We make exchanges a lot of money trading day in and day out, I think they should be kind enough to give us our FREE BCC. It is only fair, they need us as much as we need them so let us all lobby POLONIEX and the other exchanges to give us what is rightfully ours.  Smiley

The reality is that your BTC will be converted 1:1 Ratio.
BUT when you sell such BCC (which are not earned by mining) what you actually do is that you SELL YOUR BTC AT BCC exchange rate! PERIOD!
MORE OVER ALL BCC earned by mining are not convertible to BTC at one to one ratio. If you want convert them you will have to:
got trough SELL BCC->CASH->Buy BTC or use exchange rate which will not be 1:1 unless BOTH 1 BTC and 1 BCC cost 1K USD for example
So what you are saying is that the exchanges will take our BTC and convert it to BCC? This sounds very fishy to me and I do not like it at all. I was thinking they were going to give us the BCC as a side gift after the fork happens.  Huh

Side gift?
Come on....
Any way if you do not believe me start little by little sell 0.001 BCC which are GIFT. MAKE SURE THAT YOR BTC balance equals to your BCC BALANCE FIRST! But before doing that write down on a sheet of paper YOUR BTC balance all the way to the last digit. Then you will find out what  the reality is. COMPARE YOUR BTC BALANCE BEFORE AND AFTER SALE If you are brave enough 0.001 BTC equals to a few beers only! you will not loose much Wink
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: July 26, 2017, 11:28:15 AM
@loshia I understood fully after reading your last post. If this happens then too BTC holders will always have possibility to convert them into BCC if those become more valuable someday. BCC can not be converted into BTC. All these points make sense I am fully agree with you whatever you shared. Thank you for your time to make the things clear.
I do not think 1:1 convertion will be available if BCC becomes more valuable. BCC "INDEPENDENT" devs will find a way to fork BCC, fixe some "security vulnerabilities"  or whatever to prevent this happening. All of a sudden for some unknown but highly sophisticated and deeply technical reason you will be NOT  able to convert BTC to BCC at 1:1 Ratio Smiley
I can bet on that Smiley
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: July 26, 2017, 11:13:50 AM
should I receive any BCC I'll just sell them the same way I sold ETC. Even though it clearly is a shit altcoin you could also wait and see if there is a short term increase. Nearly unimaginable to me but there's a tiny possibility this could happen
Sell them only if you MINED them otherwise you are going to sell your BTC at price of BCC Wink

I had same impression that it will work like ETH/ETC case but it is much more complicated. Things are not this simple as seem after reading different point of views. It would be better to keep holding and let the things clear before touching my coins. It is messy everything whatever is revolving around here whole scenario.

Ah yeah good, no I'm not interested in BCC at all. I'm only interested in BTC and I would never even think of selling BTC to get BCC. It's just a random alt.
You are not getting whole point dude. The sad part is that 99% of the people will hook and loose all of their hard earned BTC selling them at BCC exchange rate without knowing what are they doing...
Any way i am getting tired explaining whole thing.
If you wanna dive into BCC then a safe advise for all of you:
1. Use another account (email/user/pass) on same exchange not the one where your BTC are. Side effect it will have 0 BCC at start and 0 FREE coins Grin. If exchange give you some as a gift that is fine take them and sell them Smiley But do not ever mix you BTC with BCC
2. BUY or sell BCC from there only
3. Mine BCC if you wish and use a payout address on your BCC exchange ACCOUNT
4. PERIOD
5. If someday BTC value is lower than BCC value and you have the option to convert BTC to BCC 1:1 ratio as advertised (i doubt it will happen) then go ahead and do it. Otherwise keep things completely separated BTC and BCC
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: July 26, 2017, 10:54:21 AM
Sorry if this obvious, but why would selling these 100 BCC result in selling the BTC as well? (wouldn't the BTC be on another fork, hence different and unrelated to the BCC?)

No it is not obvious Wink espesialy with free stuff as advertised. I am not an expert and i will aprechate clear explanation from BCC dev here. Let them explain instead of me. Where are FREE BCC coming from? What is happening to my BTC funds when i spent BCC which are earned !!!!WHITHOUT!!! mining . I repeat key part is !!!WITHOUT MINING!!! or without BUYING THEM

Let them explain instead of me.....

My favourite exchange....I am curious how are they going to explain FREE BCC stuff Grin
It is a shame.....But it is up to them dealing with idiots who are going to sell their BTC as BCC and loose a lot of money eventualy
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: July 26, 2017, 09:20:48 AM
Let those guys make another altcoin and to be honest it is good for many who holds Bitcoin to get free of those coins. It may cause of decline of value for real Bitcoin for temporary period but good recovery on the other side. It isn't bad to receive when it is totally free. i am ready to make some money with these BCC coins.
Not quite true dude. There is no such thing as a free lunch Grin
Let us pretend that you have 100 BTC and get 100 bcc for free as you think. So far so good. Now the funny part begins. You sell 100 of your FREE BCC at 100 usd per coin let us say. What the hell you are making 10K usd for free right? All of a sudden you do realize that you have ZERO BTC left in your wallet. Imagine that BTC value at this moment is around 2100 usd. You are at 200K USD loss just to get and trade 100 free bcc and earn 10K free? I bet this is a deal you can not resist Grin
And a lot of folks will do it just because it is free right Wink without knowing what they are doing but just because it is free.
Nothing comes for free in life!!!!
Some of us learn it in school - easy way
Some of us learn it loosing money-hard way
But once lesson is learned you are good to go with free stuff flooded everywhere in this forum and in general
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: SEGWIT LTC.TBDICE.ORG 0.5% fee SOLO MM LTC/DGE POOL 3K+ LTC/7K+ DGE blks solved on: July 26, 2017, 05:55:11 AM
R1-LTC - DOGE MM address issues and mail notification issues
Folks,

There are some issues with R1-LTC  miners and you are not able to provide proper password string so that pool can parse your MM address
The short term solution is you to watch pool doge blocks page. If you happen to hit Doge block, just let me know by PM or posting here. I will process your payout manually.
However i would appreciate if someone provides me Teamviewer  access to a PC so i can ssh to R1-LTC miner (meanwhile you are going to watch what i will do) and provide proper fix for all of you
Thank you very much

so people will sell their bitcash for real bitcoin? what's the point ?

Yep, everybody that gets BCC for free will just dump it and BCC will be worth 1 satoshi, if lucky. Hahaha!!!!

Even Stellar/Lumen never went for satoshi they gave billion of free stellar.
There is some people who support coins blindly and with Bitcoin Cash their is Chinese developer involve.
If they won't believe they can keep Bitcoin Cash at reasonable price then they did not decided to fork the blockchain.
The game is to withdraw early adopters. Their biggest fear is what if someone drops 1 mil of BTC right know Grin
Our money are gone right ....that is their game
At the end they own both 70% hashing power and trading volume. And they want to have Bit China Coin Grin without fearing of early adopter dumps
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: July 25, 2017, 04:24:24 PM
I really hope the bitcoin community unites against such sabotage. This hurts the whole ecosystem and most probably is the reason behind your actions and timing for your shitty fork. Nobody cares about what you have to prove. Nobody would have cared if you would have done your fork any other date, you are just capitalizing on the confusion and uncertainty, it does not get more myopic than that. I hope miners see your motives and stay away from your pool.
Nice:)
I do think that Chinese brothers  are going to fuck us all this time. And the bitcoin will be dead. Do not forget that BTC price is driven up by Chinese stock. Imagine that peoples bank says we ban BTC but we admire BCC today. What do you think will happen? Price will be back to 7 euro when I started probably:) From the other hand this is not possible to be done today as long a lot of Comrades will loose billions which is not healthy for both developers and pools which are supporting BCC. As long as theory works 1 BTC= 1 BCC as advertised big china players will be able to get rid of BTC then China bank will ban BTC and BTC will dust into history as exchange value. They want all. Both money and control over bitcoin. You know people with money want power and control....
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Barry Silbert segwit2x agreement with >80% miner support. on: July 21, 2017, 08:39:34 AM
Bitcoin protected by many people:
1. Miners (not only mining pools but miners itself, miner select pool with policy he accept)
2. Exchangers (at now main giver of price to Bitcoin)
3. Mining pools.
No one of this people want bad for bitcoin.
Not trust to bitcoin-core developers and use bitcoin-core of 2014 https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/releases/tag/v0.9.1
Аnd wait until everything will clears up.
The game is to withdraw early adopters holding a lot of bitcoins and to cause a split or hardfork. The only unknown variable  for me if our beloved Chinese friends want to participate in that game and control a new bitcoin world. It is not up to developers or so called miners owning one or two miners 10-20 T:) For me it will happen sooner or later it is a matter  of time. So I am going to sell all of my BTC very very soon
Just my two cents
Genaraly speaking people with a lot money and power want to fuck the ones with less money and power
For me BTC idea is dead unfortunately. Whole BTC thing is becoming a bug busness which is not my game
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: SEGWIT LTC.TBDICE.ORG 0.5% fee SOLO MM LTC/DGE POOL 2K+ LTC/5K+ DGE blks solved on: July 18, 2017, 10:26:23 AM
I want to solo mine but it says pool in red when I connect my L3+ using my coinbase litecoin address as my worker. If not coinbase address what litecoin wallet address will work? Also on average how many litecoin blocks will an L3+ solve a month? Is it worth trying?
Hi,
Which one is red User or MM Addr? If it is MM Addr that means that you are not providing DOGE address to Merge mine DOGE coins. In order to do so and get DOGE also you will need to provide DOGE address inside your password as explained in pool home page. Otherwise you are going to mine LTC only. As long as you see your LTC address (some chars in the middle skipped to keep your privacy as long as possible) in users/workers page all is GOOD
Please post here or send me a PM with your config. Screen shot of web interface or ssh config whatever your L3+ has
Best
PS:
---------------
Also on average how many litecoin blocks will an L3+ solve a month?
--------------
Assuming 520 MH/s
Expected Time per Block   29 days 08 hours
Big Fat notes:
1. We are talking about PROBABILITY and  there is no guarantee. In other words at CURRENT networking diff you are expected to solve one block per month. You can solve 10 blocks (GOOD LUCK) per month or you can solve 0 blocks per month (even year BAD LUCK) also. No Guarantees. That is what PROBABILITY is.

