121  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 30-April-23] on: May 04, 2023, 02:31:51 PM
The payrates are as follows:
Hero Member, Legendary and Staff = 4$ per post => max 25 posts equaling 100$ per week
Sr. Member = 3,5$ per post => max 20 posts equaling 70$ per week
We got new here, you see, COINSLOTTY SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN pays with high rate, great to join early. Unfortunately, the number of participants allowed to accept is quite small, they mainly target the local board, specifically Germany, this can be a tough competition.
In addition, the rules also has a rather long set, so consider carefully before applying to avoid making mistakes.

Looks like I'll be the first to sign up for this campaign of yours  Cheesy Is there any registration form required to apply, or do I just write down some basic information here and you'll take a look at it?

Hi Hhampuz, I just came back to this forum a little while ago, I hope that I will have a small chance to be considered, thanks!
124  Other / Meta / Re: Restrict newbies from posting in the lending board? on: May 04, 2023, 02:03:27 PM
LoyceV is not a staff member.
he's not saying that LoyceV is a staff, he's just listing them, mentioning them in a list  Cheesy right? Somehow, I think he's right. Maybe the scammers are too many, they can't control everything, or maybe they're just too tired of it. I don't judge, just a passing thought, anyway, everything is fine, there are always other people protecting the victim.
125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another side of Sports betting you may not know about on: May 04, 2023, 01:14:04 PM
But this is the first time I am reading that sports betting can affect the game negatively and results in reduced public confidence.
You may not think about it, but it is certainly a fact that no sport can avoid. For big matches, this is even more serious. You may think that the big matches will be fairer, but that is not necessarily true, if the betting size is large enough, the bookies can completely have enough money to manipulate it, even for sports betting e-sports.

Also, we can see a few conspiracy theories about the underground forces that control everything, you may not believe it, but who knows, this world is inherently operating under the control of the forces?
126  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has anyone used WebMoney before? on: May 04, 2023, 01:38:20 AM
In any case, if you are from a Russian-friendly country, why not use the Payeer service? It is a good service that has high reliability and supports Russia and other friendly countries.
thanks for your advice, i did not choose Payeer as it is not one of the options my dealer wanted  Cheesy
Dear op, as other members has already mentioned the cons of WebMoney, I would like to add some facts too, such that they have a lesser pay rate like for a dollar. So if you are getting 20$ from your client you have to ask him to send around $4.61 dollars more. If you could mention your region and how you are going to withdraw your money from Web money.
this rate would kill both sides if we tried to trade with it, I thought about trading WMZ through the Currency Exchange section, but no one seems to need it  Roll Eyes
anyway, thanks for your advice, i won't use it any time, too low rate is a big problem.
127  Other / Meta / Re: Bounty spammer meets AI Chat generator. Can they be banned on the spot? on: May 04, 2023, 01:20:08 AM
anyway i think it is easier to notice the posts generated through AI since the answer to some topics are somehow inconsistent to some extent so it is much easier to spot, also adding those overly excessive usage of grammars and too much flowery words.
On this part, it's not a good idea to ban someone from using AI to write, I agree with LoyceV on this point. Everyone has a different way of expressing themselves, so we cannot catch someone else's fault through words, nothing is 100%. I'm emphasizing the point, these people can use AI to cheat with multiple accounts, and I want to know LoyceV's view. It's certainly not a strange thing, cheating always has a purpose  Roll Eyes
128  Other / Meta / Re: Bounty spammer meets AI Chat generator. Can they be banned on the spot? on: May 03, 2023, 12:55:20 PM
My take:
-neutral tag
-report (some get banned, some don't)
I don't disagree with your opinion, but what do you think about their cheating purpose. Apparently, they use AI to write for them, and its purpose is monetize bounty campaigns. Is this equivalent to using multiple accounts to cheat? You know, if you only use one account, it's not necessary for you to use AI to write instead, although it may not be relevant, but the possibility of them using AI to cheat with multiple accounts still exists. What do you think about this issue? I want to know more about your opinion  Grin
129  Other / Meta / Re: Account rank and posts on: May 03, 2023, 12:22:31 PM
If I decide to wipe my profile clean completely, will the rank stay ? Roll Eyes
I intend that I will ask why you want to do this, but when I looked at your post history, somehow I understood the reason  Cheesy
In fact, you don't have to do that, no one will look at your post history and judge it if you don't participate in advertising campaigns. Moreover, even if you want to participate in something, you can improve the quality of your writing right now. It will definitely make a noticeable difference, and you will see how different you have become.

