121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: taking decisions on: September 11, 2019, 02:05:57 PM
The moment you start taking decisions yourself you will make a change in your life ,some decisions will be bad and some will be good but at least you are different from those who rely on others decision. Don't invest in coins because people  around you are investing in it ,I did the same in the past even when i knew that the coin doesnt make lota sense and it doesnt end well for me ,I repeat same mistakes like thrice before I really opened my eye ,I knew what's right from the start im just wasn't bold enough to do what I felt was right.

To all readers on here please try to know yourself ,listen to your heart and learn from others but don't rely on others ,sometimes you know what's best for you but you aren't just bold enough to make your own decision ,maybe because you are too scared of failure? Failure is a big part of road to success .
I agree with your topic, making your own decision will feel better and satisfied. Taking decisions or opinions of others is not wrong. But only considering their opinion decisions then we ourselves decide at the end, not necessarily taking all their decisions. Enjoy the process according to your own decision is much better.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long does Ico last? on: September 11, 2019, 01:30:45 PM
How long does Ico last?

So, my friend is participating in the subscription campaign in the OUTOFTHLOUD project. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4814891.0
then something has changed and now https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5085373
The rewards program began on August 1 and continues to this day. It has been 8 long months. Posts in social networks stopped at the end of 2018. For all Telegram questions, when the program ends for a fee, my friend gets one answer - after Ico. When asked when Ico will end - silence.
It’s a pity to throw a signature, it turns out 8 months of work wasted ...

Tell me, is there a limit on the duration of Ico? It can not last forever?
I know that feeling disappointed in you, has wasted all that time and thought but got no value at all. Before you follow the gift, the research you do, whether the schedule and workflow of the project you follow make sense? Is not at that time a scam case was rife.

Back again in the project that you are taking part in, the manager team has full control of the project, the project may stop in the middle of the road. I think if there is normally no duration on the ico project, it depends on the schedule on the project being followed
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No good projects from a long time on: September 10, 2019, 02:50:25 PM
There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.
I wonder why haven't there come potential coins like ether. The only project that looked promising to me this year was bittorrent which was lauched on binance launchpad.
But even that is not going so well these days.

Is the world out of ideas or solutions?
After what has your project been so far is it not so satisfying? If you only think about big profits, then there is no end to assessing a project. All the time determines and runs on its own rails. Lots of ideas are offered and I think in the future good projects will be born, it's just that there are still many negative factors that affect a workflow in the project.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping using crypto? on: September 10, 2019, 02:30:18 PM
Do any of you have plans on how you'll eventually spend your crypto?

I'll be using Zeex Cool Their protocol lets you to buy gift cards directly with crypto and spend them with major retailers like Amazon, Starbucks, Playstation etc. with no fees. And they're backed by their sister company Zeek, which is already the biggest gift card provider in Europe, so the platform will be up and running quickly after their token sale.

Here is their website if you're interested: https://www.zeex.me/
That way are tokens or coins used specifically or randomly? To spend crypto I prefer to play it or exchange it in dollars.

If crypto is used as a payment instrument such as for shopping, it will be very interesting, and it can be used as a transaction convenience in the future.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: September 10, 2019, 01:32:26 PM
Yes, that's what bounties these days make us. They show us big big rewards on their spreadsheets but the real values of those rewards they offer us are sometimes not even up to $5 on the market. I feel bounty hunters are only being used as baits by project owners to catch their investors virtually for free. What do you think guys ?
Not all gift projects, before participating in the project, have provided information about the project and the prizes allocated. From what angle do you see the project? If the prize value obtained is not appropriate, then that is the condition of the current market value. Research and wise in following the gift project, a good attitude will end well.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: waiting for altcoin season might take time on: September 09, 2019, 09:30:55 PM
I never expected anything to be easy maybe thats why i dont get worried about present market price

The first time i decided to invest in crypto was after the last bullrun of 2017 and i knew that 2017 was a big chance and i missed it since i never entered this space very earlier before the bullrun so after bear market takes over what comes straight to my mind was 'its never going to be easy to see a big change in market movement  like 2017'and since then i just keep my head up and find other means of living yet i cant do without investing in coins and tokens, the next altcoin season might not come anytime sooner but only those who are in hurry will be in pain, its never going to be that easy.
The altcoin season will not be certain, you are right that altcoin needs the right time. But if there are still many negative factors that affect altcoin such as a scam, I think it is very minimal if the altcoin season like 2017. Hearing a very profitable season that year, you are really very unfortunate not to follow altcoin since the beginning of the past.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use crypto? on: September 09, 2019, 08:53:23 PM
Crypto has been around for over a decade at this point. The secure digital currency has many perks, but it seems that it is still not being utilized to its fullest potential.

Some purchase crypto for long term investment, while others have become daily traders. Both of these methods are uses for the digital currency, but they are not the sole purpose.

Many cryptocurrencies have been developed to solve a problem. For instance, Bitcoin solved the double-spending problem, while Ethereum was created to assists developers build blockchain applications.

Both of these examples would be considered the prime use case of the currency, but it seems that many are only interested in the gain rather than the use.

