I believe that it was created to be a currency .I prefer using Bitcoin as a payment method because it is more convenient and secure than paypal or debit card while many people buy it as a investment.

Tanpa adanya SOP yang jelas dari pemerintah, kelompok2 komunitas tsb hanya dianggap sebagai bagian dari MLM / Ponzi, om.... Apalagi kalok sampe ketemu dengan kelompok massa yg anti bitcoin, seperti beberapa kejadian yg saya baca pada thread om dasrul50. Bila pemerintah tidak turun tangan dalam hal ini, maka akan terjadi clash antara kelompok tsb. Sebagai contoh adalah regulasi tentang transportasi online pemerintah. Hasilnya, banyak terjadi clash antar kelompok kedua jenis moda tersebut, sistem manajemen yg arogan, dst... Kenapa masih terjadi pertentangan? Padahal sudah ada regulasi? menurut saya 1. pemerintah terlalu terburu2 mengeluarkan regulasi dan berupaya untuk dipaksakan kehadiran regulasi tsb dlm masyarakat. 2. tidak adanya edukasi tentang sistem layanan dan batasannya. 3. banyak pertentangan regulasi transportasi online dengan regulasi2 yg telah dibuat sebelumnya dst....karena masalahnya amat kompleks.
Back to negara api... Kita tau bhw pemerintah udah mengeluarkan aturan tentang crypto curency/crypto asset, tapi tidak diberikan edukasi ttg aturan tsb.... Sehingga masyarakat berusaha mempelajari aturan tsb dengan keterbatasan masing2... Hasilnya adalah pemahaman konsep kripto yg tidak sempurnya, bahkan terjebak dalam scam project, investasi bodong, sampe pernah ada yg menyebut mining rig suatu koin berada dalam laut jawa supaya suhu tetap dingin dan terhindar dari polusi (dan lagi2 masyarakat awam tsb meng-amini penyataan tsb). Memang benar om, seperti yang om katakan. Dulu tahun 2017 saya juga pernah melakukan hal seperti itu di kampus malah, ya untungnya dari sebagian mahasiswa ada yg mengenal bahkan dia juga sempat punya mining jadi untuk mahasiswa ini dia paham lah. Dan mahasiswa yang belum tau pun ada yang tertarik dan ada yang malah berfikir negatif pokoknya beragam tanggapannya. Ya memang benar om ini memang bukan ranah kita untuk mengedukasi, tp setidaknya saya melakukan hal ini untuk tujuan edukasi dah alhamdulillah mereka menerima dan tidak menganggap MLM. Ok back to negara air om, hehehe saya setuju dengan pendapat om mengenai sikap pemerintah yang mengeluarkan regulasi terlalu gegabah atau terburu-buru, namun tujuan Negara untuk menjelaskan bahwa crypto bukanlah alat pembayaran yang sah. Sebatas itu saja. Para paslon cenderung untuk otak-atik isu yg beredar di masyarakat, hanya olah kata, basa-basi, dan akhirnya kembali pada kesibukan kepentingan pribadi dan golongan masing-masing.
Regulasi sebenarnya udah ada, tinggal mengolah dan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang hal2 yg mendasar pada crypto itu sendiri.
Kecuali, salah satu dari tokoh bitcoiners Indonesia berada di teritorial aman pemangku kekuasaan, mungkin sebagai staff ahli negara atau staff ahli di lembaga tinggi, mungkin hal tsb bisa terwujud.
Saya juga berfikir demikian. Gini aja, sebenernya BTC kan sudah ada regulasinya dan sudah lama muncul seperti yang agan bilang, cuman hanya berhenti di itu saja. Nah masalah edukasi dan pengolahan seperti yang agan singgung memang masih kurang, mungkin karena belum adanya dukungan pemerintah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat. Namun kita bisa cari jalan pintasnya sebenrnya kalau ingin menyelesaikan bab mengenai edukasi. Misalnya komunitas crypto setempat di Indonesia secara sadar dan suka rela membuat talkshow atau pertemuan kecil lah seperti seminar di kantor desa atau kampus misalnya. Ini akan berpengaruh besar, disamping mengedukasi masyarakat kita bisa mendapat umpan balik dari masyarakat. Sebenarnya para pemangku kepentingan juga sudah tau mengenai BTC dan nyatanya tidak hanya pak Jokowi saja yang tau, sebelumnya pak Yusuf Kalla juga pernah menyinggung BTC dan crypto. Saya rasa Indonesia memang masih menunggu Perkembangan crypto secara internasional dan akan segera mengikuti. |
