121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Consider All Altcoins Bad on: December 07, 2019, 06:30:20 PM
The question is why do some people generalize all Altcoins as bad? considering there are over 3000 of them out there. One would not have the time to go through each project one by one. to analyze the project. team etc everything behind each crypto project.
There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

your thoughts
Let's say I think not all altcoins are bad.At least the ones I know of are pretty good. But I don’t need to know all 3000. There is simply no time for research. I’m only interested in those altcoins that are rumored in the crypto space.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Things to know about ICOs before you invest in them on: December 07, 2019, 06:18:16 PM
My first question is, are people still investing in ICO projects? Because I as a person say, believe they are dead and nothing will resurrect them again. By the way, your points are correct and appropriate wished it was during the ICO boom might have saved a lot of people. Nevertheless, I don't think any ICO project is worth it, ever again, as the risks involved is a huge one and of a truth not worth taking. I have counted my losses and moved on, have no business with them again.
Why are you so adamant?ICO may have reduced the attractiveness, but still there are promising projects. The main thing is to search and explore.Yes, I understand that a large number of ICO have upset investors, but in the long run there are really really needed projects that solve real problems of people. And such projects still attract investors despite the way to raise funds!
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again on: December 01, 2019, 05:05:51 PM
Altcoin will surely come back. Crypto will not earn much volume out there without altcoins so it will definitely come back but the story there is, not all altvoin will be back. Only Altcoin with team of greater crypto minds and use cases that will do well once bull run starts. So Altcoin will surely come back when market recovers
Not sure this could happen in the near future because the crypto market is still heavily influenced by the bear market and altcoins are trending down more. The future of this market is unpredictable and you should take the time to learn new knowledge as this year you will be unable to do anything but wait. I think the altcoin season will come back at a time when everyone doesn't expect and will surprise all investors.
Judging by Your words, you consider altcoins as the 8 wonder of the world. There will be no surprise effect. There will be a gradual cyclical development of cryptocurrencies and the increase in prices for alktoins will be more or less predictable.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to new projects? on: November 30, 2019, 10:29:49 AM
What the *eck is going on? we have many good projects coming into crypto space but they mostly end up failing, too many good new projects are dying as if they are been created to just die, what do you think its killing new good projects apart from scam projects?
A lot of factors actually. For example, regulators can prohibit the activities of the project. As we are now seeing with the TON project. The project is mega cool, but if it is banned now, it will automatically become a failure.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LIKE token on the yobit exchange on: November 30, 2019, 09:54:37 AM
The volume is quite large but on orders of just a little I am a little suspicious about the LIKE of this coin, if in 245btc volume there must be a sizable purchase but this is only a small one maybe just a few dollars buying. A little weird.
Does anyone know the LIKE coin website I would like to know about this coin more.
Very strange is the fact that the coin does not have its own website. It's at least suspicious.I wouldn't buy that coin yet.And I did not find announcements from the exchange about the listing of this coin.In General, there are more questions than answers.Until the information about this coin becomes clear,no one will buy it.It's a fact.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IDAX Crypto Exchange Confirms CEO Dissappearance with Cold Wallet Keys on: November 30, 2019, 09:49:09 AM
So like a hit and run? I've never used IDAX before, but seeing these kinda news for the past few days is kinda surprising. Just like the other exhcanges that have been hacked, I thought IDAX was no different. Turns out it was the CEO themself that has gone missing and even the staffs were out of touch as well. So, does that mean all of IDAX's users lost their money that's on their exchange? smh

