Hello everyone!
Recently, I was thinkig. Is there really any reason for the BTC to be the market leader? The only thing that is giving the value to BTC is pretty much the fact, that it was the first crypto currency. It is the grandfather of all cryptos. But we know it has its flaws... It was never designed for broad usage, it has scaling issues and so on.
On the other hand, we were given ETH. The Crypto Kitties or w/e the awesome internet meme ETH appliction is called showed us, that ETH network has issues with high amounts of usage. BUT, 90% of all altcoins are based on the ERC-20 standard, brought to us by ETH. The smart contracts using the Solidity are extremly good piece of technolgy.
So my question is. Do you think, that BTC will keep its leadership, or will ETH be the winner of this year and surpass its ancestor?
bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency, and bitcoin is the first one in crypto. Of course this year's winner is a bitcoin, and until whenever. for ethereum will always be under bitcoin. |

There are so many people crying about the recent dip of BTC that I'm frankly getting annoyed. You should know the risk involved in investing in crypto. If not, don't even waste your money. Go buy a CD that won't make more than the rate of inflation. Remember investing is literally legalized gambling. Treat it as such or don't even jump in the pool.
I agree with you, if you want to join, you have to face it. cryptocurrency is full of surprises, you can be made quickly rich but in an instant you can fall poor. You must be smart in dealing with the situation in crypto. |

It's a Very Struggling time for Cryptocurrencies. The Market Goes down approx 10 to 15 Percent. Bitcoin Drop down $7k, On the other Hand, Ethereum goes down $400.
in my opinion the fall in the price of btc and altcoin because the number of people who sell it and the interested can not match with the amount that sells, the price will go down. |

Seems like most people just want to become super rich in a short period of time.
If you don't believe in this new technology, and just want to earn quick money, I think you will probably not achieve what you want.
All I want to say is be patient, live your life, and don't get too emotional by all the negative news/FUD. Yes, crypto might be ended in a really bad way and you lose most/all your money. But if you truly believe in the new technology, just invest the projects you like the most and hold until it gets mature and returns.
If I do not believe in cryptocurrency I probably do not know forums like this and I'll keep looking out there about other investments, and maybe I'll find investments that are not as good as in crypto. One of the reasons why I'm here, because I believe in cryptocurrency and I want to learn about new technology this era. |

The only word I will share is be patient, all require patience especially for investing in crypto. Do not be a panicky person, and in a hurry. If you are patient you will get good results. the key to investing in cryptocurrency is to be patient. |

Hello, Im new in crypto and have a question (a stupid one).. I never really gave it much though and now i wonder. Is price of bitcoin so high (compared to altcoins) because it is so much superior or is it just because it is THE coin - the original one. Cheers  I think its expensive bitcoin price is currently no other because of the bitcoin users are getting more and more day, so from that which makes the bitcoin price is so expensive, because bitcoin increasingly in the public interest, as we know more and more enthusiasts of a coin then the coin to more expensive. |
