121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I invest to Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: February 22, 2019, 01:28:20 PM
I see that BTC and ETH are two coins which had the highest capitalization on Coinmarketcap.
But I don't know why Bitcoin is still up and ETH always keeps current price.
Why was that happening? And in this time, should I invest to Bitcoin or Ethereum?
Thank you!
We all understand that in order to purchase BTC coins in your investment portfolio, you need money for this and much more than to purchase Ether. Undoubtedly, if you can afford this purchase, then BTC must be bought and held for a long time. But do not forget about Ethereum, this coin is also quite a popular platform and is in good demand among the crypto community. So I think buying makes sense both coins.
Actually both the coins are a best option for long term investments as the prices for them are not to that extend now which as compared can take a bloom in the future so buying bitcoins and etherum now and holding for atleast 1-2 years could be a great suggestion for OP.
But in case you want to make quick profits in short term trades than you can keep a not on the price variation and see some small peaks where you can make profits in quick time. Also investing into ETH for short term can be good if you are able to buy at a dip.
122  Economy / Speculation / Re: A chance for Bitcoin to rise! on: February 22, 2019, 01:25:07 PM
For the past months I’m too depressed about my losses since I came in this market unprepared. I try not to be active but the market looks inviting me again to be more responsible for what I’ve done and to do better this time.

Bitcoin started to pump slowly, though its not enough to get back my losses but I think there’s a reason why I should stay. I know I’m not the only one here who lose money but still trying to do their best to have some profit. Thank you to this forum, i was able to rise again and this time I will believe more on the future of bitcoin! Continue to hold!

Edit: I lose almost $2000 before both in trading and in gambling, I know its quiet small for you but that’s a lot of money for me. Thanks to those who help me to survive on this one.
$2k is not that small amount which could be lost without hesitation. I agree with you that a majority of peoples purchased bitcoins when they were on the peak and as compared now, the price for bitcoins is comparatively much lower than the mid 2017 which itself is creating a lot of peoples to exit bitcoins but in any situation you should always wait for the future to see if bitcoins could really go much more higher than it was in the mid 2017 so that you can sell your coins than to cover your loss with profits. Bitcoins have started showing growth and as soon as some more big whales fill their pockets fastly, the price for bitcoins will go onto the peak.

125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your expectations for ICOs in 2019? on: February 21, 2019, 05:05:32 PM
for my hopes that this year the ICO can improve and eliminate fraud in the ICO world because it has harmed many people, including myself. and if ICO is still like this, ICO will not be left behind by its users and investors
Thats a important issue. ICO sales should be made more trustworthy with any kind of guarantee because not all of the ICO's are becoming profitable but most of them are going shaddy. Peoples who invest into scam ICO's usually have to face loss and so majority of the peoples are turning their back towards investing into ico projects. Once the ICO sales are made more secure than i guess much of the community will re-enter the investment fields.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin history, a fact for each day! on: February 21, 2019, 05:02:00 PM
Great topic
4th Jan 2008 - Bitcoin.com registered

bitcoin.com is not related to bitcoin, its for bitcoincash
Indeed - but why was it registered then ? More questions than answers, I believe?

I don't really think that https://www.bitcoin.com is for bitcoincash but instead it is a wallet as well as mining pool available there. Bitcoin.com was the first official website for bitcoins and this (bitcointalk.org) was the forum of that website. Later on as the demand start rising, new competitors were seen and bitcoin.com website was not been used to that extend. We must never forget those who programmed bitcoins because they did a really great work.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Everyone agrees that bitcoin rise will help the all crypto currencies to rise? on: February 20, 2019, 04:41:58 PM
From yesterday the price of bitcoin got increased upto $400 due to the speculation of ETF approval by SEC which made all the other crypto currencies to bump with the same level of bitcoin so which shows that if bitcoin prices recover all the crypto currencies will be able to recover.

