Personally I like primedice more. I have not played with your other suggestions so I can't compare them. I like primedice because they arethe simpliest one I know. The people in there can be quite fun when I am trying to pass time.

The best site is Primedice, just read their official thread in this section, you'll know about their reputation and other things. Betking is a good one too, because they have huge bankroll in their site. Anyway, delete that 999dice from your list, it's just garbage,rigged, and scam gambling site.

For the three you've mentioned i think primedice is best among them because they are long running dice site and most reputable one and i beleive they are more provably fair since many people are playing at that site, and also they are the best on giving some giveaways to people here in furom so thats the reason im calling them the best.
