All IPO coins of Members and Participants who have sent in their [HOC] address and added to the "List" have been paid. The delayed transactions all went through yesterday.

Send me a PM/Email with your (BTC payment) address and your (HOC forum username(if you have one) and It will get situated.

For people waiting on the slow transactions(sent without Fee). I did everything I could(restarted blockchain)(-rescan). We are just going to have to wait. They are confirming slowly.

I can use a special program to remove transactions from the wallet database, but I don’t really want to mess with this.

You simply signup on the official forum and send a (PM)(email) to me or any other (House Member) that may have referred you. We will then let you know if and when you are approved(we are not always excepting applicants). No BTC required.

We are doing this as a way to include those who want to help/contribute from the inside, but may not have (House Member) certification yet.

If you are serious about getting envolved. We just opened up a new House Position. This position is called a House Rep. A House Rep is a contributor who eventually wants to become a full House Member. If you are still waiting on your coins to confirm, I figured out why. I sent some transactions without any fee associated. This means that other transactions will go in front of these. They will still show up, probably tomorrow.

If you want to send fast here is how.
Go to Settings -> Options -> Main -> Pay transaction fee  ( 0.02000000 ) HOC - then [Apply]

If this isn’t fast enough for you, you can increase this amount.

Only 26,000 of 50,000 [HOC] was given out in the Give-away. These coins are not ours(they are pre-mined from the wallet v2)(not intentionally). We will have to figure out how to give them out in a way that does not violate rules and is permissive by the house.

I recommend holding off to trading until you see (Updated) status

Prices will fluctuate up and down from the ipo price and It will take time and work to increase the price.
We can do it if we don't give up and want it bad enough, but If it was easy it probably wouldn't be worth doing.

I made all payouts. I think I have a few more members to payout and then I should be done, but most all are paid.

Transactions from the stuck block are starting to go through now. About 1million [HOC] in transactions

No both pools are working great and no unwanted forks have happen(as far as I know).

We should have fast transactions now. That means a real trading market can develop. (Time for a Break.)

Yes we are on Bittrex and C-Cex, but they haven't gotten back to me and let me know that they updated the wallet yet. They will want to do an inspection.
