121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Trust a Project Announce BY A Legendary Member on: July 09, 2019, 08:59:14 AM
Will you trust a project that the one that announced it in the announcement thread is a legendary member even though the legendary has announced that he is not part of the team and was just part of the service he offered.

Let me know your thoughts here.
I have seen some legendary users here who have red trust in ther profile so to me it makes no difference at all who made the announcement.  The information can also come from a newbie and it will be more original and useful than from a legendary member
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties rules and regulations on: July 09, 2019, 08:55:36 AM
Before you start complaining that bounty managers change bounty rules after bounty ended or KYC was later implemented do you read the bounty rules and regulations?

Many bounties have already says it all in their rules and regulations that 'THE BOUNTY MANAGER HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RULES AT ANY TIME' when you see something like that always know that anything can happen ,the one way to avoid this is if there is no such rules on the bounty thread.

Bounty hunters still find it very hard to read, they care less about rules and go for the good looking bounty allocation, please have patience and go through rules and regulations ,most times its not always the bounty managers fault.
that is very correct.  There has been many posts recently on the forum and some hunters complaining about rules change etc. If they have read the bounty rules in the begining, they will not be blaming anyone about the rules change
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any Decent Exchanges? on: July 08, 2019, 07:39:42 AM
After the Binance hack, I no longer use Binance. Delayed withdraws, hacks, ect. I just don't want to deal with them anymore. So, with that being said, I want to find a new exchange for my crypto needs. I also, am not a fan of Coinbase/Coinbase Pro due to their Bitcoin Cash fiasco. I've been reading about several exchanges and HITBTC is one that keeps popping up. It seems like it has a decent amount of positive sentiment surrounding it (https://tipestry.com/topics/5ce9b551e528302571b89464/hitbtc-possibly-insolvent,-claims-new-report). What do you guys think? Is it worth using? Have any of you ever used this exchange?
that's a funny decision to make. But I respect that. Binance is still doing great I may ask you to check on them again. There some other good exchange you can use. You can look around in the market to find them
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to fill bag with altcoin on: July 08, 2019, 07:35:54 AM
With the recent changes in BTC price, altcoin is getting weaker against BTC, so, this is a good time to pick and fill the bag. Another important part is, after BTC bullrun, once BTC get stable, altcoin follow the bullish trend.
Is it right decision to pick some more altcoin?
I really respect your choice of buying more altcoins at this time. Many investors and holders are not relaxed because of so many news flying around talking about the end of altcoins. That's a big concern to many and why they might not share same idea with you
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ERC20 gives birth to too many shitcoins on: July 08, 2019, 07:33:59 AM
If we start counting all useless tokens in crypto space you will notice that most of this useless tokens are running on erc20 block chain ,many good altcoins ive came across have separate owned block chain and they are plain better, I guess the reason we have too many shit altcoins in crypto space is because of the flexibility of erc20 ,making it easy for unprofessionals to build there useless tokens.

We have some good altcoins that are running on erc20 but you will see then moving to their own block chain later on or it will be included in  their roadmap about the future swap.

The reason why I like tron block chain is the ability to get rid of fake tokens running on tron blockchain if ethereum can do this it will help a lot.

My answer is too many shitcoins are based on erc20.
that's not true,  ethereum has nothing to do with any bad project that existed in its chain. Ethereum has developed it's product for a better and easy use for developers. Also ethereum is not the only project that is open chain. Why don't you talk about many scam project in waves too?
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats going on with most new projects? on: July 04, 2019, 09:45:39 AM
Which project are you talking about?  Or are you referring to altcoins market?  I really try to understand your point. It's quite very obvious that many token or coins in the market is not responding to the bitcoin rally. So I don't know which new token you are talking about

hee buddy,  the exchange in question is a scam exchange and I am just seeing it for the first time. I am sorry about your loss and your post will serve as a warning and a lesson to many of us. There is nothing you can do about this people,  the mistake has been made already so you just have to move on.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Changing the rules in the End of the Bounty Campaign is a form of Abuse on: July 04, 2019, 08:19:43 AM
If the rules of the bounty started otherwise then we'll you are very much wrong in your statement.  I believe we all read rules before joining a campaign, so you agree to that rule once you start the bounty.  If you joined any bounty and tokens a locked after that then revisit the bounty rules again
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another Scamming Trick. on: July 03, 2019, 11:03:06 AM
I've been hearing this for a while until it really happened to me ,I was promoting a bounty project and after a week I decide to check my spreadsheet to see if I've been approved or not ,well guess what I found? Someone else signed up for the bounty using my btt account info excluding only my wallet address ,swapped with another ETH address.

This is another tricks some scammers are pulling on this forum, getting someone to work for them while they sit back and get paid for work they never do.

Always make sure you check the spreadsheet of the bounty project you are promoting from time to time, who knows? You might be the next victim.

This warning is especially for newbies ,I bet they don't know that something like this can be put in motion so be careful.
I have not experienced this as I'm almost very careful with what I do. I have seen people being scammed by this trick,  and I feel bagged for them most especially when the manager says to them that nothing can be done about it.  I think everyone should be careful
130  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC - Pump or Dump on: July 03, 2019, 10:47:01 AM
As the volume of BTC is going down the price has decreased too. Do you think it just makes a step back before the pump to 15k+ or it will follow the trend to 5-6k?
the price will go up again, I think it's just a retracement and a little correction before the price starts pushing up again. Also it gives many a better opportunity to buy now before the price goes higher more than what it is now.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Video call for KYC verification on: July 03, 2019, 10:26:13 AM
Video call for kyc verification?? Is it possible? Do you think it is the best way , rather than uploading your documents for kyc verification process? Most bounty campaigns and ICOs nowadays required a kyc.

