Last week we had a total of 4143 adress , today we have 5219 adress (total) what represent 26% increase in 1 week.
Last few days we have seen a lot of news names join our community, i am happy to see us growing so fast.

ATC what's the timeline for REV 2 roughly? I think about 2 weeks ago you said it would be 3 to 4 weeks? Does that mean you are expecting to release REV 2 in 1 - 2 weeks from now?
bump. Yes I'm expecting about 2 weeks... So REV 2 could be ready next 48H. Hope atcsecure will tell us today  if everything work as promised we should see REV2 sometime this week. if we have working REV2 with anonomous sending option and perhaps status of xnode in wallet then MOON and MAR is the limit for XC i think they said EM will be delivered in rev 2 release... |

What will happen to others coins?
Do you still use typewriters? It's so much a revolution that i am shocked. The market haven't understood at all what it will induce, you have to find a way to explain it to the mass. I have been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. During these 25+ years I have advised clients on an individual and an institutional level. I have also managed my own portfolio, which has included penny stocks. I am new to the cryptocurrency market, but believe some of the same principles prevail as when deciding how to invest your dollar in older, more traditional markets. While Penny stocks are less known, and less traded, they are similar to larger markets, just much greater risk and exponentially larger swings. The crypto market is very similar. I found success in penny stocks, by focusing on the roots of the business, their management structure, branding and marketing consistencies, opposed to playing the pumps and day trading. While day trading can lead to consistent gains, they are usually marginalized by the risk and overall return. I found success in picking 3-4 stocks at a time that I felt at good leadership, a sound business plan, and had met their deadlines. You would have some failures, but your percentage of winners was much higher if you had conviction and held for the real pump, the pump based on facts and delivery or development of goods and services. This is why I have chosen XC as one my coins in my first steps into the Cryptocurrency market. They have great management, they have a good business plan that is much more than just currency, they have delivered what they have said would be coming in the past, and I expect in the future, and finally a consistent logo and branding plan, despite some elasticity in this area in the early stages. Remember, if you are day trading, you may sell on what you think is a pump and the train has left the station. Is it worth the risk of missing the big gain, for a short day traded gain? We are to that point with this coin now. If you believe in the coin, the hold it, and you will be rewarded as long as the team continues to deliver. This day will come sooner if you don't fall to the pressures of that daily quick gain and keep the sell board at appropriate levels. I am excited to be a part of this market and I see this coin as a leader. There is always a better alternative to any industries first to market. I remember AOL, Palm, texas instruments, gateway computers, Blackberry and MySpace. I think XC is the one that will unseat the first to market in the cryptocurrency market. I won't be posting much on here as I will hold this coin until I see evidence that it is not on plan. However, I hope to tell my grandkids someday the story of this decision and how impactful it was on my life and theirs...

Last fews days , days traders took profits on XC each time they could to follow the pump on others coin. But now it become too dangerous to get out of XC because it is hard to rebuy cheap (bid side is really dry and buying wall protection) and next big news are too close.
Now, day traders can only hope to rebuy 10/15 points lower but they would risk to panic buy 20/30 point higher pretty often . Doesn't seem to be EV+.
In fact i can't understand what could be the value to sell under 150/160 now, the risk rewards is really bad under these level. Even if the price was at 150 , we could only hope to rebuy to 130 and if 160 break we would have to rebuy around 170.
I keep my target around 250 end of the week/ beginning of next week.
I agree with all of this... I have found some of the sells hard to understand when we have been rising which has made me think - I know its all conspiracy.. But I would not be surprised if some DRK holders with deep pockets have bought XC just to dump into rises... I really do believe they are scared of this coin and have tried everything they can to kill it... They have failed....This may be totally wrong but I cant help but think it... I get the impression they are running out of ammo and that the next rise / or rises are going to be 100% plus type jobs... i don't know if some kind of conspiracy exist but it's true that i have seen a lot of irrational trade last few days (as the dump of 60k xc at 140 the 17 june followed by a panic sold of 20kxc to 111,5, or 20k xc sold few hours after to 120...). These trade was very weird, can't buy so much volume lower,not a lot of profit, no reasons at all to dump, we had only good news last 2 weeks. I think altcoin market is very irrational and ridiculous, traders don't care about the fondamental valu, it's all about the pump momentum going on. they don't want to stay invested into something because they don't want to miss the next pump opportunity and they don't want to take the risk to be stuck into a sinking ship. Altcoins traders don't trust the coins, they just use it to make quick profit and get out as soon as possible because they fear the dump. Basically they pump a coin all together (sudden high volume trade) often without real reason (crypt), then everybody want a part of the cake and panic sell their own position with bad trade (as we have seen last days on XC) to come into the next big pump thinking they will win money to come back after. In reality only fews traders win big, others buy just before the dump to pay the profit of first pumpers XC will create the surprise because it will get pump, but higher and faster than what people could expect, and price will stay quite high and stable after the pump. i think litecoin is dying slowly now, his marketcap will be redistribute to the best altoin remaining (xc is one of them for sure). Last bitcoin bubble we have seen litecoin pump from 1$ to 45$ in 3 weeks, imagine what could arrive to XC with 5 times less coins produced and better technology. XC over 50$/coin before the end of 2014 isn't a dream. For altcoins trader 6month is an eternity, for smart money it's nothing. Actually we haven't a lot of smart money in altcoin market wich explain the low valu of XC. |

people, I was out, what caused the dump, XC was at 150k and now 125k!!
nothing, just somebody dump big amount without known reason, top 10 holder still increase from 31.78% to 32.43% so nothing bad i guess. Now we know our team and it seems really solid It was also nice to read it : "Encrypted messaging is about to become available" |

4 days of consolidation, 6H rsi down and start his recovery. multiple successful test of 115 level. Big players accumulating in 115/120 range for days and protect 115 level. Bid side very weak for days.
next few hours challenge will end successfully.

Market is ready to pump something as there isn't much action actually and a lot of altcoin felt last fews days.
It seems to be the easiest trade possible.

As I indicated, v1.36 was just for testing,
v1.37 will be released tonight, it will require 100 XC's to be an XNode

So today Ghash.io have 50% of hashrate on Bitcoin, 51% attack could happen anytime now...
it would be so good if altcoins could be linked to fiat. bitcoin will loose his leardrship at one point with all the evolution going on here.
Chillax FUDDY, a 51% benefits no one and Ghash isn't going to let it happen. This comment doesn't even belong here. Last week Ghash.io was close to 50% and they said they would not let it happen again , 1 week after here we go again so i am not very confident. I am pretty sure the last dip we had to 115 was due to bitcoin that's why i comment it. Actually i am pretty sure that if bitcoin would go back to 400$ a lot of altcoins would follow wich i find silly because bitcoin problems (gox/ ghash.io/ china ban/ Silk road..) should not be linked to us so badly. My point was if major altcoins could be trade against fiat the link would be broken with bitcoin and their problems would not affect us anymore Could we find a solution to allow trade with fiat for XC, maybe in development we could have a wallet with fiat balance? XC would have his own entity and maketcap could grow faster. I just wish that XC could be free from bitcoin, and XC could overtake bitcoin in the long run. Let the revolution begin! |