Also, deleting the post history, or even editing, it has no effect on removing traces (in case of investigation, i don't mean bad), if I remember correctly, most of the data is backed up by LoyceV, and it can be accessed at any time.

130  Economy / Lending / Re: I would like to get 0.005 BTC on: May 03, 2023, 06:28:48 AM
You must be kidding? Spamming?  Grin
I offer small loans to people, i give away free sportsbetting tips & buy btc with a good rate at this forum.
I am not spamming, i am trying to make newbies understand how it works and what they should focus on instead of just spamming.
This is the only post i did three times, i have never spammed anything else, so no i am not a spammer.
I trying to contribute as much as i can on this forum not spam.
calm down buddy, I don't mean to attack you  Wink that's why I asked you the question, I know you are not a spammer and I wonder why it repeats three times, its just a question of wonder  Wink
okay, shall we stop here? because copying verbatim doesn't seem appropriate
131  Economy / Lending / Re: I would like to get 0.005 BTC on: May 03, 2023, 03:15:37 AM
Try your local bank or ask a friend or family, its not quite normal behavior to open an account in a forum and ten minutes later ask strangers for a loan.
The normal thing to do is to present yourself, show who you are and your intentions, and maybe a couple of months/a year later it could be OK to ask somebody here for a loan when you proved yourself honest.
If i was in need of some money i would ask some friend and i would have the money ten minutes later.
Its just strange... i donīt understand why totally new accounts go in and straight ask for a loan, they cant for real believe that somebody would send money to a total stranger.
But is not the best thing to brainstorm and try to find out something your good at and see if its possible to make any money out of that instead?

I am saying this with all respect.
But maybe focus on something else instead of trying to get a loan is the first way to go.
sorry if I digress, but are you spamming? I've seen this content at least 3 times while scrolling through recent posts in this section. Looking at your post history profile, I'm not sure if you're a spammer, but why are you reusing the same content over and over again?

Please don't do that again, I don't want to report you  Wink
132  Other / Meta / Re: Restrict newbies from posting in the lending board? on: May 03, 2023, 02:34:38 AM
I don't know how keen theymos would be to implement this suggestion, but it would be nice if newbies weren't allowed to post in the lending board.  Recently there's been a rash of trolling and spam in the lending board all because (at least one) newbies are refusing to accept reasonable advice or take "no" for an answer.  I'm of the opinion that it's all due to one troll with multiple alts, but that's irrelevant.
+1 for this point, I was thinking of a small case, if the newbie is someone who is willing to lend to make a profit, even though its rate is very low. But if he already has money to lend to others, he can totally afford to put down a small amount of money to become a co-member. So, it is very reasonable to limit newbies in participating in the loan table  Wink

But technically I'm not sure the admin is willing to do it, this forum wasn't originally designed to restrict users to any boards, this requires him to change the code a bit and maybe it's more complicated than we thought  Roll Eyes
133  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Buying anything from Japan with Bitcoin? on: May 03, 2023, 01:54:54 AM
Shiping can be very cheap using AVIA Airmail (Small) if your package weight is less than 2 kg (4.4 lb) with total dimensions are maximum 90 cm (35.4 inch) Length(a) + height(b) + depth(c), and if you don't need express delivery.
Slowest delivery is Surface but it's not always the cheapest option, and there is also UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS and Zen Express.
Delivery time depends on your location and can be from few days to few weeks.

Wow ya, sure, I'll make a note of this information  Cheesy I can't wait to experience it next time I buy. I quite like a couple of sneakers up there, next time I will try and give my experience. It's good to always have information like this here  Wink it's thanks to people like you that this forum has always been good until now  Kiss
134  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has anyone used WebMoney before? on: May 03, 2023, 12:18:46 AM
You should also post the comments in which people say they never got a single problem, to show the reality.
Because posting 3 links, yes, but there are millions of happy people, since 2 decades...
oh it's okay, he just wanted to remind me that I should avoid possible risks, it is perfectly fine
Forget if you wanted to link your bank account.
actually I am thinking about linking my bank account, the WMZ exchange rate on other platforms is too low, the only way to get the best rate is probably through the bank.

