I am pretty sure that the bitcoin will always be a decentralized coin which is based on the platform that does not need any third party interference. This is why there is no need to change its form because it has a lot of advantages now.

I think they all are wise people, but you can never know for sure, didnt they have some secret wallets with their Botcoins on them.

It depends on what coin you have in your portfolio in particular. If you have no doubts about the profitability of that coin then I suggest to treat it as a long term investment and sell later when it reaches the highest value.
