124  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: btc-e account hacked :( on: April 10, 2014, 09:51:31 AM
Unfortunately you can not do much except changing your email/btc-e passwords. Use 2FA for both your e-mail and btc-e account from now on.
With all this gox's wondering around not using 2FA should be punished as a crime.
125  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin now $410 wow on: April 10, 2014, 09:35:35 AM
The news about Gox was splashed in all the available media outlets. That is definitely causing this huge drop. That b****d Mark Karpeles will forever rot in hell.  Angry

Well, it really showed the fact that banks and the federal reserve, no matter what your opinions are about them, are more trustworthy then any bitcoin exchange/banking business.

doubtful
More then doubtful. Minor banks are the same as bitcoin exchanges riskwise.

130  Other / Off-topic / Re: Windows XP Support Now Dead on: April 09, 2014, 01:53:07 PM
Well no. Browsing or downloading with Windows XP is the best way of getting tons of viruses, spywares, trojans & keyloggers.

Watching movie offline is fine.

Oh... you don't have to worry if you are having a good anti-Virus software. I am having Kaspersky Internet Security 2014, which is compatible with Windows XP.  Grin (Requires SP3 though).
Why you're not using win7? Is there any particular reason behind this or it's just a habit?
131  Other / Off-topic / Re: The all new HTC One on: April 09, 2014, 01:48:51 PM
I own old HTC, and man it was shit

maybe this one will be better, I expected lower price though
There will be no low prices. It's too expensive to produce the smartphone of this caliber. I think regular 650 eur. is the price here.

133  Other / Off-topic / Re: Good luck reporting any security vulnerabilities to your UK Bank. My Experience on: April 09, 2014, 01:44:15 PM
If you're serious about this, it may be a good idea to report it to someone in government so they can have an excuse to go yell and lecture the banks, not much but it would get attention, you could even show the responses of the banks.
Nah it's just a waste of time in my opinion. No one in the government is interested in minor problems of some random guy.
134  Other / Off-topic / Re: You are transported to January 2013. What do you do? on: April 09, 2014, 01:41:48 PM
Would definitely buy litecoins and would've waited for the doges to come out. To be the first man on the moooooon. Grin
135  Other / Off-topic / Re: I need a job on: April 09, 2014, 01:40:12 PM
I've been working on trying to be a programmer for the past 15 years, but no luck.  It's the wrong field for me, cause I'm not good with solving problems via computer (it's very confusing for my head, and causes a lot of problems at work).  However I can go home, and talk rational to my parents and pretend i LOVE my job, because it's only 3 hours that i'm at home talking to them. Then I go to sleep.

However the problems really happen on the weekend when I start drinking to excess.  And tell them that i hate my job and want to kill myself.  so i think i have an alcohol problem and it has nothing to do with programming.

Step 1: Stop Drinking or go to Rehab.

Step 2: Develop a goal you want to set for yourself

Step 3: Try your hardest to achieve that goal and never stop until it's done

Step 4: Do step's 2 to 3 over again

Step 5: With trying to achieve goals in life is how we become happy, how we feel useful, as well as making friends along the way who share similar ideals. Life is meant to have purpose, find yours.
Step 1 is the vital part of this process. Make sure to do it first thing.

137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: *[BCN (other bytecoin)/BTC]* Google Spreadsheet Exchange on: April 09, 2014, 12:02:21 PM
just started mining..and i was wondering...where i can i use these coins!?
For now you can trade it for BTC if you want. This thread actually is created for this reasons as far as I know. Smiley I think (and hope) there will be more services for this currency.

138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Minergate [POOL] [ANN] - www.minergate.com on: April 09, 2014, 11:25:44 AM
It’s amazing app for pool-mining! I mined 589.7599 BCN for 1 hour!

Are you won’t to add an instruction or F.A.Q? Not so understandable how I can put out BCN.

Why are you using only 1 thread for mining? It's not really effective as far as I'm concerned.
139  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Is Not a Ponzi Scheme on: April 08, 2014, 10:24:56 AM