It is difficult to predict if the true value of blockchain technology will be relevant in the future and expand beyond trading.

What are your thoughts, and how do you use crypto?
The purpose of using crypto, I think, on average, is used for investment, both short-term and long-term investments, basically to get a positive return. many crypto are now used as a place to gain negative benefits, thereby affecting the value of crypto. Everything can happen in the crypto world, basically it's wise to use crypto.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Big prize for 1 participant in a signature campaign? on: September 09, 2019, 02:00:13 PM
for example: prize allocation for a campaign (signature) is around 2,000,000 tokens and if the project only has 1 participant in the campaign (signature) and when the project has been completed or not scammed, is it true that the participant will get the sum of all tokens (signatures)?
or maybe not at all,  for other reasons?
I think if a project only has 1 participant, the ratio is 1 to 100. The reason is there are so many prize hunters in the crypto world, plus if the project is interesting, logical, and will end up successful. I assume not only 1 participant.

If that happens, all 1 prize will be obtained by the participant, according to the agreement and rules on the project that was followed.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in XRP? on: September 07, 2019, 11:35:33 PM
I just found an article and here it is,

https://www.forbes.com/sites/panosmourdoukoutas/2018/03/07/ripple-could-be-the-next-bitcoin/#4dc2e64c5b39

Can anyone confirm it is helpful or is it wise to trade with XRP?

Everything back to you, are you ready to invest in XRP ?. What I like about XRP is that the XRP system has been created with extraordinary thinking to minimize the percentage of online fraud and fraud in the online world.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: suggestion bounty to join on: September 07, 2019, 11:25:27 PM
I see a lot of bounty and new bounty  every day.
I know here a lot joining bounty program, i hope you introduce a good bounty program to join.
I hope your suggestion according to your experience with this bounty.
Also i want to know the average of return i can earn.

First, intend that this crypto be the main work of the others, this suggestion will become a future handle. If you ask a good bounty suggestion to join, the first thing you do is research, because the world of crypto is very difficult to guess. For now the bounty platform that I believe is bountyhive and bountyplatform.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin today on: September 07, 2019, 11:11:46 PM
Altcoins today are struggling , yes no doubt about that but if much attentions are giving to some altcoins with lots of potentials, i think it will make altcoins standout in the market. although some altcoins lacks vision and there are several coins i believe will defintely change the market positively.
Yes, now altcoin on the crypto graph has recovered, fluctuations have followed bitcoin. Is altcoin now always going up and going? Not all altcoins have value, I hope it's only the beginning of altcoin, so altcoin will remain positive going forward.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No matter what i'm sticking with Altcoins on: September 06, 2019, 05:06:57 PM
Nothing good in this world comes easily, with zero obstacles?you are only dreaming

Altcoins are facing hard times because what is coming will be better, hard times is shaking weak minded people off so as not to see whats coming, its a mind trick

99% of people will walk away from bounties and altcoin investment, thats why i am staying,i won't  do what 99% of people are doing or will do, call me crazy cos that's what i am

Crypto is craze and to defect a craze you have to get crazy  Grin
Not everyone is easy to give up when altcoin and bounties enter on a declining graph. Steer clear of altcoin and bounties because of fraud I will agree. But stay away from when crypto declines because the market will make it more difficult, in another corner there are those who are trying to stabilize it to raise prices so that the difficult times don't recur.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties. IEOs or ICOs. on: September 06, 2019, 04:13:51 PM
Hello guys, I am currently looking for new bounties out there! Any bounties you can recommend?
If told to choose, I prefer the IEO prize because it is safer and more certain. Right now the platforms I believe are bountyhive and bountyplatform. Apart from that I was not very interested because it was not interesting or illogical the program offered.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Will be much better on: September 06, 2019, 03:59:55 PM
Looking with the charts few months back , lots of people is crying that the price is low
on crypto's little that they know its not that the coins will disappear, the reality is that
people before ignore the coins that are just being distributed for free, because of some mentality that
oh we don't need this shit coins, its garbage with no idea that it will be the biggest thing that will change a person's lives
they ignore it, now they are to late , the price before is very low now the price hits like 50% up
what do you think guys whats your opinion?
are they just late? or the coin is dying?
my answer is the coins is just getting started only the beginning
Crypto improves, it is not only new coins that increase in value, but several other factors, on the one hand coins that are distributed free of charge are usually coins of no value. Indeed, the situation in crypto can change at any time. Your positive attitude will make it better in the decisions taken.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Attitude that can shape the altcoin sector positively on: September 05, 2019, 04:56:59 PM
The altcoin sector is by far the biggest in terms of numbers of coin in the cryptocurrency market. Ethereum is the most valuable altcoin but it's like the glory day of ethereum is in the past now. Investors are by passing the opportunity to invest in altcoin in preference to the number one coin bitcoin.

Why is there a sharp decline in the altcoin sector? This question keeps coming up in the head of cryptocurrency followers, like two years ago altcoin was a very promising sector which everyone expected more form but fast forward two years on the case seems to be negative.
my answer to the question is attitude yes our attitude can impact either negative way or the opposite.

