I think we must stop focusing on how profitable the coin is and look for ways to spread adoption of it.. to get real people using it. Charity sites would be a good first start.

A few questions.
First, how will we be sure we are not buying the other pandacoin on an exchange? This seems slightly risky (kind of noob trap)
Secondly, This coin already exists, with no premine, and it's called vertcoin. I have nothing against clones, but the advantage of this coin is only to be backed by community important people like wolong?

Do you think this is better suited to karmacoin or dogecoin? Or both?
If there weren't 100 other people also working on games for Doge (and who have a head start) then I would say Doge. But my answer would be Karma. Get a head start and be the first with a Karma game. Karma is going to be much bigger than it is now in a couple of months. |

Dude, it just happened. They are probably scrambling to fix it. Those mining now will be rewarded nicely if they can fix this.
Thanks.. I checked, and it seems that there are less coins released per minute than before block 10500. I just wanted to be sure that miners were not being rewarded with coins at too high a rate. |

If we could get 120 VTC for the press release that would be nice. With the drop of BTC and our current price I would have to make this difference up on my own. PRweb charges 369 USD for the press release distribution and this is just about that. I will create the press release and have an editor who works for me fix it up for free. Anyway, regardless if we can raise that or not we will fire that press release out! Pro-tip: You can select "California" market and it will be picked up nation-wide. No need to select the entire US, because everyone in tech is plugged into the California feeds. |