If video call for Kyc verification is possible, what is the best and secure app to you use for video call
I have never had problems with kyc, but I have read and seen a lot of talk about kyc system on this forum and how many detest conducting kyc. Many went as far as providing fake docs so I think the video verification is a great move in my own opinion
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Locking the Bounty coins without information in the Thread is form of decieving! on: July 02, 2019, 07:26:31 PM
Decieving Bounty Campaigns are scattered in the forum today in order to gain participants to start with a hype and a so called community. But because of abusive terms and condition. is applied without proper announcement in the very beginning until participants was surprise after the campaign ends that the payment intended for the campaign was locked for 6 months. Bounty hunters fight for your right. give a negative review if you notice that your right as a bounty hunter was degraded. join the fight.
well to be honest,  it's not fair.  But there could reasons for the changes.  Allo in most bounty rules, they always state that  rules can bungee changed which means we can expect anything at any time.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Between ICO and IEO on: July 02, 2019, 07:08:03 PM
If I am not mistaken, by the end of 2018 the ICO project has been abandoned by many parties for various reasons that have emerged and turned to the IEO.
how do you actually try to differentiate the past from the present on your post? You created a topic on June 5th 2019 and you said by the end of 2018 the ICO project has been abandoned.Huh

Does that make any sense to you?  You don't need to sound like you are in 2018. And yes the IEO is trending now and due to the lack of trust and capabIity of the ICO, the IEO made things better
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins Holders ,be calm on: July 02, 2019, 06:59:02 PM
The latest altcoins news spreading on the internet now is altcoins investors will be disappointed ,popular crypto predictors are saying its time for people to start seeing bitcoin has the only lone wolf worth investing in and all altcoins will go nowhere.

My advice to all altcoins investors is not to panic ,these people as popular as they are can't predict the future, last bullrun of 2017 no one saw it coming and the last Almighty altcoins season of January 2018 no one ever think that will happened.
Astor me,I have been calm, have read a lot of news about the altcoin market and how bad it will turn out. I don't see any reason for panics and I will advise everyone to hold strong and wait for the right time.  No need to panic sell toward regret later.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC on: July 01, 2019, 10:14:13 AM
KYC can be complicated and at times unnecessary especially for small airdrops.
What do you think?
kyc is quite complicated as some projects always abuses the use of kyc and when and where to initiate them. Projects asking for kyc in airdrops or bounties that worth noting is totally uncalled for and very unprofessional. The point is that some of this project teams lacks legal knowledge
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is still productive on: July 01, 2019, 09:42:35 AM
A lot of speculation has been made regarding that altcoins are dead we have seen fewer initial coin offering this year and part of those few has been a failed venture.
But never the less that is certainly not the end of altcoins

Running a lost as an altcoin investor can be easy because there are various altcoin out there And so many are poorly managed.

You can cut your losses to some extent by.
*investing in several top altcoin(spread your investment)
*seeking expert opinion
*disregard shilling or FUD
And if you must move a way from established altcoins
*study the volume
*check on the project owners reputation
*compare and contrast the white paper, potential investors and future possibilities of the coin.

And one major key for every cryptocurrency investor is patience and hold I repeat you your altcoin
I actually read a news from a popular news some time ago which said that altcoins will not be productive anymore.  Well in as much as I was taken back a little by the news, I really didn't allow the news get to me because looking at the market,  some altcoins have been doing very well
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges to be careful about IEO listing. on: July 01, 2019, 09:37:07 AM
Currently IEO's are becoming pupular and providing a more reliable option for new projects than ICO's. Previously a lot of new projects started by raising funds via their ICO sites and because of unregulated nature of this avenue, a lot of scammers used the medium to swindle a lot of victims.

Now the story has changed as it only serious projects that would want to go through IEO's, we no longer would hold only the project body responsible for any IEO scam but the exchange, so any exchange that values its reputation and users should do a proper scrutiny about any project before accepting their IEO sales. For instance if an exchange fails multiple times with their IEO, it will drive attention away from them, that is why Binance still draws a lot of attentions because it has recorded more successful and profitable IEO's.
I think there is a turn around now mate. Currently the projects needs to be careful of the project that they want to list on now as some exchanges has been reported of scam. And all this new exchanges coming up can't be trusted in any way.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum will Boom ! on: June 28, 2019, 09:37:05 AM
Ethereum is a great coin with lots of potential.  Almost every startup projects used ethereum block with made it quite unique.  The price of ethereum can be quite slow but with its potential,  the price will go higher in the future. For now I still can't fine a better blockchain that will beat what ethereum has built on its ecosystem.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty that paid you some good reward on: June 28, 2019, 09:27:56 AM
hey all... it's exactly one year now when market started downward movement due to which many bounty/ico companies were not able to list their token to any exchange. Some even did not bothered to send bounty reward token to bounty participants. I have more then 40 tokens that are not listed to any exchange. This situation forced many participants to stop working on bounty campaigns and find some other way to earn from crypto. What was the last bounty that paid you token and that tokens were listed on good exachange and you were able to earn 1-2 ETH / 0.1 to 0.2 BTC or any small amount.

I have been in some bounties that has paid me quite a nice amount in rewarding same thing with airdrop but this type of programs are quite rare to see so you could pass quite a number of not too good or bad bounties before you can come across this one's that will eventually pay you good
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many people will fall for BitConnect 2.0 on: June 27, 2019, 11:38:27 AM
So BitConnect is back

at bitconnect.io

ALSO:
Quote
bitconnect is not at all what it used to be no no no BITCONNEEEECCCCT TWOOOO-POINT-OHHHHHHHHH
sure I expected them to show up again but I don't think this website is runned by the former scammers who had the platform.  This can be some new guys who intend to use the name and scam people. Or it could be some plank to refresh our memories and watch out for this kind of projects.
