When purchasing a Starbucks card on CryptoThrift, I do the following: - Use escrow for the purchase.
- Purchase something right away at Starbucks online using the card. If it's a $200 card, I'll purchase as much product as possible so my total is just less than $200.
- When I get the tracking # from Starbucks, I release escrow.
I know that doesn't help people who want to use the card for the occasional drink in store, but it's atleast good for peace of mind when ordering bulk coffee supplies online.

Noticed that nothing has gotten posted to the forums I'm watching since ~ July 8th, so something has botched the sync. I really appreciate bitcointa.lk and hope it gets fixed. Thanks.

I'm not getting any GPUs recognized (Win7 x64 w/ 14.6 drivers) as mentioned here. clDevicesNum returned error, no GPUs usable Wondering if anyone else had encountered this problem?

Some nice sites in your btc network, but the service price is really high. Just to give some context: PRWeb's advanced package (which inboxes the New York Times & USA Today) goes for about half of what you're charging, and they are among the highest priced press release services. I use several different Banking Accounts now, my Coin bank account is used to purchase anything that I consider "Virtual": Amazon AWS payments, Servers, Domains, Video Games, Netflix, etc. I also use the same account to pay for a cheap credit card that the same bank issued to me, max this out once a month to have something that looks like you are "paying" off with the coin account. So from their perspective they have more to lose than just someone with a savings account. So you just have one separate bank account that you don't care about losing that interfaces w/ Coinbase?

On Windows I get 4.1 Mh/s with each of my 2 R9 290 non X, on a test run more than 6 hours.
That's awesome. I've been tracking X11 hash rates for the new miner and you're up in 290x territory.

Very smooth transaction w/ domainbartender. Nice doing business with you.

If you're the owner of the domain, then you obviously have a reason that you bought it that other people haven't surmised yet. Meaning that it can be an excellent site if you develop it according to your vision.
Having said that, the outside observer w/o this vision in their mind has to evaluate the domain itself on more objective measures. One simple question: "Is this domain worth more than the reg fee?" can be fairly accurately gauged by looking at domain popularity. Since btcjem.com is not registered in any other extension (.org / .net etc.), we can make an educated guess that the domain is only worth the registration fee.

Adult traffic is usually around $2-$3 at most CPM (per thousand) ... you're charging over 10x that

you need to add this logo right away Those husky logos are remarkably similar to the University of Washington's. Would be better to have something truly unique and not copyright infringing.

I don't understand the voucher - doesn't that mess with exchanges as far as setting a hard limit?

I know this is old, but I've had the same problem, and found a fix that worked for me:
1) Close electrum 2) Go to C:\Users\-your username-\AppData\Roaming\Electrum 3) Find 'config' file. 4) Rename or remove config file 5) Open Electrum
This worked for me - worth a try.
That fixed it for me (Win7 64bit). Thanks for the tip.

For anyone interested: Gridseed prices have dropped significantly and you can get the "blade" for $1500 (~0.60-0.65 BTC per MH/s at this time). The "cupcakes" are about $120 these days (~0.8 BTC per MH/s). Don't overpay if you are looking to buy.
Please PM me the supplier details for the blade. GAW Miners messed up on my order so I'm back to square one.
