Alright, here you guys go.

A bootstrap.dat for blocks 0 - 775000, 904MB compressed to around 660MB.

Let me know if I can get it smaller or put it on a faster host. If someone sends me a PM every 100k blocks or so I'll keep it updated.

I'm curious, did you manage to get both qrencode and miniupnpc compiled for ARM or have you decided not to implement them?

I usually like Chinese coins but I am not convinced about the concept and presentation.

Btw, has someone checked the wallets for viruses or trojans?
I can vouch for the Mac wallet if it's being downloaded from my Dropbox.

132  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much did you pay for your 1st Bitcoin on: June 24, 2015, 02:43:44 AM
I've never bought BTC.

My first BTC was from a faucet back in 2010 though. Back then they used to dispense 0.1BTC pretty regularly so I just visited a bunch and got a BTC.

Lost interest and deleted the wallet though and only came back in 2013.
133  Other / Off-topic / Re: Secure email providers. Scryptmail, Protonmail, and Tutanota. on: June 24, 2015, 02:36:39 AM
Looking at their privacy policy it appears as though it could be a solid privacy oriented e-mail provider.

However, the fact that they are based in the US worries me a bit.
134  Other / Off-topic / Re: Online backup solution for more than 1 TB on: June 24, 2015, 02:29:47 AM
I use Blackblaze as my backup solution, in part.

What I actually do is use my server to rsync all my laptops and desktops once a day, encrypt it, and then I have Blackblaze set up on the server to sync that data. In effect I am only paying for one computer instead of 7 as Blackblaze charges per computer and not according to how much data you have.

It's worth it because I have a 100/100 unmetered upload connection and Blackblaze is only 5USD/month. They'll also send me a couple HDDs with my data if I request and pay for it.

I recommend it if you have similar needs and can do something like my setup.
135  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you have a PSP? on: June 24, 2015, 02:24:35 AM
I have both a PS Vita and a PSP 2000.

I prefer PSP games on the PSP, especially since I bought one of those Micro SD to Pro Duo adapters.
136  Economy / Services / Re: I will take down your website on: June 24, 2015, 02:22:17 AM
Hello,

I am offering a free website stress testing service.

I will send a layer 7 ddos attack to your website to test it's security.

If it goes down, I can set you up with free layer 7 ddos protection.

There's nothing to lose, so you might as well see if your website can handle an attack.

Stop living unprotected!

PM me and reply here if interested

How strong is your stresser in gbps?

I use Layer 7 so it's in R/s

Please contact me if anyone here needs DDOS protection!
What he means by that is his DDoS attacks are done on the Application Layer (layer 7) of the OSI model instead of a normal DDoS attack which is done over layer 3/4.

Though I am not too familiar with the measure R/s.

You are correct R/s = Requests per second
Thank you for the clarification.

So brendanjhwu, what is your stress tester's peak R/s?
137  Other / Off-topic / Re: Movie Recommendation Station on: June 24, 2015, 02:20:09 AM
Edge of Tomorrow - The author of the book was inspired by watching his kids play Super Mario Brothers. Every time they died, they got better at the level until they were able to play from muscle memory. Tom Cruz and Emily Blunt star.
I believe they changed a bit from the original story to make it a little less morbid.

However, I wholly recommend this movie. It is one of my favourites.

So many Galaxy S4 users.

I'm still using my launch day S4, it has served me well so far and I can see it lasting me another year before either Samsung or I get bored of it. This will be the shortest period of time I've had a phone for though.

Also this is awesome, thanks.
