosing the right ICO to invest in.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the good Altcoins to HOLD Long term? on: October 26, 2018, 05:34:16 AM

138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm afraid of losing money on: October 26, 2018, 05:32:14 AM
Hey, guys!

I become more and more nervous about my crypto safety.
I used different wallets for different coins before and now I want to choose one wallet for everything.
I have Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple.

The point is that even the biggest and as I thought the most reliable wallets have problems these days.
Money disappear somewhere, there's problems with access and withdrawals.

Can you recommend me a good, safe and reliable wallet, please?
I'm sure you have more experience in it.

I does not know which wallet function you will prefer but i am using metamask for quite sometime and everything works normally, if you got no special request you should try using metamask you will like it. A word of advice is that when you try sending coins to exchange you never use before send the minimum amount to test it out if everything goes well then send the remaining coins/
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: October 26, 2018, 05:27:59 AM
To me i find it worth the effort. Although more than 80-90% of the time the coins we are receiving is of very little to no value but we should shift the aim to the 10% that is worth. Good things does not come easy perseverance is the key to succeed.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why the Ether will drop to $ 60 on: October 26, 2018, 05:25:23 AM
Possible. When there is a big drop we might also see a big re-bounce from the 60 mark. However i think not many will be able to benefit from this 60 mark, maybe somewhere around 150 mark majority of people will leave ether market.
