Other than it being decentralized (banks and government has no control over it), the versatility of it i think is the main reason. Plus, transaction from different locations aren't a problem, meaning, money transfer wouldn't be an issue to spread your money. Another thing, i wouldn't want to bring cash in some places (too risky and an eye candy to criminals) well maybe just in my country.

When you have followed some bounty then at the end of the bounty they promise to distribute their tokens based on the time they have specified. But in fact, after waiting some time token not sent. What's worse, it turns out bounty that we have followed is a scam.

For a quick analysis of whitepaper, I chose several important parameters: 1)Comprehensive information delivery 2)Readability 3)Сlarity 4)Business plan presentation 5)Presentation of technical implementation 6)Technology 7)Decentralization 8)Developer Activity on github. All parameters I estimate by 1-5 points. If there were more than 20+ points, then this project is not bad ... But if you really want to invest in this project, then you need a full and detailed study.  this one is a good example how to read the whitepaper and by this we can separate the important things |

I am at the point where confusion is at its boiling point. I had been very optimistic about the future or bounty campaign and crypto but almost all people who are way more ahead than me were saying that it is pointless and even them are not receiving or earning thus their efforts are not paid off. I am just worried that I will end up like them. I did all and everyday following the ways to promote and is following procedure. Is this really worth doing for? I am not forcing them to give us big time since they are not forcing us to either, I just wanted to really express myself because even my partner in life is not believing on what I am doing.  if you are worried about the bounty campaign that you follow will not give you payments, make a research first about that bounty, the developer team and their manager, if you think that the bounty is a serious one just follow it, make sure that it is not a scam, so all your work will not be in vain |

It always depends on the project, how good the concept is, how innovative is it and how much the demand will be, and also how real the project is (maybe check the team profile. And for bounty, its also like that but you also have to calculate the bounty reward, the bounty period and the amount of participants. |

Thas true. For me, holding period is from the time when the token is still useless (cant be used or still not be mass adopted) till its widespreaded. But if no one want to use the token , the price wont increase. Its always about supply and demand. |

I'm just reading an article in the newspaper. Klaus W. Wellershoff (a last chief in UBS Bank) says that's impossible to use a currency with volatility as money. If the value of the money decrease, that means the value of the merchandise decrease. For example : if you buy a flat with bitcoin and few years later the bitcoin value decrease... Your flat lose his value as well.
What do you think about this argument?

Last 3 weeks growth has been slow, steady and strong amongst slight price fall now and then. Experts said the price would grow back by end of April and yes it happened. So will bitcoin price hit $20K by August 2018? I am sure yes if this current growth trend remains as it is.
What are your thoughts?
I still dont see that the market is really in bullish condition, so im not sure it will reach $20k again in August 2018, but maybe at the end of this year. Its been a long time since i enjoyed a beautiful green day  |
