Payment is allowed through various currencies and credit cards and the number of allocated tokens would depend on the exchange rates of the currency between the moment that the order is validated by the customer and the reception of the customer’s payment. How do you plan to provide all of these proposed services on an ERC20 Token Standard? Are these services being built on Ethereum's dApp platform using Solidity?
If so, there is no way to make what you're proposing work. This is typical of most ICO's listed on this site. Ethereum's Network and the technology is amazing but it is not practical for real-world applications...beyond crowdsales and voting.
Even storing minimal information will be slow and unrealistic to expectations.
Once the volume of your network grows to large, you'll need a Giga-Trick to keep the network from failing.

Hi, for incentivized voting once a dispute is initiated certain numbers of top performing buyers and sellers will be chosen randomly by the system from the voting pool who wishes to participate in the voting process in return for incentivized GigBit Tokens. Once the user accepts the request to vote he/she will submit his GigBit Tokens, which is equivalent to 0.25% of the disputed total order value, in GigTricks escrow until the resolution is made. After the consensus is achieved through the majority votes, then the system will pass the resolution in favor of the majority voters’ decision and these voters will get back their GigBit Tokens which was in escrow plus the incentive GigBit tokens they earn through the successful voting process. However, at the same time, the voters who voted for the other party will be penalized, and a percentage of GigBit Token from escrow will be deducted as penalty fees, and the remainder will be refunded to them. In case 51% of these voters who are penalized wish to re-initiate the voting process again, then the system will initiate the voting process again. |

The fees per skill are kept to a minimum in order to encourage people to build their online Blockchain based profiles. However, using a fee structure will strongly deter any spam or non-serious persons, thus drastically reducing the likelihood of on boarding low-quality freelancers. |

Hello, no one is missing out on anything, it all is a bit complicated . Currently, most professional profile platforms have no verification mechanism which truly validates the skill mentioned in any profile. To overcome a possible scam in terms of mentioning skills and expertise, GigTricks has formulated a skill test. For example, if a graphic designer indicates “Adobe Photoshop” as a skill set in his GigTricks Pro profile, then a test will appear which contains multiple choice questions as well as qualitative questions which would be checked and analysed by various algorithms. These algorithms will be tasked with correctly scoring the test and provide an accurate skill rating. If a person passes the test, then the overall score will be assigned to his skill which can later be verified by anyone within the GigTricks system. |