Do you agree that?
As soon as bitcoins start rising up, most of the big whales start converting most of their coins into bitcoins which truely rises the price for bitcoins but on the other hand also decreases the price for the altcoins. Not each altcoin is affected by this and majority of the alts start rising as soon as bitcoins start rising because a vast number of peoples start involving into the decentralised nation.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ethereum get to $500 this year? on: February 20, 2019, 04:21:35 PM
Everything can happen, i think ETH will pass $500 in this year. Start from today ETH price will continues to rise. Grin
I don't really think that $500 is that difficult for etherum to reach. Wait for few months rathar than a year and you will see $500+ price for etherum. Bear markets are about to over and the bull run will approach soon so sticking with the markets to find a perfect investment coin for us is better always. Etherum has some good platforms which keeps high demand for etherum and peoples will soon get big shares into etherum as the markets will start to rise up.
129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is playing casino games online a good idea? on: February 18, 2019, 05:47:30 PM
It's been weeks now since i play gambling games or we may say casino games, sometime i played it just for fun but when i won, my greediness comes and trying to recover my lose bitcoins and want to earn more but ending up losing all my money. For me gambling is good just to have fun and beat boredness but if you want to make money by playing casino i think it's not a good idea because you never know how many luck you have it's either you lose all your money or double it. but most of the time i lose all my money for you guys what do you think of playing casino games is it good or not?
Playing casino online is not much different from offline and one thing you should have in mind is the risk involved.  Playing casino is very risky and if you are not ready for loses there is no need of going into it in the first place. However,  it is important you play it for fun and never put in the money you cannot afford to lose.
The same situation goes on for trading or any related investment schemes. We should only invest which we can afford to loose and personally speaking about casinos/gambling, there is not much stable source of income and most of the income depends on luck as well as the efforts we use. Playing casino can make you bankrupt and vice-versa it can also make you a financially stable individual!

As now bitcoin is beginning to grow gradually, I think it's time to invest in projects that are gaining popularity. Thanks to the edinar, now we can earn.
Bitcoins really were not going that great and the price too was lowered a lot and in such times, a lot of peoples moved their money out from cryptos. But in such times, it is always good to stay into the markets as some or the other day the demand for the markets would be pumped back giving us good profits. Investing our money into projects like edinar too is a good option to avoid any loss.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Visa and Mastercard decided to increase their Fees. And there is nothing y can do on: February 17, 2019, 05:23:01 PM
This is exactly where cryptocurrencies should come in but we are still doing all we can to make sure the technology is fully accepted by the world. The decentralized nature of blockchain technology will ensure that no one manipulates prices for their personal gain.
Being decentralised the cryptocurrencies have a lot of benefits which can make them a best currency to bring into consideration but yet most of the governments would not make this happen. Our globe is centralised and making it decentralised is not that easy. To avoid the heavy charges with visa/mastercard, we should start adopting cryptocurrencies.

Did someone put in edinarcoin? In addition to the hyip, this coin is really traded on exchanges and has a cost. This confirms the long-term project.
Yes, I've invested some into Edinarcoin cloud mining. I am holding their tokens in their wallet and am getting 0.65% dividend daily. Profits seems cool untill now and also good coin to invest for long term. I'm impressed by their volume and capitalization so thought that it would be good to get into.
I am trying their telegram bot. That's really good and i got some EDC coins there for Twitter activities. Good way to earn EDC coins without much efforts.
Edinarcoin is really going an easy profit project as even pos mining is easy and profitable as well as the bot.
Their bot really seems good but i have not yet given that attention towards it as already i am using their wallet for POS mining where I've invested some funds. But the bot really seems good to claim some free edinarcoin so i would like to give it a try. Edinarcoin long live!
I think Edinarcoin is looking forward to re-launch their products so they have strongly started with their promotions. In such situation, investing into such projects really gets more effective because the demand for such project pumps a lot after re-launching. In 2016, the project already showed a great growth and so is expected in the near furure.
133  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would like to start trading. Looking for tips!!!! on: February 16, 2019, 05:35:32 PM
Recently, I spend more and more time on coins and tokens with small capitalization. They are more likely to dump or pump. Do not pay attention to the advice of various "crypto experts", as a rule, most of these tips are not workable.
The risk remains constant by dealing with small volume coins because they can anytime turn into dead coins which would never be bought back again so only invest in low volume coin if you see any daily trading activity there. If there are not buy orders as compared to higher sell orders than there are a lot of peoples who want to get our of that coin and it can make the coin dead so think several times before you invest.