https://www.litecoinpool.org/calc?hashrate=520&speedunit=MH%2Fs&difficulty=306983.06700834&price=41.7145&currency=USD&power=1000&energycost=0.10
-------------------
 Is it worth trying?
-------------------
You are the one to decide....Math is Math (1=1 always) Luck is Luck. Imagine that you are buying ONE of two (The lottery has two tickets in total) lottery tickets available for a lottery. You have 50% chance winning the lotary right? Will it happen today, tomorrow or the day after tomorow ? Each time you have 50% chance it must happen someday for sure but when? Or you can win 10 times in a row Smiley That is LUCK
Good luck Wink
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: No "cash out" option on some pools on: July 17, 2017, 12:07:22 PM
My solo LTC pool ltc.tbdice.org does not have "cash out" just because coins are generated directly at your LTC/DOGE address and are not stored in a pool wallet Wink
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] The First Litecoin PPS Pool (litecoinpool.org) on: July 17, 2017, 11:32:00 AM
Thanks Guys! I do have 3 L3+. is it easy to set-up the litecoin node? what is the difference between the LTC node and TBDice.
Last one! which wallet would you recommend for LTC?

thanks!!!

The difference is:
1. You are paying 0.5% fee to tbdice to do this and other stuff for you
2. You are having 100% reliable service with zero downtime
3. You do not care if your HDD will fail, if you have a backup or stuff like that.
4. You do mine DOGE along the way which is not possible with Full LTC node alone and even with full DOGE node installed Wink

As resume:
if you are new and you do not have the experience (there is no such guide which will teach you what to do) it is highly recommended ALWAYS ALWAYS use a pool litcoinpool, TBDICE or whatever pool you choose. In exchange for your own good and safety you are paying a pool fee. Simple as that
Best
Loshia
PS: to all that are choosing pool:
1. Please look for pool op reputation first! that is most important for you. leave your miners hashing where you have trust in OP
2. Do not think that pool fee is most important when making deceision - behind that pool OP is doing constantly a lot of things. There is no such pool to run on it's own without human interaction. They have expenses also. and they invest a LOT LOT of time to make everyone happy. It is not just setup a pool pay for hosting and collect fees....There is a lot of work on daly basis involved to keep pool running
3. Avoid Chinese pools - that is my personal oppinion
4. Avoid  ALL 0% pool fees - there is not such  thing as a free lunch Grin They get their money one way or another if you are following my thoughts! 100% !!!GUARANTEE!!!. At the end of the day you are making less at 0% fee pool compared to x% fee pool...