I use WebMoney before to receive payment from paid-to-click sites I don't have any problem but it was a long time ago but right now they do have a bad reputation and heard that their system is totally fraud.
Not good if you trade to someone with crypto they have many bad reviews check this link below
- https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.wmtransfer.com
oh, all the negative reviews regarding crypto, seems like things got worse when they added the crypto exchange feature system  Roll Eyes
But if you still want to accept webmoney the safest way I think is what OmegaStarScream suggested WMZ to BTC and I think bestchange are able to help you to find a good exchange.
not really good, I found that the rate of WMZ against USD is around 1.24/1, which is really bad if I want to convert to money, anyway, thanks for your useful information!  Wink
I'm just looking at possibilities for a pair of WMZ -> Bitcoin on BestChange, https://www.bestchange.com/wmz-to-bitcoin.html There are a couple of offers (maybe the OP can start gathering more information
I can't do anything with such an exchange rate

maybe I will need another payment method other than WMZ, its exchange rate is absolutely low compared to the rest, I will talk to the dealer again. Thank you so much for your comments, you guys are awesome!  Wink

Where are you based? WebMoney is based out of Russia so if you are in a country that is imposing sanctions against them you really cannot use it.
I am currently in a Russia-friendly country and this is definitely not a problem  Cheesy
Much like PayPal if someone is sending to you it is reversible.
it's really worrisome as I'm not sure if the person I'm dealing with is reputable or not
I did use them at some point. The UI/UX was just terrible
totally agree, in terms of user experience, it's probably the worst app I know
it would probably be best to try and find a WMZ -> BTC exchange (or individual to deal with) first.
it's a good idea, thank you very much
It's great that it's available here for reference
If you can avoid it, do it, the decision is yours.
of course, i will consider the possible risks and i am here to learn about it, thank you, the information you give here is very important  Wink
136  Economy / Service Discussion / Has anyone used WebMoney before? on: May 02, 2023, 01:02:35 PM
Hi everyone, I'm having a couple of transactions with a guy, he want to pay me with WebMoney, I've never used it before, it's quite strange for me.
Site is https://www.wmtransfer.com/
If you have any experience with it, please let me know your review, as well as problems that I need to avoid when trading with it. I am quite nervous when I have to use something new, sometimes there will be payment problems like Paypal, it is very disturbing so I need your advice.

Any comments are welcome, thanks a lot!  Grin
137  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Feedback on web3 job board? on: May 02, 2023, 12:57:37 PM
Not sure about your question, but I will answer based on the two friends above  Cheesy
We are commenting on some more information about the job we are recruiting. I see that you have the information, but they do not have a common format, the jobs have many different tags, but I think each should have some general information such as specialization, working time, working form, salary,... I mean, the general information of a job should remain, after that, the tags will be used to add other information for use by search filters. Currently, you are only using tags, there is no common format, this will affect the choice of readers. I think you should consider this  Wink
138  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do u think that the body governing need to re-strategize ? on: May 02, 2023, 02:20:47 AM
In my opinion, the most important thing is that the government does not have the power to regulate the cryptocurrency market.
it is the main issue that we should discuss here  Wink every established government always have to adjust the domestic market to stabilize, help their people develop, if a government doesn't do it well, that country will suffer from inflation and bad debt. If we want governments to accept cryptocurrency, it is imperative that they have the right regulatory policies in place to govern it, and that is what governments are struggling. How to manage it, is still a difficult problem  Grin
139  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Buying anything from Japan with Bitcoin? on: May 02, 2023, 02:00:06 AM
oh, I just came across the site and there are a few products that are reasonably priced compared to what I can buy where I live right now. Maybe I'll try to buy it in the future.
but first of all, if you already have a buying experience, can you give me some information about shipping cost and delivery time? How long does it take to receive the item you want?

Ignorance, not performing due diligence, greed etc
totally agree with you on this point, but to deceive a large community with millions of people for a long period of time, it is not an easy thing  Roll Eyes and they, the people behind that foundation, still do well (swindle) to this day  Sad with the large community and the amount of money they've made over the years, it would have been enough for them to build a real coin, but they didn't  Undecided
Ignorance is a knife that kills them every day
