Why is my TRX withdrawal getting"refused by the system error"?
Can you double check the address you're sending to? And the amount must have a maximum 2 decimal on it, example: 1.12 < OK 1.12345 < Not OK |

when can onion be traded at Rightbtc? I have already checked to make some onion deposit, and it still can't be doing. It says suspension of deposit function, how about min deposit for onion?

I'm getting the message "Refused by the System" for a withdrawal. Why is this?
This could be one of the two reasons: 1. Your withdrawal address could be wrong, please verify it is the correct address you have withdrawing to. or 2. If you're trying to withdraw TRX, LTC, please keep 2 numbers after decimal. For example: 100.12 LTC is okay, that will work. Anything after the ".12" such as 100.122 LTC will be refused by system. Let us know if this solves your issue! |
