I finally installed the QT Wallet and its fully synced and I've moved my coins from Bittrex to the wallet.
Can anyone explain to me how to begin staking? I've already unlocked my wallet and checked the "For Staking Only" section. However on the Dashboard I see the following:
Spendable: 12000
Stake: 0
Unconfirmed: 0
Can someone tell me what the Stake: 0 means? Am I not staking anything right now?
If your wallet is unlocked it is staking. The point of staking is to verify transactions on the network effectively distributing and protecting it. So the whole thing works by probability. If you keep your wallet connected you will net 1-5% a year depending on how many people are connected. Usually most coins never have more than 30% of the supply staking so you can expect up to 3%. Your rewards will come in randomly as long as it is unlocked for staking. Been talking to the Dev and we have some big plans for the future of Evilcoin, Evil will live on!!!  Yes EVIL is just beginning! My biggest priority in the move from PoW to PoS was to make sure that the network would remain stable, and I had set up the necessary nodes and infrastructure to ensure that the blockchain would keep moving. Even during my year long imprisonment, the network flowed without problems, and even Yobit never had a problem with our wallet in maintenance.  Now that I am back, we do have some great plans for this coin. No other coin owns the word EVIL. No other coin embodies the spirit of greed, corruption, and wickedness that EVIL does . GNT is trading still at x5 of it's ICO price. The real problem with this recent free fall is for those who joined the party lately. We can hope only as we are not aware of the technical end what is happening or what the current status of progress is. It has been 2 weeks already when there were some updates to be announced at the start of this month. Those that bought at the top are the ones concern about the price, the ICO investors know they are still in profit especially in BTC, the price will reverse soon it just need time to get things right i got at 1800 satoshi, when BTC price was around $1400 .. so I am already in hell lot of profit. never thought of selling GNT.. This is a long term coin Any hope for GNT?  A lot of mixed reviews here... |

The point I was going to say for bitcoin in the spring and early summer was the delays to transactions and the giant fees. Some very silly fees were appearing just to do a basic money transfer. That backlog effect was kind of massive, I'm surprised it did not do more damage but what I think happened was the alt coins picked up the slack. And that will return as Segwit didn't solve anything. We're going to see some difficulty/profitability back and forth between BTC and BCC but ultimately they show that PoW is a dated concept. People will get sick of it real fast. They won't get sick of the game they are playing ... its making them rich by doubling their holding .... and they plan to do it again to make themselves even richer. There is a peanut under **every** shell in their game. BLK is crashing bad... |

I understand they are still in "profit" because of the value of the Btc and the Ether, but in satoshi or in Ether we are at its all time low and still dumping... absolute non-sense, GNT is just a shit..I think most of the investors in GNT are fan of Penny stocks, may be they are just inspired from Wolf of wall street. Some weeks ago i had 45,000 GNT and i was looted of all my assets , i am not regretting but i feel that its better as i can now move forward. That is a significant loss IMO. How exactly were you hacked? Seems you are implying a weakness in the GNT chain, I am curious if there is a problem would like to know about it. Read his previews posts. This has nothing to do with GNT but with his wallet online somewhere. He lost his ETH too (read his signature) I guess he's just angry because he lost everything and he is here to take it out on GNT. June surprise is Einsteinium school of engineering. Where I can find more detail about it and what it will do, will it be a online school or physical school?  These students all won a scholarship from EMC2? |

What is going on with BLK? Value plummeting.... BLK did not establish their own ecosystem, the current community is not active, development is not active, Rat4 rarely speak What exactly you mean by ecosystem? I heard that BTC might have another fork? Seems to be crashing all the altcoins for now. |
