If this is not part of Taco Corp, I don't want in.

Danbi,
If you can take ANY other groestl coin (what..all three of them?) and have it work in a heart beat, which they do, its not the stratum, its the coin.
True, you can make other groestl based coins work, but this is only part of the game. There is other hashing involved besides groestl in DMD and the other coins. Still hacking, but so far, we have two choices: 1. make DMD hash like the other groestl coins and fork (!) again. 2. Modify both stratum AND the miner and avoid the fork. I am currently working in this direction. To be honest it feels like they should just fork and make a cleaner start at groestl. Avoid the issues with old blockchain, new blockchain etc that we've already experienced. Getting the stratums hacked together does not seem like it will create anymore trust in the dev's. Also saying that the POS doesn't work yet is a plus, is so far from the truth. People are tired of POS coins being launched w/o working POS code. To the point where it's severely damaging, especially to any "investor".

Danbi,
There is nothing for the stratum coders to assist with. This is purely a Dev issue at this point. Groestl stratums work period. Diamonds implementation does not.

I've supported diamond and solo mined a fair amount of them, but starting to lose patience myself.

Has anyone gotten any payments from rejectmining yet? Been mining there over 3 hours and still have not gotten one payment yet... and I dont know how to see if the addy is registering at the pool.
Blocks are just now confirming, you can visit http://www.rejectmining.com:8000/tbs to see whats up. 200 block confirms so it'll take you a few hours to see payout.

Not sure, you have this marked as scrypt, its groestl.

I don't believe it has testnet?

Our attempt at a pool came up with the usual result:
[Pool] [Diamondcoin] (Thread 1) We thought a block was found but it was rejected by the daemon, share data: {"job":"29","ip":"XXX","worker":"XXXXXX","height":393842,"blockReward":1000000,"poolReward":990000,"difficulty":0.02,"shareDiff":"15839.58450802","blockDiff":10945.29713536,"blockDiffActual":42.755066935,"blockHash":0000000004232de679778fc6eb680536643394d6911dac3175960d1337a3fa5c"}
Granted total time was about 10 minutes of effort and hashing.
I hope I'm a newb, and block rewards really arent 1000000
And thats a very long way of saying percentage...

Then you didn't do it correctly.

Also, I already sent Bittrex an email for adding the coin to the market there. We hang out in the same IRC channel a lot.

Stratum pool at http://groestlcoin.biz/ is now set up and running in experimental mode (until at least 1 block is found). If you want, you can join. User stratum+tcp://groestlcoin.biz:3334 and your wallet address as login. Password is ignored. It's accepting shares, now for our first block, were at 140mhs.

what gpu what miningsoftware what bat options
basical there is no mining out there that create less power consumption heat and noise than groestl powered diamond
AMD 7970 sgminer from groestlcoin site just like the cpuminer different custom options and the one from the groestlcoin page for the 7970 yes, it is quieter than scrypt, but it still corrupts the image (random up and down flickering that really messes with your mind) so that I can't use it for work while mining plus it's still too loud to work or do anything useful besides. And I don't want to threaten the lifetime of my production rig GPU with being at 170F/77C constantly I've been there when bitcoin started and couldn't mine because I needed the pc for other stuff. Now I can't mine because I ain't got GPUs to waste lol. It is kind of frustrating that cryptocurrencies are instantly exploited so that the average guy who doesn't spend money on building a mining rig doesn't really stand a chance. Sounds more like a driver issue.
