Of course, I used other message when I sent the email to the "recoveries" address.
After you IP getting recorded, there is usually another email that gets sent to you informing you that your account has been queued for manual recovery through the old email address.
I never received that email. Is the "old email account" the one originally registered with that account? Remember that the hacker changed my address and password. My original email address is still valid, and I used that one to send the email for recovery.
The email I received says:
