There is no alternative to exercise to keep your body healthy, so I am definitely trying to work on myself. I used to do all the exercises I could at home including push ups, but recently I joined the gym to keep my body more fit. Every day I spend two hours in the gym and my trainer has made me a certain routine and I try to stick to it. How much I run and how many push-ups I do in 2 hours is recorded in the routine. My gym trainer is also very conscious about food and he has been very strict with me that he won't train me under him if I don't follow his chart.
I hope that I will be able to follow the rules and maintain my body by exercising according to the rules and regulations that he told me to exercise.
I do these push up work out silently and I feel that this is not enough since we can make our chest,shoulders and tricep looks great but I feel there's lacking since if we only do push up for long time then our tummy left behind that's why I also include some certain exercise that can lessen my belly fat and possible to get a abs on target months so hopefully we can succeed. Although I don't have any strict diet to follow but I'm trying to look forward to try low carb diet or one meal a day so that I can lose weight and get more better physique. There's a lot of programs good to follow on youtube but looking forward in future if I have time to enroll in a gym, since I think I will be more serious if there's fitness coach will watch or monitor on the activities I've done. |

I think there are only two method that I know of which is lump sum buy and the DCA method. You mentioned buying the dip but this is also a lump sum buy that is done when price retraces after an upward movement. Well, I believe that both Greediness and Gambling Addiction make our lives terrible. I was thinking about which one of the two reasons causes more disastrous in our life both in terms of mental health and finances.

So long story short, i made some winnings in sports betting in a few casinos, out of them all, only 22Bet.com and Wazamba.com arent allowing me to withdraw (22Bet.com) and "are processing the withdrawal" for over 8 days already. 22Bet.com did tell me i need to bet whole deposit, which i did, after i had $1.300 on that casino, tried to withdraw and got rejected, on live chat was told to email their support, they told me i had multiple accounts and i need to do verification (I dont have multiple accounts, why would i?) i sent ID Card, after 3 days they asked for selfie of me holding my ID card and a screen showing our email conversations, i somehow did that and sent them, in meantime i played two more sportsbet and got to $2.547, now they are asking for 3 last monthly utility bills, which i sent them just now, i highly doubt they will pay out, but lets see. Wazamba.com, i won $450 there, requested a withdraw and contacted live chat to see the time needed for processing, they told me "We aim to process withdrawal requests in about 3 business days, from the next day that the request was made, or from the day of the last processed withdrawal." its been 8 days since and when i contact live chat again they tell me they need 1-3 business days  and payment is still on hold, lets see what happens there also. I wonder what Dallas feel on the last shot take by Reid since for sure they provably got nervous when he take that shot knowing that he is capable to knock that off especially that he is doing good on 3 pt area but he come up short with that. Game 3 I think it became more questionable to them since as we see right now that Dallas is already gaining a lot of confident for winning 2 consecutive games on the road. Luka is also hurt since he got a lot of injury but he still provide a solid performance to help his team to win on game two. His clutch 3 point is so solid and that secure Dallas to win this game. |

I see more of success stories of bitcoin, like how people invest bitcoin for their parents, uncles, and themselves to make fine profit. These stories are very interesting one and good to listen of what bitcoin has done for people but it makes me wonder if people don't have stories of failure about bitcoin. In the real life I see people who talk about their failed investment because of not having the right knowledge. But here everyone talks about success stories and it makes me wonder if people are shy to talk about their failures, it can also help other people to learn. Learning is not just about from successful investment.
People have failures in their investments as much as they have success stories, only that they feel more comfortable sharing success stories, while it takes guts to share failed stories. Ofcourse I've heard a lot of failed testimonies on this platform, about how they lost their seed phrase due to negligence and how they got scammed, but we can't deny that success stories are far more. I think sharing experiences are very important in the forum, either success or failure, so that others can learn from them, a little experience shared can go a long way to guide other's decisions. But actually there's nothing wrong regarding if they could share their failed investment stories since for me this is more interesting to discuss since we could see a more realistic topic which we can learn something valuable for us to consider especially on taking such decisions that we don't not actually sure. Since if we only here some success stories then there would be a huge chance that we will only get blinded with wrong expectations and we don't know if we are bound to commit mistake since we always think that everything is easy for us since we see those people succeed. That's the reason if someone telling something that they are so good and tell about that they got almost zero mistake made then earn quiet positive returns on all decision they do then I will just think about that person is telling a lie since there's no people earn huge success without experiencing the worse since they won't learn anything if these people will not experience any bad experience when they are trying their best to earn. Theirs lot of things need to watch for especially those risk that we should avoid just like what you mentioned and it will be great if they share both success and failure stories since this is more worth to read than any bloated success stories out there. |

I think there's nothing wrong with that odds, punters are good at putting the line for us to bet, and so it's either we take it or not and believed otherwise. I'm one of those though who fall for the Wolves in game 1 as I thought that they will win with ANT leading but it seems that he had struggle in this game.
But the game 2 is still unpredictable though, it could be a trap that the Mavs are now the clear favorite. But the Wolves are good at adjusting and obviously, they don't want to be down 0-2 in this series, just saying.
The odds are just correct as it's expected the Wolves are gonna even the series, the question now is if they could cover or not. Based ont their records in the playoffs, if they win they usually cover the spread, so it's safe to assume that if they'll win game 2, it should be close to double digit if it will not fall into that. Still it's a risk because there's no guarantee it will happen, all that is just the line set up by the odds provider, so we just have to choose the right side,and hopefully we can. Yeah I pretty much think whoever is the home team will be slight favorites here unless one of the stars gets hurt or isn't playing. I think Wolves even it up but who knwos last series with them the road teams kept winning. Gonna be a back and forth series if it was anything like last night. The other series is going to be boring. Can't see it going more than 5 or so games I'm guessing here, I think what we saw in game 1 will be the complete opposite in game 2 but the Wolves are gonna win by double digit. This is the only series that might entertain us, so Dallas winning in game 2 might make it a boring series, with that said, I'm betting on the Wolves in game 2 with -5.5. The Celtics vs pacers will sure be boring because the Pacers' star player got injured and there's no assurance if he'll play in game 3, or if he'll play, not sure if he is 100%, so we can't really expect a competitive game without Tyrese Haliburton. Well maybe we can see a completely opposite on game 1 since we saw that how the the bench of Wolves compare to Dallas and they could change something on the game especially if they correct the mistake they made on game one. They should limit the inside scoring of Dallas and make them struggle in the paint, they have twin towers that can defend in the paint that's why for sure if they successfully established their defense on that area then Mavs might struggle and force to shoot on perimeter. This might be the key for Wolves to win but let see what adjustment they do on game 2. Lets hope for the best for this since Pacers still have great talents on their team although they could potentially lose Haliburton due to injury but they need to step up since that's what they need to do especially that they are now struggling as the Celtics is gaining already its momentum. |

So if people could able to risk something on what they think have potential to grow like this especially on casino coin then its fine as long as the amount they invest is the money that they can afford to lose. |