Storing your assets on an exchanges could be dangerous, especially in some shady exchanges. I don't know how popular idax was, but storing a big amount of assets on an exchanges is not recommended. In any case, it won't kill you to always be careful with these kinda things.
The most important question as the owner of the cold wallet was one person? I think initially for the owners of exchanges need to come up with a way that will exclude the possession of the key by only one person. And what if the owner of the exchange did not run away and let's just banal died and no one knows where he kept the key?! I think it's too much of a risk.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just earned my first 9$ in Bitcoin Cash, how can I grow it? on: November 30, 2019, 09:27:00 AM
What can I do with this 9$ worth of Bitcoin Cash to make it grow in a short time? Should I trade cryptocurrencies? How about trading bots?
I would sell it for Bitcoin since cash is failed fork.
Then i would sell it and buy girlfriend ticket to movie theatre.
In the end it would be best investment out there  for such money Wink
It would be a better investment. The very desire of the author is of course priceless, but $ 9 is not even a drop in the sea but a separate atom of this particle. On place author I would simply a bit worked and earned at least although would 100$ to then to think far their invest.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $16M in Stolen Ethereum from Upbit Were Just Transferred on: November 29, 2019, 09:43:13 PM
This is a crazy story. This morning I also heard that IDAX owner ran away with cold wallet keys. Not very sure where the whole crypto is moving. By seeing all these bad things, crypto market will not survive for long.
On the contrary, the market will become cleaner. And yet now the exchanges will improve their security. As for IDAX, they have already been accused of fraud and foul play.Further on the link:https://medium.com/@xcryptclub/xcrypt-important-update-33c784e4eb58.I even after the publication of this article already then ceased to pay attention to this exchange.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Complete KYC to get Ultra coin tokens on: November 27, 2019, 09:56:59 PM
Another fraudulent project that wants to get your documents for free.Your website doesn't even work. For beginners I would not advise at the first opportunity to send their documents it is not clear where.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: November 27, 2019, 09:49:18 PM
Tell this to early adopters! They are probably buys right now with making billions, so they don't come to visit this forum so often anymore. Hodling is a word that have a meaning, its investment you believe in long run. You don't expect to get rich over night, you made a research, you analyzed the market, you understand its potential and you are ready to wait for years if you have to, and accumulate in the mean time.
As an analogy, we can give the example of the stock market. On it, investors do not expect a quick and huge profit for 1 month. All understand that vlazhivayut as least on 1-2 year.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Informed is Your Country's Police About Crypto? on: November 27, 2019, 09:39:28 PM
Because in my country I have not recognized Bitcoin's solvency, so the police in my country do not care about Bitcoin because their work has nothing to do with them.  Only some departments know about them such as cyber security force, economic police.
Not every country has cyber security. But on the whole You are deeply mistaken.Because the police are closely studying the cryptocurrency, as with its help there is at least the purchase and sale of drugs.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China vowed to "slash" crypto exchanges, bitcoin prices plummeted. on: November 27, 2019, 09:28:39 PM
China is not really looking to "slash" all crypto exchanges, they are just going for a more formal and legal way of crypto and that includes the miners and exchanges that are working illegally in their nation. It is only understandable that they want exchanges to pay the taxes (they have huge taxes) and they want to be able to be in control of those places as well like a true dictatorship.

Even the smallest of business' in china is in control of the government and can't do anything the government doesn't allow so they want the same from exchanges and if you are not going to do that then the government will shut you down. This is not an attack towards crypto or any exchange, it is an attack towards companies who do not follow their own rules and that is understandable, horribly bad but understandable.
I think such a cleaning should be arranged for the entire market. Too many exchanges with inflated volumes simply do not allow normal development.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China vowed to "slash" crypto exchanges, bitcoin prices plummeted. on: November 23, 2019, 09:35:36 PM
The market really reacts very sharply to such news. But such news can scare only beginners, crypto gurus know that it is impossible to ban cryptocurrencies.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Saving for a House! on: November 23, 2019, 09:29:32 PM
We are saving for a house down payment of 40K.  I don't want to leave it in the bank as there is a old judgement they can take any time so i want to store it in crypto as we grow it over the next 6 months.  Is a stable coin the best option?  Thoughts?
If you want to keep the equivalent amount of $ 40,000, then of course use stable coins, specifically USDT.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: November 22, 2019, 09:27:00 PM
10)NPXS

Please tell me if I should still expect I will be profitable or just give up now already.

136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Complete KYC to get Ultra coin tokens on: November 22, 2019, 09:21:23 PM
The author of the post wanted to attract users to his platform eventually received a massive user rejection. Conclusion: look for the best marketing move.To date, people are not so easy to lure in exchange for candy wrappers (tokens)
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Informed is Your Country's Police About Crypto? on: November 19, 2019, 07:28:52 PM
in my country it is not allowed to use bitcoin for payment but it is permitted to use bitcoin for trading and investment tools.
A very strange approach in your country. If cryptocurrency is available for trading and investment, then why can’t it pay for goods?). For trading, you either buy it or, after making a profit, sell it.I think in Your country is not so bad and most likely in the future such services will appear.
138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Swiss Crypto Banks Receive Licenses From Financial Regulator on: November 19, 2019, 07:13:01 PM
The combination of the words crypto and bank sounds very strange.

If this is just another Bank that wants to store people's coins or tokens, then I am totally

against it. You are your own Bank.  Angry
Yes, in any case, do not need to send your coins for storage in banks. This approach is initially very contradictory.Whatever the Bank is and wherever it is I wouldn't do it.
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For new people, when they go on the journey to bitcoin. on: November 18, 2019, 03:14:30 PM

Conclusion:
You don't always have to wait out of the chair with your feet up on the table, you don't reach your destination that way. Nothing will fall from heaven into our pocket.
We must give 100% of ourselves to succeed what we want.

You know, many people who come to the crypto world are very motivated to earn money. But after many failures, they simply lose their motivation to earn bitcoin. In sports,it call it, they burnout. Therefore, I don’t think that you need to give yourself completely to earnings. You need to have something in real life, so that it is not so disappointing to be disappointed.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Informed is Your Country's Police About Crypto? on: November 18, 2019, 02:56:41 PM
In my country, I see many sites that are Bitcoin ponzi and scams. These thrive because the police put in little effort in tacking them. I like the awareness being created by the Indian police. What is the awareness level of law enforcement about crypto in your country? If All Police Officers are Trained in Crypto... https://www.cryptoinfowatch.com/indian-police-train-officers-on-cryptocurrency/
In my country there is a site in which all the trusted exchange offices are collected.Through this site, you can easily carry out any transactions with cryptocurrency. So far there have been no complaints from the police)
