121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shadow Forked? on: November 13, 2014, 04:44:00 AM
Funny thing in that last post it says "Accept the the light of Shadow" Isn't that a paradox? Shadows don't cast light in fact they are an absence of light. Just saying.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RootCoin [ROOT] - rootEX™ announced - ANON-tx using BitKey™- PoW/PoS/PoI on: November 13, 2014, 04:37:16 AM
There is no trolling and fud in IRC #rootcoin. But he is silent there too.
Yeah, I don't see it as trolling either. Trolling is on a way other level than this. People are concerned if their investment goes as it should, see it as an investment in a product you are buying from a partner and that person goes silent after it almost looked like it was ready to ship. This is just like it.

It's oke to defend the dev when he is not here, but not when he is silent. And talking down to "fudders" is still being silent. If you look at the post history of Bitsta, in my eyes it looks like someone took over his account(people sell their btctalk account) cause the style of writing changed over time, along with the attitude.

Just like the guy above who lost his 0.5 btc, I'm in the same boat. I'm still in and always support the coin I am in, but now I am wishing I never got in. A fucking simple update can't be given? Seriously? Come on, we ain't air!

PS. Can you guys shorten the quotes just like I did? It is easier to read that way

Don't know if he sold his account but I do think he has changed for whatever reason. Hopefully he can shake it off and get his head back in the game. One can hope.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Void - destructive coin for investors and traders - 20% deflation on: November 13, 2014, 04:27:50 AM

Is there such a thing? I've seen faucets with a few supported coin but you have to go to the right one and use the correct wallet #.

130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] The internet of blockchains / XBridge / true cross-chain P2P on: October 23, 2014, 03:31:23 AM
Sir Synechist,

Charlie Shrem is saying ALT coins are dead with the new whitepaper on Sidechains. Care to respond to his comments on twitter? If ALT are dead, will the Blocknet host the Sidechains or the other way around Wink

They are going to clone all the innovative alts and make sidechains based on them. The monopoly power of bitcoin will be used to push adoption of these clones and destroy the originals. So they will not only be stealing innovation and destroying equity, their plan will also have a chilling effect on future innovation in this space. Why would a brilliant person develop a new coin only to have it stolen by the monopoly? A sane alternative would be the blocknet, where everyone is free to innovate and compete, but try telling that to bitcoiners.

That...That actually makes sense. If Bitcoin sidechains do happen, then there would be no incentive for further innovation to happen in the cryptocurrency world. Blocknet would probably be the solution to that, a way out of the Bitcoin monopoly.

If Bitcoin was added to the blocknet it would gain all those features without risk to its self. It would be epic!

thanks for the mature LOL ... but was just trying to help out sorry.

Might be a waste on LTC but other coins and especially x-11 and fresh algos will yield much better hash rate sas well as actually mine some of the coins.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New York Looks to Slap Digital Currency With Death Sentence on: October 18, 2014, 11:17:50 PM
New York is the financial capital with respect to fiat currency.
Bitcoin needs a new center.

There is a Bitcoin center in NY. Smiley

Well something needs to happen soon or this will tank into the ground.

Dont worry about price. Just look at buy wall on bittrex.  Grin

Not worried about the price so much as the long term treding of the price. It's not. It was actually below IPO the last day.

139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XC][XCurrency] Decentralised Trustless Privacy Platform / Encrypted XChat / Pos on: October 18, 2014, 10:23:29 PM
I know all the new stuff coming on the XC platform is exciting, and assume the dev(s) are working on this, but a wallet that doesn't randomly crash would be nice, any news on when the XC wallet will be fixed, until recently it has been 100% stable. Blocknet blah blah, give us a stable wallet please so I have confidence my investment is safe.

I'm sure it can be fixed pretty easy. Hopefully soon.