136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Solo mining 3L3+ on: July 17, 2017, 11:05:34 AM
For solo LTC mining most profitable pool is mine - lc.tbdice.org - sharing TX fees with miners - 0.5% pool LTC fee and 5% poll DOGE fee. You are keeping 95% (sharing TX fees with miners) of all DOGE coins which are MM along with LTC
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] The First Litecoin PPS Pool (litecoinpool.org) on: July 17, 2017, 10:23:20 AM
I will receive my first L3+ today, is it possible to do solo mining.

Litecoinpool.org is a PPS pool. If you want to mine solo you don't need a pool, all you need is a full Litecoin node. By the way, at the current difficulty I wouldn't recommend solo mining unless you have at least a few GH/s.
Or you can use my (lc.tbdice.org) MM solo LTC pool without  full Litecoin node.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: SEGWIT LTC.TBDICE.ORG 0.5% fee SOLO MM LTC/DGE POOL 2K+ LTC/5K+ DGE blks solved on: July 17, 2017, 10:19:05 AM
Hi,

It's possible to find out if an address (bitcoin or litecoin) has ever found a block? I have this curious issue where my 138mhs Innosilicon A4 claims to have found 7 blocks within 48 hours, but i was mining on nicehash regular pool, so cannot verify if it's true.
HI,
First of all it is not possible to find 7 LTC blocks for 48 hours with just 138Mhs .....
Now answering your question
1. The big misunderstanding is that many solo pools do exist. For me personally, solo pool means that NEW coins (when block is found) are generated directly to your address inside CB transaction.
2. Having in mind 1. there are only three REAL SOLO pools as far as i know:
   a) CK BTC pool - the original
   b) My pool TBDice
   c) Nice hash LTC (and probably other coins also - NiceHash only). I have just checked NiceHash CB LTC transactions for new blocks and all seems good
3. Assuming you are mining on niche hash LTC SOLO pool (OR ANY OTHER TRUE SOLO POOL) you can do:
https://chain.so/address/LTC/YOUR_LTC_ADRESS

For instance:
https://chain.so/address/LTC/LUNyycVonDH9aQMZn1fxyUeu8N3yS8w7ud - That is my pool address and you can see how page looks like.

The important part you are looking for is: Newly Generated Coins and it should say 24.xxx-25.xxx
That is the only relaialble way to check out what you have found. Again this is up to pool to include your LTC dress in CB genaration transaction

In your case some or both happened. !!Note these are presumptions only!!!
1. You miner software has buggy network diff implementation
2. You are mining some other script coin with lower network difficulty...Or your miner is connecting to other none LTC pool also for backup or balance or whatever...

All TBDice miners have the option to use mail notification for all miner events - New blocks, connects or disconnects for free Wink

Good luck to you!
Best

139  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Nicehash Not So Nice on: July 14, 2017, 12:14:03 PM
Chinese ruin everything! They should not be allowed to be involved as far as mining.
Not exactly
1. First our greed ruined everything. ALL ASIC companies took advantage of our money,  preorders and stuff.
2. The difference was that most Eu and US companies did one time deal and took a lot of money (scam). But some of the Chinese ones did not scam everyone immediately. instead they build their business on top screwing up their clients simultaneously Grin There is always someone to buy their old power hungry USED crap (sold as new) meanwhile new chips and miners are connected to network.Very Very Nice business model:) And do not forget free electricity in china provided by Comrades:)
It is like that one year roi according to their calculations means infinity if you pay for electricity and people buy it Grin
3. As people say if you like it fine if do not like it go and F**K O*F. Generally speaking free market dude;)

I'm having some issues connecting my A2's... using my LTC address as username and my DOGE address as password gets me a 'pool' not 'self' designation. I know the addresses are valid... is there a prefix or suffix the stratum is looking for?

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem. LTC address seems fine, DOGE address doesn't register, it says Pool. I tried the : at the start but it didn't help. I am using a AntRouter, R1-LTC

Please help!

Thanks

Hi,
Try x:DOGE_ADDRESS - put x: infort of your doge address. if it is not working again, please PM me both LTC and doge address. i will process all doge payouts manually.
