A día de hoy destruiríamos 7224165.72166666, más de la mitad del total de Catalonia Coin. Teniendo en cuenta que es un proyecto a largo plazo, estamos convencidos que cada CATc que compréis ahora va a tener una revalorización sorprendente.

After the IPO phase, new wallets are going to be available on that topic and on our official website (http://cataloniacoin.info). In that moment you're going to be able to swap your coins with the new wallet  

@Placebo Thanks for your support! The Catalonia dev-team will work to have CataloniaCoin listed on Bittrex another time 
As well, when we destroy the not-sold CATc the price can go up! we're compromised with the project and it's fair and transparent as you can see.

@Cakir before talking too much you can take some cultural lessons. We're a project for Catalonia and we support the democratically right to decide their future.

Las Wallets para Windows, Mac y Linux ya han salido del horno pero las pondremos en el momento del Launch. El block explorer lo mismo, ya lo tenemos terminado y también estará disponible el 8 de Noviembre.

Sobre los pools ya tenemos varias que han mostrado interes en CATc.

En este sentido ya lo tenemos todo atado para que todo funcione como la seda en el lanzamiento, lo que estamos es cruzando los dedos para recaudar lo máximo en la IPO para poder implementar con solvencia todo lo que tenemos pensado. El White paper lo presentaremos en breve.

Sobre el debate que tenéis de si es bueno o no destruir la moneda, coincidimos con @novatobitcoin, no parece tan novato  . Creemos que es más transparente para todos, eliminamos el riesgo de que piensen que vamos a especular con CATc, y si por desgracia no vendemos toda la IPO por lo menos quien a confiado en comprar estamos seguros que verá aumentado el valor de su compra en un futuro cercano.

Remember: If you buy 1 BTC CATC you get more than 1% of CATC Total supply. When coins are not sold in the IPO are destroyed, this 1% will increase considerably.

Vgo sentimos si CATc puede despertar comentarios políticos, más en los tiempos que corren, pero nuestro equipo se mantiene al margen de estás cuestiones, nuestra máxima prioridad es conseguir la utilización real de la moneda en Cataluña y mejorarla con un algo más eficiente y que mantenga la salud de la cadena de bloques.

Recordad que por 1 BTC obtendrías más del 1% del total de CATc, y con la destrucción de lo que no se venda en la IPO el porcentaje puede aumentar considerablemente.

Yes! referendum is in ~one week. As you know the IPO ends the 8th of november and the 9th people is going to vote.
In response to your comment, we will make substantial improvements in the currency like:

• Changing the algorithm or new PoS implementation. We want to implement new specs to improve Energy-saving and the best network security
• Contact and discuss with Catalan businesses and companies to gradually achieve the implementation of the currency in Catalonia thanks to modernity, innovation and decentralization, that are the principles that describe cryptocurrencies.
• With the best point + adoption in the Catalonia economical future we have a good project that's going to be stronger everyday.
• Open discussions and polls to know what the community want. We’re open, we want to discuss, we want to let people decide and know about all the project movements.

And many many others that the dev team is considering

Hi @placebo and first of all let us say 'thank you' for all the support and comments related with CataloniaCoin in that topic.
Of course you're able to pay CATc in Catalonia to all the ones that one to accept it! We've received several messages in bitcointalk and Twitter (for example) letting us know that they're really interested in that new decentralized technology, the cryptocurrencies.

Press (as with the previous dev-team) is interested another time on it and soon they're going to be new media articles available.
We're in contact with some shops and online stores to let them know that they can accept CATc as a payment method to improve their presence on Internet. You know: if they accept digital currencies it's a plus on marketing, innovation…

Gracias por tu aporte Fernarios pero seguiremos confiando en el proyecto, volvemos a repetir que el tiempo nos dará la razón.

Fenarios piensa por un momento que un grupo de 8 personas ajenas totalmente al anterior Dev quiere levantar un proyecto con ilusión y recursos monetarios propios. Piensa que elegimos Catalonia coin porque pensábamos que no tenía mala fama y tenía una buena base de marketing. Ahora piensa que mientras está la IPO en marcha estamos trabajando duro para cambiar el algoritmo, conseguir que comerciantes catalanes nos sumen a sus tiendas online y otras muchas cosas, estamos echando muchas horas. Piensa que lo mismo no recuperamos ni lo invertido en la IPO, destruiremos la moneda, y que aún así seguiremos trabajando duro. Piensa en todo esto, en que tal vez pueda ser verdad y ahora piensa en tus palabras si es así. ¿No crees que al menos puedes darnos el beneficio de la duda?

Vamos a demostrarlo todo antes de que acabe la IPO. El tiempo nos dará la Razón.

Por cierto los 8 estamos en grupos de Bitcointalk, no se si tú estarás en alguno de ellos pero seguro que tienes gente en común con nosotros.
