+1 good thinking. maybe it would be easier to start again but with a registration system on the forum. like a poll? Restarting everything would not be fair for those of us who actually sat and waited for the opening and applied correctly. I trust dev to remove any incorrect registrations. As for the signature idea, I support it. i wait too from the beginning. |

Quick UpdateThe list will be available later today, as I'm working right now. But I did look first thing this morning and already see some dup account signups. One person with 19 accounts!  Why do people think it's ok to cheat others out of a stake  So yes, registration will be reopened and the time/date will be announced beforehand. -------- Didn't expect signups would happen so quickly, thought a couple of days at least. So once the list is published and everyone is confirmed, all stakes will be sent out together. good to see u work hard and take it so srsly! ditto |

Price is dropping as multipools are dumping. Daily volume is at around 85 BTC/day (bittrex + poloniex ) . The dev team is doing a good job.
Everything looks good so far.
The difficulty is way too high to justify this low price. I regret leasing so many rigs.. Could have got twice as much coins by buying at the exchange for this ridiculous low price. Now I'm divided between wanting to mine Darkcoin instead, then to buy Sync.. or to continue contributing to the high hashrate/difficulty to prevent the situation from getting worse. Happy that the mining period is almost over! Well, you cant expect otherwise tbh. The coin has a very short mining period, in this period there are multipools that jump hard any coin that is in the top5 profitable coins and they have to pay the miners in BTC - so well they dump it right there, they can not way for a long period of time. Then there are people that saw something in the coin ( and for a good reason ) and rented a good amount of rigs, some of them are clever enough and will hold, but there is always some of them that like to make a profit right now so they sell. Yes at the current prices its not not worth it to rent-sell but the last 3 days at prices in the range of 0.9 to 0.6 you could turn renting into profit. And well on top of that we have the traders, they are not that stupid, they know all of that so they do not put high orders. And why would they ? Some one WILL dump so the price will go lower and they will be able to buy cheap - therefor get a higher return when they wanna sell later  So well my opinion is that SYNC is doing great right now, growing and friendly community, smooth launch so far ( lets hope the POS transition will also be that smooth ), volume is great and price is doing good so far. This are my 2 cents. much sense there,. lets hope so. |

What is it about Libertycoin that sets it apart from the nine jillion alt coins? Why Libertycoin?
I am not going to speak for anyone else but myself. I will share why this is a winner from a marketing/branding standpoint. 1. The name is awesome and and easy identify with. 2. Anonymous transactions ties in nicely with the name. 3. Coin distribution is the best I have seen in a long time. 4. POS is killer. I think POS is the future and any coin launching from this point needs to be POS. But like I have said before any coin can be made to be a winner if it has a strong community behind it. I think LibertyCoin is going to do better than most people expect, and I can't wait to see it happen. WELL SAID!! |
