Hi, I am having problems adding my Coinzy card which is loaded with $3 to my paypal account.
The Paypal site is telling me my card is not accepted
Are you registered as a UK account? These cards and cards with bin 4665 are mostly blocked by pp because they have been over abused. Well it maybe yes maybe not. I'd still use cards with bin 466554 and it still work anywhere :v Also if talk about BIN, we should have 6 number (xxxxxx), not the first 4 one (xxxx) |

Hi, Wanted to SELL LIMITED paypal accounts with ESCROW ONLY.  For Short, there are 2 accounts, 1 with $700, the other one with $300. The limit is just a week ago, so it is new. Willing to sell both at 50% of total. Or if you have different plan, let me know. Yeah no one will buy these accounts and using an escrow simply means you will have to wait until the limitation has been removed before the escrow funds are released. otherwise the escrow is useless since it's very easy to get back your paypal since the email can't be changed and even if you provide the email password it's easy to get your email password restored. Wont do that btw, looking for legit transaction only. And about the limitation, yeah you got the point. But if it is about me waiting 180 or selling those after 180 days, i'll just withdrawed it myself rather than selling it |

I am not set the miners fee by myself, instead it were automatically generated from blockchain, because usually i send btc without seeing the fee and just inputing the wallet address and the value. And its been almost 72 hours with no confirmation. The second one, the fees are also been set automatically from blockchain when i want to send btc, and the warning says "this transaction spends an unconfirmed input" and been more than 24 hours too. I also have read some here, some recomends reading this : -You can just wait and hope that the transaction will confirm eventually.
-You can repeatedly re-broadcast the transaction every half-day or so to make sure that the network doesn't forget the transaction. This will give you more opportunity for the transaction to confirm in the next few days or weeks
-You can contact someone that has the ability to choose which transactions one of the larger mining pools confirms. You can offer them an additional payment to provide that service to you. My question is, - if i wait, how long i should wait ? Because i send this to pay for my purchase at local shop. - when i brpadcast, it says "transaction already exists", tried on both. - How do i did this ? |
