we are resolving the login issue with the vpn/proxy check now
the site came back online few hours ago after a server maintenance and upgrade we performed to enable mail server and SSL

we're working on it UPDATE: The site has been restored successfully but it seems like for some reason everyone is unable to log in due to our VPN/Proxy check. We are working on this now and will resolve it soon so everyone can log in to their accounts again. We are again so sorry for the inconvienencies and delays. We are doing our best and we really needed to fix these crucial problems on the server before proceeding with further operation.
Any upgraded users will be compensated for the downtime after we have resolved all issues with the site functionality.

is that the end of the site? no, we're working on installing SSL and updating the server so the mail recovery works properly as a lot of people were experiencing issues with it we want to get it fixed server is also going through a minor upgrade in CPU and RAM so it will hopefully help make things a bit faster too DDOS protection is also activated

Reason for reboot is needed because we have updated the server with modules to help enable mail server, amongst some other things. SSL will also be enabled soon by default.

Support is not responsible, does nothing. This service seems to be finished. 3 days I can not log into your account. Support has done nothing to solve this problem. our server admin is working on it, we're sorry for the delay but because we need to reinstall some server modules we had to schedule this to be done at a safe time in case of data loss, so we take backups What else to expect? You promised 24 hours. then another 24 hours. It took 3 days, and the problem is not solved. im sorry for the continued delays, we expected to fix the issue sooner but the issue with the delayed payments took priority first, and a lot of time was spent sending out manual payments built up in the system that were stuck we hope to get this fixed for you in the next day so but hopefully a lot sooner

could be some browser addon or plugin that can be disturbing the withdraw, or just keep trying until it works

I've similar problem like Franciem - yesterday I send a ticket and now I can see some satoshis from refereals, but during last 2 days - nothing...
Additionally again problem with payment- I can't withdraw satoshi - the site is only reloading when I putting amount and wallet address.
Has anyone similar problem???
EDit - well ok - after few trials/reloads of the page- I've send withdrawal
if the page doesn't load when u withdraw then just try it again we implemented a new system to help reduce the stuck payments at least

already send ticket yesterday. still waiting my payment if you haven't received payment then there's the following possibilities: - you didn't submit your ticket in english so we can't understand you - your withdrawal address is invalid - or you provided the wrong address and the payment was sent to it anyway