What are this attitude we have exhibited that has negatively impacted on altcoin.
1. Selfishness. Most investors are selfish they only care about what they can make but don't give a damn what happens to the coin it self, bounty hunters to have a role to play to they are snappy to dispose of the coin and this sure will decline the price
2. Poor publicity on the part of the developers. Altcoin can very much get into the cryptocurrency market with out being known developers should focus more time into spreading awareness about there project.
3. Poor road map. Developers should not create an unrealistic road map that they know can't be achieved cut your coat according to your size. Be truthful and real to the project.

Talking about the current state of altcoin, many compare the era of 2 years ago where the heyday of altcoin. Hoping that next year will be better, that is what the crypto members want. But with so many factors or cases, crypto is getting worse, especially altcoin. Maybe our attitude is one that influences these factors.

You are right if our attitude is good it will have a positive impact and vice versa if our attitude is bad it will have a negative impact
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO IS ALIVE AND KICKING on: September 05, 2019, 04:38:10 PM
I have taken part in many failed ICOs and few successful ones. After a series of failed ICOs owing to scam cases and insincere teams leading to heavy dump after listing and in turn blaming the bearish market, I have sometimes share in the sentiment of many projects who blame the bad market for their coin heavy dump, but two case study has shown that with a good team and the right strategy, their coin needs not dump to "hell-fire" as we are currently experiencing thereby discouraging investors.

Binance exchange have conducted two successful ICO/IEO on their launchpad, with both doing very well above the inertial offering. The first one is said to have lasted about 16mins and all sales was sold out. while the second one which I participated in only lasted just 22secs and individual  cap was $3,000. Both are currently doing very well above the ICO prices. With the success of these two launched so far. more and more people are interested in participating in such project as it has some level of trust and integrity, and not when team after conducting ICOs, will not even pay bounty hunters, but keep posting them, but when they finally pay and get listed, the price will just be a shit.

Anyone team still willing to conduct ICO should come up with a mechanism to defend their projects from gravitation free falls, so as investors don't loss hope in their project and later blame the hailing market. Hard times call for a new set of thinking for a change.
ICO is now not as popular as it once was, what is popular now from ICO is a scam. That way investors will think twice about joining the ICO project because of the case. With many ICO scam cases there will be little chance the ICO project will rise again
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how do you identify a transparent project team? on: September 05, 2019, 03:26:36 PM
If the project is a scam, it would be really silly of its team to show their true identities. In most cases, they just find some pics online and use them as the images of their “Chief Financial Officers” or “advisors,” as was seen  in Empire Card who used a picture of French actress Sabine de Poncins, little known outside of France, as the portrait of their proud imaginary CEO Patricia Harrison. There have even been reports of Ryan Gosling “working” for a project as a designer under a completely different name.
Some scammers are, however, way more intricate. They know it’s quite easy to reveal a fake pic so they just hire people to pose as their CEOs, CFOs, and so forth. Rumor has it that certain scammers even pay homeless people to pretend they’re leading a disruptive startup to a bright and radiant future. This fraud is much harder to call out, but at least those guys help homeless people in some way, so here’s your silver lining.
The scammers will always update the action according to the new trend. For example one of the actions that the team on a project after doing research looks convincing, but the reality at the end of the project is a scam.
One of the characteristics of a transparent project team is that I feel that the team can be relied upon and the team communicates with the project group to the members.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again on: September 04, 2019, 01:54:49 PM
Looking at the market dominance, bitcoin covers almost 70.5% of the market trade as of time of writing. there is the need for altcoin recovery or it might spell doom for investors. i.e, people invest today on a new project and sell off tomorrow.
According to a wall street executive, Max keiser, he strongly believed that altcoins has reached there dead end and advised that everyone should focus on bitcoin. considering the fact that bitcoin is limited. there is the need for altcoins as the name implies, Alternative coins.

What is your say on this.
For the time being, I think altcoin will be fine, altcoin is still following the main coins. There are indeed many cases that occur in altcoin, so investors turn to the main coins that are safer and more certain. In the future altcoin with a new system will emerge to attract many investors.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties sometimes are unpredictable on: September 04, 2019, 01:35:03 PM
The most painful experience when promoting a bounty project is thinking you made a right choice by removing the signature of the project you are promoting presently for another project that you think its better and later on? Grin

The first project you are promoting get listed and doubled in value ,how will you feel? Damn! The fact is bounties are unpredictable sometimes ,no one can predict the end results
Choosing a gift project wisely after doing research and following the process to completion I think it is better. Tempted by another gift with a large gift, it is certainly the same. The world of crypto is hard to suspect.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are airdrops safe? on: September 04, 2019, 01:20:06 PM
The way they usually work is they give you some string and you sign it to prove you own the address.

Could a malicious air drop make a transaction sending all your BTC to them, and then you sign it, and then they broadcast it to the network?
Or is signing a message different than signing a transaction?
What I know is Airdrop only works to promote on social media. Not all airdrops are safe, if you ask to enter your network, it might be a form of scammer to take your funds, because that is their access to enter your account.
