Zoom in to the packaging, it is the same. They have come from a slab and you can see they've been snipped off. The pack on the right was snipped a little rougher.

It's not a situ that can continue any longer IMHO (because he needs some press coverage as well as long term shareholders being unhappy about lack of information) and we've made that clear. Ken is not the best at handling the public side of things as we all know and tends to focus on his engineering.

It's a holiday in the US Monday but tues onwards we'll continue to push him daily to ensure he is chasing it up as his highest priority. We want to see this put to bed within the next week or so but it's not down to us.

Any progress yet?

They are the first class passengers of HMS ACtM - the ship that doesn't sink.

We are due in to New York City ASAP.
Clear the decks.
Throw the life jackets overboard for those who abandoned mid-voyage.
HMS ACtM will be steaming 'Full Ahead' through the night.
'ICEY-BERG watch' handled by the 'Advisory Board of Loyal and Talented 1st Class/P.O.S.H Passengers'

Don't spare the horses!

what i don't get about these trolls is they say they don't give a jackshit about this stock yet they blow entire day away trying to troll so hard... i mean why the f.ck are you trolls still here? why so much effort if this stock doesn't mean anything to you? oh i forgot... you are here to "save" us all because you "care"...   Cheesy

I've noticed across all stocks that when the real movements happen, it has nothing to do with troll posts (TheSwede excepted). It's quite sad to watch people motivated by sheer desperation. They're putting all their effort into not failing, when they should be putting it towards succeeding.

meh 130nm technology, I'm out.

this has always had me on the fence, but now that bitfury is shipping I just don't see the place for these guys

Someone posted on the AM thread that it costs AsicMiner $1.32 in electricity to mine one bitcoin. If that is true then Labcoin's first batch will have no problems serving it's purpose before the new batches hit.

Ken wants us to believe that he was "allowed to tell us" that he converted BTC to USD at the worst possible time, weeks after the fact.  If that sounds plausible to you, Ken's *own finances* covered by NDA with eAsic, then Y U be hatin' on pones?

Edit:  Why do you think eAsic made Ken sign such a sweeping NDA, and ... does he also have to put his hand in eAsic's back pocket, look pretty and keep his mouth shut?

Edit2:  Did anyone even bother asking *the rate* at which your BTC was turned into fiat lol?

Thank you for raising this. I wasn't paying enough attention when it happened to detail it myself. Pretty obvious what went down there and it's the loving shareholders who got left holding the bag again. He fucked up the other big btc conversion too, didn't he?

Personally I think everything behind the scenes in actm is quite possibly going fantastic. This is just yet another market play by Ken. He's been pulling stunts like this since the first IPO. Please don't anyone take that as advice to invest in actm either. It is quite, quite the opposite.

Therefore I would suggest that those saying invester confidence is low and citing stock price as evidence are wrong.
You're pretty far gone, man. The one thing in this thread that doesn't lie is the chart. No amount of formulas or wishful thinking will alter that. It is going down, and there are very obvious reasons why.
133  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 31, 2013, 02:08:45 PM
The LQFP44 package is 10x10mm actually. Your comparison seems ok then. Non-standard warning label on the cigarette pack though Cheesy.

Yes, I assumed it would be roughly 10x10 mm. A cigarette pack should have a length of 86 mm. I'm sure it's not 100 % accurate, but it was only intended to provide some comparison anyway. Wink

well the text was pixellated simply because it's high resolution photo, then non vector labcoin logo added in graphics manipulation program..when did they change size to 10x10 from 6.5 x 6.5- - can you post the link where it says that?

I thought they blew up and printed out the shitty low res logo on paper and laid the chips on that. Then took the photo.

ETA: Still no answer so let me ask again. If you try to get in on an ipo with quite some money. You are perfectly in time but because of a "glitch" (still not convinced it wasn't done on purpose) your coins don't arrive. Instead of a sorry and let me see what we can do for you they say "sucks to be you".
Would that piss you off?

No it wouldn't piss me off to the degree you seem to be, although certainly I'd be annoyed for a day or so. I myself had all my coins present and accounted for days before trading opened on labcoin. I ended up bidding higher than .001, so when the dust had settled, I got less than I could have had at .001. Then, because I wouldn't have bought it in the first place if I thought it wasn't a good investment, I continued buying shares as quickly as I could. It took around 25 minutes because of the problems that everyone was facing that day using the site.

End result was that I got far less shares than I wanted, and paid an average price of .001655 for them.

Would that piss you off? (I can take a guess, lol) I was a little annoyed, but what can ya do huh?

I sincerely apologize for randomly attacking you, and the ridiculous delay on the reply.

Oh god this shit again. Yes i was pissed off because i sent my coins to buy the ipo and because of a glitch on their end they didn't receive it. Instead of saying sorry and we'll see what we can do to work something out they basically told me to piss off.
Don't act as if you wouldn't be pissed off in a situation like that please.

You'll have more success if you leave emotions out of your trading decisions.

I was pissed because they screwed me over. What does that have to do with trading decisions?
And once again don't act like you wouldn't be pissed. Don't be an hypocrite.

Well I don't know what exactly you experienced, but ytterbium seemed to be suggesting that after you missed the IPO price, you chose not to buy in afterwards during the copious opportunities at .0016ish. Is that correct?

?

Absolutely not relevant.

You're right. I thought this was the ShroomsKit's Poor Decisions thread. Back to Basic Mining then.

When I looked into it I found a bunch of generic ones on ebay. Some of those guys though, offered to make custom designs. You might have to buy 50 or whatever to make it worth their while though.
138  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMiner vs. ActiveMining; which do you prefer and why on: August 31, 2013, 07:07:35 AM
Labcoin has chips in hand
ActM has face in palm
