I lost my 75k FAIR in this "exchange". It's about 1,5-2 BTC!

I lost 950K FAIR.

About the 40 or 50% of the faircoin supply is in mintpal. So is not a problem of the people that have the faircoins there, but a problem of all our community.
and we, that are building this project as a cooperative initiative, dont can left the faircoin users, alone with this mess. So obviously, if would confirmed
the worse situation, we will need to act together to solve it.

Anyway as i stated i yet think that mintpal will solve it.

Yes, my thought are
20-25 M in mintpal
10 M in faircoop funds
15-20 M in private wallets (a few in vaultex at the moment..)

could be also
15-25 M in mintpal
10 M in faircoop funds

but we dont can know at the moment...
perhaps searching how many faircoins are minting (the mintpal ones dont mint)  we will know a more exactly figure

20-25 M in mintpal
10 M in faircoop funds
15-20 M in private wallets (a few in vaultex at the moment..)

Dogecoin co-founder Jackson Palmer told CoinDesk that the Moolah closure demonstrates the risks of crypto crowd sales and the businesses that conduct them. Calling the practice “a legal grey area and a possible minefield”, Palmer reiterated his past opposition to Moolah’s past actions.

Palmer continued:

    “What saddens me the most is that Moolah took their funding from random Internet-goers as opposed to rich venture capitalists who can afford to take the risk and financial hit. These ‘investors’ are now in a position where they’ll never see their money again, and have minimal legal recourse.”

He added that he expects incidents like the Moolah closure will trigger involvement from financial regulators, particularly securities and investment watchdogs like the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). However, Palmer predicted that the dogecon community will recover and “come back fighting”.

“At the end of the day, it’s a stark reminder to always investigate who you’re doing business with prior to entrusting your money with them,” he said.

I am starting to worry now and if anyone has a plan to get those coins back ... we should start working on something.
Meanwhile we should keep a track here: http://fac.blockx.info/richlist/ (take a screen shot or something) and see if there is any movement.
Maybe try to identify which addresses are from mintpal and which not?
