121  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE - NEW IPO, NEW HARDWARE, 1,500 TH/S HASH RATE on: May 28, 2014, 11:47:43 AM
We would like to inform you that a vote was cast for every change made by cryptx since they have been listed on Havelock. The votes were cast by unit holders that collectively own more than 60% of the Fund. If you did not get to vote on changes and you personally own over 5% of the Fund please contact us.  Cryptx did not need to bring the vote to a public one when the majority of the unit holders of the Fund voted for those changes.  So even if a public vote has taken place the same result would have been voted on.

So if you currently own more than 5% of the Fund and you were not contacted to cast a vote for a change please PM or email us at Funds@havelockinvestments.com

There was no breach of contract, all decisions were made by majority shareholders that were monitored by us prior to public release of decisions.

To take the vote public and get the same result would have been a waste of time and cause more confusion.

We believe that PETA is on the right track and has made the right choices to keep the company viable over the past year.  If you do not agree with the decisions made by PETA we are always looking for great companies to list their Fund on Havelock apply today!

Havelock Investments

Havelock fail again at simple math. You said that the votes were cast by unit holders that collectively own more than 60% of the Fund and even if a public vote has taken place the same result would have been voted on. How come you reach this conclusion? All by yourself or the whole team of "experts"?

If a motion have passed with 65% - 35% the rest of voters (the reminder of 40% witch didn't vote) could easily change the outcome. So yes, it's a breach of contract, but don't expect havelock to do anything, they are happy with the fees they are getting, despite the fact that people (their clients) loose money.

Now are you going to delete this post where I explain simple math, like you did in the scriptX thread?

It was passed unanimously 60%-0%.  But you knew that already since you voted, or did you?

Enough with accusations. The market was open for several days prior to this offering. If you wanted to sell your units you had plenty of time as the price was risng. If you still want to sell PM us and we will try to find you a buyer.

Havelock also have a public address for Asicminer right?

Yes, TAT made a post here in this thread somewhere of what Havelock's address is when he handed over control.  I can't be bothered to look it up because it does not matter to me.

Sorry for being a bit suspicious, but are there any actual pictures of the farm? Considering the snail speed of adding dozens of terrahashes weekly in previous months yesterdays addition of +600 THs sounds too good to be true...

In the past they needed to wait for new chips to arrive. The manufacturers were delaying the deployment. This time around the chips were in stock, not pre-ordered as before.

We create a Bitcoin Denominated Fund for companies which apply for funding through our online platform. We act as custodians of those companies shares and as the administrators of the Fund. We don't buy and resell shares.

This is great news I'm very happy with this move, however nothing has been mentioned of the remaining 200th of hardware from our original IPO that never made it online? Plus the hardware we already bought with reinvestment funds... Does anyone know what the story is with all this hardware? Is this just included in the extra hardware bought with funds from the new IPO and included there or are we still getting these units added to the mix to come?

The 200 TH funds were meant for bitmine hardware that was never delivered by the manufacturer. The order was canceled and the funds were used to buy back units of the fund ~ 14,000 of them, thereby increasing the GH/ unit. The current Offering is for the 1PH in new hardware.

Funds will be held in escrow and refunded to investors in the event that the first block is not fully sold out.

The investors will receive dividends before any of the founders receive any dividends up to the amount invested per unit.

We also know who they are buying their equipment from as we release funds from escrow to cover the cost.

By Monday the PETA Fund will live up to its name and start hashing above Peta.

Thank you for everyone who have supported this Fund.

Thank you. But sign up and spread the word...

The service is only as good as the users and the exchanges.

They never applied for a bank license as they will never use your deposit to fractionalize your funds and loan them out. As they always stated they are a fiduciary financial services company licensed by MICI which is the commerce department which handles international financial and remittance license. The license allows them to accept, manage and transmit funds internationaly and act as an escrow service for exchanges and customers. The online platform allows users, exchanges and companies working in the Crypto realm to have a fiat account and interact seemlessly and without friction within the platform, solving the fiat issue plauging exchanges. In short they have with one license what you would need from 50 different states from the US. Still early in Panama they will answer more questions as they come online.

If you review everything they always corrected people that assumed that they will act as a bank.

Sent from my mobile, so may look better in my head!

When can we expect our shares from Bitfunder to be available on Havelock? This has been brought up before, months ago. Also, can I assume accumulated dividends will be paid then?

Email contact@havelockinvestments.com with the email you have an account with us. We will take a look at it.

Since this is the first dividends they are calculated monthly. Once they make another payment it will automatically adjust.
139  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] PETAMINE 700 TH/s or 8.68 GH/s per share on: May 16, 2014, 05:31:52 PM
what happens when havelock goes bust? we still have our peta shares?

First, any mining equipment will go bust before we do! We've been around since mid-2012.

Second, for those of you that don't know, The Fund Manager (Cryptx) receives a CSV file every 12 hours containing the email address and the amount of units they each own.

We are also considering creating Havelock color-coins to issue to our users as a back up representing their units in our Funds.

Cheers,

We always remember we are here to serve you and not the other way around!
