I've asked Litebit.eu to add FairCoin again to their portfolio. LiteBit is a European Euro <-> crypto exchange with semi-fixed prices that support all the standard payment methods: iDeal SOFORT Mister Cash Bancontact MyBank GiroPay SEPA Bank Wire CreditCard BTC, LTC, DRK, DOGE Carte Bleue Postepa @Enric; once LiteBit has accepted our offer, you have another source next to VaultEx where you can redirect people to who want to buy FairCoin. The message is in dutch, so feel free to google translate it if you want to Een poosje terug hebben jullie FairCoin gevoerd in jullie portfolio. De specificaties van onze munt: - Symbol: FAIR - POW*/POS Hybrid - 50,000,000 Premined Coins distributed through the airdrop on March 6th and 8th, 2014 - Flat 6%/year minting reward, halving every year until reaching the baseline of 1.5% - 21/90 days Min/Max Weight - 10 Minutes Block Target - 30 Minutes Difficulty Retarget for PoS - DGWv3 retargeting after every block for PoW In principe is FairCoin een PoS Coin.

On coinssource.com is explained in this link -> http://www.coinssource.com/trust-index-verification/ i think that this could be an action of thokon00, because he is who is the core developer in faircoin. I can help if needed, but i see this as a questionary for "shitcoins" and seems to my view ridiculous, to need go there for bittrex I have answered this to bittrex form in this points -> Proof of dev: Contact cryptosian.com or coinssource.com to get ratedWe are one of the few altcoins with public representats from the real world you can see here: https://fair.coop/councils/ Get your source code reviewed by a trusted member of the communityWe have already the support of trusted members of the crypto community like Amir Taaki Here a video of him talking about faircoop and faircoin -> https://vimeo.com/107737105In fact, we are more validated in the real world than coinssource or bittrex, or wathever of this ....So is they problem if they are not able to read a bit... You've got a very valid point there. I didn't have a look at the 'buy-me-some-trust-already' link you just forwarded, so for anyone interested, here is the contents: Trust Index Score, backed by Coins Source Trust Review, Show off that you are a trusted developer Unlimited Re-Verifications Marketing and Publicity through Coins Source and our social media outlets Above Satisfactory customer support NDA agreement to fully protect your identity and any information submitted to Coins Source Inc.
Especially that last point; 'a non disclosure agreement from Coins Source to fully protect the identity of the Coin developer'. Is the community to expect to fully trust Coin Source to trust whoever is behind a coin with a big sigil-of-approval? From what I've learned and have seen about FairCoin in the last couple of months; we are our own source of trust and what we are doesn't simply fit in some table row on CoinSource.

The question is: who validates the validators? Let's write an app for that

@Drakandar, thanks for the hint!! it worked! Silly workaround, but hey.. if it works, it works Still waiting of my withdrawl for BTC though. State is still 'Requested'...

Optional information that heavily influences us:
Proof of dev: Contact cryptosian.com or coinssource.com to get rated Get your source code reviewed by a trusted member of the community
Enric, can we work on those two points? - http://www.cryptosian.com/ is kinda dead though. - http://www.coinssource.com/ how do we get rated there? - Can we have the source code reviewed? Maybe Amir can play a role in that?

Did you see any popups or anything after saving the withdraw form? It just saves with me and that's it...
Yep, same with me... Doesn't give me much confidence... Let me know if you receive anything ! I received my GroestlCoins (yet another coin in distress... Tried downloading the wallet, but Chrome forbids me to do so (lol!), wallet is broken on bittrex, moved them to Poloniex instead) after the page updated with a Withdrawal Status in the form of a transaction id. My BTC withdrawl is still in state 'Requested'. I think they really messed the FairCoin migration up... This is gonna take a while:

It is also impossible to login for me like Drakandar because of 2FA. Where can I find the button "user notes"? If I click on support it shows me a "404 not found" error
Hit the reset password link. Once you've entered your new password, it should skip 2FA and forward you straigth to the withdrawl form!Ok, so i manage to withdraw my BC from Mintpal straight into my Bittrex account.
I really thought they were gone, so i guess you were right Enric.
Apologies and i hope everyone gets their Faircoin.

2FA is still enabled and blocking me from withdrawing. Any luck with FAIR/FAC?
Superb! I'll add my BitMaker casing to it tonight - maybe it'll earn me some FairCoins!
How do you cancel an order Ahh the button is there now Handy

Time goes flying .. we have been with no market for almost a month .. That is not entirely true VaultEx has adopted FairCoin and has been supportive ever since. Maybe it's time to return the favor and actually do a bit of trading there. If you make profit with it, you might think about putting that in the Bittrex deposit
The question remains; what will you be withdrawing? I can only assume the FAC/FAIR problem is still a problem...
i got no trouble deposit and withdraw FAIR from mintpal today, however deposit on the first day under FAC symbol is still missing.
Did you raise a support ticket for it?

Well if we wanna have our coin, we must take it seriusly, I just bought 1000 faircoins for 0.02 btc because I cannot buy nothing with my small btc amount so I hope build something useful for the future and for my nexts jobs with this faircoin.
So if we don't need to do it quick, I sugest do it carefully and slow.
Good luck devolopers!
I just has put the 0.02 btc of the 1000 faircoins sold to him in a buy order at 1800 here https://vaultex.io/market/21could be interesting if some one more is interested in buy or sell and we can begin to create some volume on vaultex I agree, i think we should concentrate in Vaultex atm, is the exchange we have and we should start creating some volume there. Use it or lose it usually so maybe everyone should consider putting some at least micro bids and/or offers in to help build up the order books so some volume trading is able to take place. Well, the market is slowly filling up with small transactions

I've appealed to this new exchange ColdCryptos from the founders of the Facebook Multicoin Tipping App in their forum about adding Faircoin. If anyone wants to add too or follow the thread. I've already had success in asking them to add Anoncoin. They've accepted to put the coin up for voting on whether to add it or not. The more exchanges the better even if they're new and small exchanges. As it helps to decentralise the trading of Faircoin and adds much needed redundancy to the likes of the current MintPal problem. They've added it for voting on. I think you vote by sending up to sixty different crytpocurrencies until it reaches a value of $120USD then it gets accepted on their exchange and across all their platforms AFAIK - http://community.coldcryptos.com/threads/faircoin.454/ I'll send a dollar if 119 other people will Right I've sent $1 of crypto to the campagin and now we just need 119 like minded individuals to spare $1 each - http://community.coldcryptos.com/threads/faircoin.454 - if it gets added not only will we just have another exchange to help strengthen redundancy, but you'll also be able to tip fellow Facebook users in approved Facebook groups. WhitePuma will approve any Facebook group that requests for the tipping app as long as it's an open group. So I stashed a bit of BTC at ColdCryptos, however I cannot use it for voting. How does this thing work? Vote by sending as many coins as you want from your WhitePuma.net wallets by clicking on the button below.
I went to WhitePuma.net, but I can't find a wallet anywhere..