Indeed, this coin currently has a good daily capitalization, although the market is not very stable now, this is a very good sign. If bitcoin starts to grow, then EDR trading volumes are also likely to increase, as will the cost.
Usually, prices of such altcoins like Edinarcoin depends on the price of bitcoins. As soon as btc price shows any movement, the price for Edinarcoin too will show us some movement. I'm not actually into their cloud mining but i am trading with edinarcoin on some exchanges and also I've made some small profits for short term. Good coin for long term investments.
135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been able to resist? on: February 16, 2019, 05:19:48 PM
Have you been able to resist the addiction and not let gambling consume you?

Have you been able to control the urge to place that bet, spin that wheel or roll
that dice? For you to be able to go a length of time away from the adrenaline.

Would be interested to hear how people can control this.

For the first, when i was new into gambling, i used to loose all of my money greedily with very little profits. Gambling than started being more addictive for me and in greed i wasted most of my money. Slowly i started neglecting gambling and now is the time when i rarely go for gambling only if i find any match intresting. Don't let gambling handle your brain, your brain should think about gambling and control it.
136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Ready to Jump in Crypto. Again! (Looking for Advise) on: February 15, 2019, 07:53:15 AM
Do any of you know similar projects on Edinarcoin? I like the platform and the wallet, it is very convenient, you can also create your own tokens as well.
Untill now, i have personally gone through a number of similar projects like Edinarcoin but most of them seems to offer ponzi schemes. Edinarcoin offers some realistic investment plans with proven profits so it is a most convenient place to invest
There are a lot of live examples who have invested into Edinarcoin and are gaining passive income so no doubt about Edinarcoin! It really offers easy money for the early investors. If OP want to jump into cryptos again than advising him about Edinarcoin coin would be a good.
137  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I still get wealthy through Bitcoin? on: February 15, 2019, 07:51:01 AM
Any of the individual can easily get wealthy through bitcoins. Bitcoins have that stability. We can earn major income than our normal centralised jobs along with the freedom to work in our own style. If you trust bitcoins and have the ability to go in deep research for finding perfect projects for you than you will definitely find massive profits here.
138  Other / Meta / Re: "Recovering hacked/lost accounts" full process, nothing happened on: February 14, 2019, 03:30:27 PM
I followed this thread:

7 days later (January 21) I received an email stating:
Quote
Hi,

Thank you for your email.

The message was verified successfully. Now, for further clarification, please access the link below:

[[LINK REMOVED]]

Best regards,
Bitcointalk account recovery team

Followed the link, it recorded my IP and nothing happened.
Now the link don't even work ("invalid link").

Any idea? Should I start the process again?

The link on the email might be a temporary one which is been used to record your IP but can you clarify from which email did you got the mail?
If the mail was sent by the administrators than perhaps they might be verifying if you are the person who owned the account previously to keep the account in safe hands. If this is the case than you should wait rather than starting over. It takes months to recover a hacked/lost account so be patient and the administration will bring your solve your case.
Also recheck whether the mail was sent by the authorized person only!
139  Other / Meta / Re: Black screen when loading forum pages in chrome. on: February 14, 2019, 03:25:23 PM
I'm on android 8.1 and chrome 72.0.3626.105. I think it's an issue with the browser but it only happens on this forum? Does anyone know of a way to solve this as refreshing the page doesn't work.
Same issue faced by me.
I am using google chrome 72.0.3626.76 on android 9 and once i reload forum pages, black blank screen appears.
First i thought it is issue with my device but reading OP, i think others too are facing the same issue.
Maybe the latest chrome version is not supporting forum reload or maybe something else is the issue.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Cryptocurrency One Big Ponzi Scheme? on: February 14, 2019, 03:09:43 PM
Can't see how you make it a ponzi.
Shitcoins being created for a quick money grab is a scam, sure. But not really a ponzi scheme.
Mostly we can see startups creating shittokens and easily escaping from the markets once the capitilisation is reached. Not we can doubt all of the cryptocurrencies but most of them including bitcoins, etherum, ripple, etc are been proven a better source of investment for long terms and also is being spreading the world much rapidly.
